Wonderful stay at this hotel. Great breakfast with huge variety, good service and even free valet parking which was such a nice treat. The hotel has lots of other venues onsite so no need to travel too far for something different

We were put on level 2 of the hotel. There was loud music coming from the bar which went on through to the early hours of the morning. We were moved to the 9th floor and were still able to hear the music from the bar. The finishing touches of the room were very mediocre, you could see wires coming out of light ports and broken buttons on lamps, sideways plug sockets. There were definitely some sort of insects in bed sheets as I was left itching all over.

Things didn’t work; internal communication awful

Locker, bedside lights and the 2 phones didn’t work. Staff had poor internal communications, made guest to wait in room when things could be sorted without the guest’s presence. I swear they leave the guests guessing all the time with very little clear indications of what’s going to happen next, guests always have to chase them up for progress/next steps.

For a couple times staff didn’t even turn up when they said would come and sort things out. Room service took the order with a light heart too.

Only positive: the gentleman who greeted me all the time, he was the only one who was truly looking after the guests and would always act straight when needed to, hats off to him.

Terrible hotel, please avoid. Room was old and nothing like the images which have clearly been taken a long time ago. Lobby and hallway are nice but that's about it. Water takes ages to get warm. Iron was missing from the room. Took 4 attempts of contacting front desk to finally get it sent to our room - and it didn't even work! A further two attempts by hotel staff to finally get us a working iron. No hairdryer in the room. When asking for it, it was a little cheap hairdryer that produces cold air. The bathroom is nothing like the images (it's basically designed for accessibility) and the towels are hung on the support rails which is very unhygienic.

Over priced and poorly maintained. Age shows in the property and the rooms. Water leak wasn't fixed after repeated requests (although the team did clean/apply temporary fix).

The rooms look worn out and there's stains/dirt marks on all fabrics.

Staff is good and understanding, however that won't save the hotel. Need the management to step up and overhaul the hotel.

We checked in with mahmoud around 21:00 which is a very pleasent checkin time and too quite. Surprisingly there was no welcoming note or usual welcoming or a preference check up or is an explaining the facilities of the hotel, which was really weird since no one else wasn in the reception. I got the keys for the room and left my luggage by my own to the room. Room was spacious, unfortunately too old humidity smell in the corridors bathroom was dirty and full of molds and scratches. Carpet in the room was having spots air-conditioning was working OK, but it’s hard to operate due to the very old system. TV was very nice with many channels. Bed was not comfortable since it is toward the hard type.
The surroundings is not that bad. It’s OK if you want a city center hotel next to some governmental entities nothing special in the lobby .cinnamon smell used as an aroma in the elevators and the corridors. I can understand. It’s Christmas time and myself. I am a cinnamon smell lover, but it was too much that it is too annoying .
Room isn’t soundproof. I could easily hear the noise of kids and other guest walking around in the corridors, unfortunately I requested slippers and bathrobe bathrobe was sent to my room, but I was clearly informed that the hotel is out of slippers, I don’t think I’m returning to the hotel. Nothing really pleasant. It’s very disappointing Abu Dhabi hotel stay.

Very convenient for ADNEC without the usual ££'s.

Have stayed here over the years and its not the newest of hotels. However the Manager very kindly gave us a suite when I mentioned the Wife would be on her own during the day whilst I attended an exhibition. It was a nice touch which je didn't have to do. Bed was firm (i like that) but not toy Wife's taste.

I stayed on the ninth floor yet the noise of the music at the pool was loud enough for me to hear in my room and making my relaxation impossible. I went to have breakfast at 915 and there were few tables and so many guests that I didn’t get to set until after 1030 by then the food was mostly gone I would never stay there again

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, service needs to improve as it took 25-30 mins to check in. Also there doesn’t appear to a queueing system at reception, so people just kept pushing in. Room itself was spacious and well appointed. The beds were singles, and were very hard. Parking is free, so is bottled water. Breakfast was ok, not going to set the world alight, but was a reasonable standard

We had 14 hrs stopover in Abu Dhabi before our flight back to Sydney. Quickly booked the hotel just for some rest and lunch then get ourselves ready for the flight. Arrive at the hotel around 11am, Bryan at the reception gave us room straights away. The room was great, bed was very comfy, big bathroom and very clean. Strongly recommended to everyone.

