Awesome rooms

A disappointing stay. The room I was given had a cockroach, then it was changed. Room was very minimalist and didn’t have proper toiletries. When ask for a dental hygiene kit, I was charged 5 AED (first such experience in my life). The cherry (or excrement on top) was when I asked for a bottle of water during check out, one of the staff in reception asked “what did you do to the water we gave”. When I said I forgot to take one bottle from the room, they summoned another staff to go into the room to bring that water bottle! Is this hotel trying to do an experiment on how be cheap?

horrible experience! As soon as we understood what was waiting for us we avoided. The structure refused to dialogue and kept the money even though we refused to stay in such a terrible structure

Great hotel as always Premier Inn, enjoyed my stay even if it was not a long stay, staff were very attentive, cleanliness of rooms perfect, will certainly stay here again when I am working in the area :-)

The venue is super clean and safe place to stay.
The staff is helpful and supportive. It is a good venue if you attending the adnec for a event.

Not happy
Very poor service the staff at the reception was not friendly, not even greeting guests.
The Jaccuzi was not working well, pool is very small. No conditioner and body lotion at toilet. This is my first stay in Premier inn and I won’t choose them again for sure.

Awful
Awful hotel.
Rooms and bathroom dirty, towels old torn and thin. Toiletries never filled up. Housekeeping was shocking, if you got tea bags you would not get the milk if you got the milk you would not get the tea bags.
Breakfast was poor, pastries were hard, staff were rude and very reluctant to refill anything.
Exceptional noisy, kids screaming and shouting running around the hotel floors. A lot of noise from other rooms, shouting, banging doors and shouting down the corridors, even after security was called as soon as he left the noise continued until the early hours of the morning.
If your unlucky to get a room at the back of the hotel, it us very closely overlooked by a massive tower office block which seems to be occupied 24/7, so when you have all the lights on in your room you feel you have to pull the curtains. The rooms at the back of the hotel are extremely dark due to the tower block behind.
Evening meal served on a badly cracked plate !
The standards in this hotel are not even up to UK standards.
Avoid this hotel.

Good soundproofing of the rooms.
Reasonable price right around the corner from exhibition complex, walk time is about 5 minutes.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room with comfortable bed and hot shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee always replenished every day. Very convenient walk from convention centre.
Room was missing an iron and ironing board, maybe if I asked they would give one or it was accidentally missing, that would be my only issue. I didn't ask because clothes weren't terribly crinkled, they were good enough.

The location is very quiet. It was a bit far from downtown but the stay there was very pleasant. The staff was friendly.

I stay in this hotel regularly. At least 2 times a year. So I’m a regular. I’ve paid for late checkout on numerous occasions. This time, I asked for late checkout. It was granted till 2pm, which I appreciated.
But I do wonder why, as a regular, the hotel does not make an effort to gain my loyalty by offering me a late checkout at 6pm once a while.

a lots of dust in the room , came in the same hotel in 2022 , was less expensive (40-50 $ ) and childrens free. Now it was 100$ and no more children free !

Great staff. We had to check out early before breakfast but the staff were very kind to pack breakfast for a family of five. House keeping staff is great and so is the free shuttle to different attractions. All for a reasonable cost.
Joselet
I stayed for a night and the service was great. Very quick with any request.

The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Smooth check in and check out. Good breakfast with vegetarian options too. Comfortable and beat rooms. Decent small pool. Overall a great place to stay

Everything was good stuff location and I think the property
vani
The hospitality of the hotel is the worst I have seen so far in the world. The staff is rude and not there to help you. The service is too slow, it took them 1.5 hours to get us the key to room.
The hotel policies are built on looting the customers. The breakfast price was quoted 55 durhams at check-in but at breakfast they asked for 62 durhams. The extra price was not informed during check-in.

My family did not had the great experience. We were asked to take a separate room at the last moment. Only this hotel in whole UAE has the policy of staying 2 adults in a room. And hotel rooms were not up to the mark as shown in pictures. The neighborhood and hotel was good. I would suggest calling the hotel before deciding to stay.

Reception staff were extremely helpful

I enjoyed my stay, even though it was a short one. Hopefully, I will plan for more time by next trip so that I can visit more tourist attraction places.

PERFECT for ADNEC conference group amazing staff!
We had a group of 25 people here for a conference at ADNEC. The hotel could not have been more perfect. Starting from the incredible location, perfect rooms, excellent and diverse breakfast, all for a very reasonable price, this hotel cannot be beat. Add in the wonderful outdoor space - so good to meet and chat by the pool at the end of a long work day - and the absolutely sweetest and most friendly staff, especially in the restaurant - it was a 10***** experience! And a very good meeting room as well. Congratulations to Premier Inn for making our conference stay so hospitable and memorable.
Vijah
Excellent hotel with excellent service!! Thank you. Will definitely stay here again!! Close to all major attractions and they have free shuttle service to all of them… thank you !!

Great room and facility. Only issue is when given room key the staff said the room number out loud so anyone around knew my room number.
Unprofessional.

No water pressure in the bathroom, no toilet kit, a/c was not functioning properly, room is very congested. For everything we need to call many times and then the staff will respond, Access key always gets deactivated. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone
HUNG NHU
Everyone work at this property are nice and professional. Especially Jhobert working in the restaurant that serves breakfast (sorry if I've missed spell your name). Thanks for the UAE hospitallity.

a very comfortable place with pleasant staff.
We reached the hotel around 2pm.
Going from USA, it was a LONG flight and we were jetlagged + very tired.
The front desk staff was all smiles, pleasant, and helpful.
The bellcap was cheerful and helpful too. We gave him a very nominal tip (by US standards) and he was overjoyed.
The room was nice and ready for us. Very comfortable and clean. It was perfect in all aspects, for our needs.
at 11:30pm I ventured into the hotel's restaurant. It was still open for dinner (till 1am) but there were no customers and staff was cleaning it and getting it ready for morning breakfast buffet. On my request she went to the kitchen and came back with some snacks and bread slices to take to my room, just in case I got hungry late at night.
It was only 1 night stay so we didn't explore any of the facilities.
I will happily stay there on my future AD visit!

Lovely stay. The room was not too hot and not too cold given the Abu Dhabi heat. Staff are very friendly and happy to assist with any needs.
Jhoanali
The room that we have upon arrival was not ready as it should. It was missing towels and other stuff in the room. The housekeeping person for that day is rude and did not provide everything we need. The property in Dubai (Jadaf) and its staffs are so much better and friendly than Abu Dhabi unfortunately.
Marwan
Bad experience at all, They don’t make any refunds if any changes could happen to anybody.
The staff not professional and they don’t care about the guests.
The parking garage very terrible and noisy.

Hezel Ashour and Jazal were extremely friendly and made our experience extra special by giving us suggestions nearby and best places to see - the pool lifeguard was extremely nice and the pool was a clean positive experience when needing flexibility for check in and check out they were helpful with accommodation!
ALISON
Great value
The evening reception staff and pool lifeguard were very friendly and helpful and appeared to love their jobs. One of the waiting staff was very surly and never smiled once. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but also nothing to complain about considering the price. The hotel is in the center of a business district so no walkable restaurants, however, taxis were always outside and cheap. Overall, I would stay here again.
Elie
parking situation
Everything is fine with the hotel except the parking. it is open for the public and it is always full. People park there overnight and this does not leave enough space for hotel guests to park at night
Zachary
Super clean. Great staff. Great location.
Mahmoud
Very bad will never repeated either for website or hotel

As I was attending an exhibition and needed the hotel for sleeping only, everything was great especially that they offered me a late check out, the hotel is clean and it takes you three minutes walking to ADNEC, the parking is at the basement which makes it very accessible and private.
Compared to the other hotels at the same area, this is the cheapest and covers all you need if luxury is not a priority.

Perfect location and clean simple room, spot on

Eventhough we stayed for one night. It was a wonderful experience. The front desk representative from day and night has been very accomodating to our needs esp Chezel or Hezel is her name. The food during breakfast is very filling and delicious. Our server “ Cha” is very prompt and warm to our needs as well. Overall the place is exceeded my expectations- very clean, accessible to taxi’s, very modern and i love that they have free shuttle to the Grand Mosque and ferrari world. I would recommend Premier Inn to my friends who wants to visit Abu Dhabi. Thank you Premier Inn.

Staff needs training
The staff is very unprofessional and it seems like no one knows whats going on. During the check-in process i was getting checked in and the person answered the phone then proceeded to help then vs just saying can you hold im dealing with a customer. I also dealt with different front desk stuff stating inconsistent information with a concern i had. I eneded up.talking to the manager which gsve no consideration to my issue. Not a welcoming enviroment for a short stay. The location is good if you are looking to get in and out for a good price but thats it.
Sara
It was very nice staying there , the staff was so helpful