The hotel waa dirty, smelled of smoke. We got smoke free room. Even changed the room, but the room still smell as smoke, evwn the pillows had smoke smell. If we called to get something, took too long time to get it from the staff. We paid for extra bed for th room, it litterally took more than 8 hours for the hotel staff to place in room. When we were ready to sleep, called 4 times in 1 1/2 hour then it came.

They have not provided twin beds and they said its not guaranteed and not available although option was selected for bed preference, after long wait they provided a room with AC that is not working, called them to send maintance people they didnt show up, after two hours they changed the room to a room without cabinets hangers and attitude of the staff was not good ! Unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The AC for the room we were given wasn’t working; we needed to head out right after check in to F1 but they said a technician was coming to fix it while we were out. We made it back to the hotel 8 hours later to find the room temperature hotter than before. Called the front desk to request a different room. They took long time to come over to give us another room, one smaller but with working AC and only one towel (we were two in a double room!). The closet doors were not sliding properly, which made it difficult to accommodate our belongings, plus there was only one hanger…
The ceiling in the shower had mold, and the water pressure was poor. Staff were nice and the bed was comfortable

There is no reason to stay at Millennium Al Rawdah

The thermostat cannot be controlled from the room, you actually have to call down to the desk to ask them to adjust. The hot water was out for 4 or 5 days straight and they kept saying it would be fixed soon but took several days. meanwhile...cold showers. Breakfast was never hot and seldom even warm. scrambled eggs were very similar to soup and extremely undercooked and you could sometimes see that the milk that was added had started to separate in the \"warming\" dish. very annoying to call down before 7am to inform that you have laundry to be picked up and find that when I return in the evening it was not picked up and even the cleaning people just pushed it aside and semi-cleaned the room but did not attend to the cleaning. in order to go to and from the parking garage i had to walk thru the bar areas and the smoking area on the 1st floor. ended up smelling like cigarettes for a while at work and then in the room. And last, the pounding music from the bars downstairs is every nigh and continues until 5am and 8am without fail. If you ask them to cook an omelette it was very burned (see pic)There was never a single night in two weeks that I was not awakened more than once. The gym was an absolute mess and the weights never seemed to be picked up and replace over many days. Very, very unsafe.

Hotel is not being maintained and is beginning to look and feel very run down. Too many things to list but examples include broken toilet flusher, inoperable TV remote, filthy air vents in room, room service leftovers sitting in hallways for hours, dodgy food quality and shady spa business being operated in the back of the hotel. Location is decent and the staff are trying but lots needs to change before I would return.

The room was badly designed, was given first a room that didn’t have AC in the middle of the night. Rooms not to 5 star standard at all. If you ask for king bed, it’s just two single beds side by side. Although room is huge, design is the worst I’ve seen. Only one socket to charge anything. Tv shows not international enough. The switch for all the lights are a hallway away to switch on and off. Worst design I’ve ever seen. Internet initially you’ve to pay but when pressured they gave it for free. I took a half board, so breakfast and dinner was included. No way the buffet is of 5 star. Maybe 2-3 star equivalent. No quality and cheap food which are not fresh and not tasty at all.

Great location for me, superb staff that went out of their way and were naturally polite and friendly. They were lovely and really enhanced your experience. Bipin at the front desk/Concierge and his gorgeous wife at the poolside Noche bar were outstanding! My bed was so comfy and when I enquired about some extra toiletries for my post-race bath, I had a knock on the door less than a minute later and a very smart young man delivered an abundance of nice toiletries, fluffy towels and extra complimentary mineral water. They cannot do enough for you and the food and facilities are brilliant too. Can play pool, watch football, workout, chill on an outdoor sofa or avail yourself of the spa facilities (which I did, and had the most blissful full body Balinese massage courtesy of Molly and her expertise) Nothing is too much effort and the view from the semi-transparent lift is fun! A really relaxing stay and so glad I trusted the Hilton name; it did not disappoint. Top class.

Place was clean. Irish bar/restaurant attached to it. Good beer selection! Food was good AND they have a pork menu. But you can’t sit at the bar if ordered off that menu.
