A disappointing stay. The room I was given had a cockroach, then it was changed. Room was very minimalist and didn’t have proper toiletries. When ask for a dental hygiene kit, I was charged 5 AED (first such experience in my life). The cherry (or excrement on top) was when I asked for a bottle of water during check out, one of the staff in reception asked “what did you do to the water we gave”. When I said I forgot to take one bottle from the room, they summoned another staff to go into the room to bring that water bottle! Is this hotel trying to do an experiment on how be cheap?

I stay in this hotel regularly. At least 2 times a year. So I’m a regular. I’ve paid for late checkout on numerous occasions. This time, I asked for late checkout. It was granted till 2pm, which I appreciated.

We had a group of 25 people here for a conference at ADNEC. The hotel could not have been more perfect. Starting from the incredible location, perfect rooms, excellent and diverse breakfast, all for a very reasonable price, this hotel cannot be beat. Add in the wonderful outdoor space - so good to meet and chat by the pool at the end of a long work day - and the absolutely sweetest and most friendly staff, especially in the restaurant - it was a 10***** experience! And a very good meeting room as well. Congratulations to Premier Inn for making our conference stay so hospitable and memorable.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special but also nothing to complain about considering the price. The hotel is in the center of a business district so no walkable restaurants, however, taxis were always outside and cheap. Overall, I would stay here again.

As I was attending an exhibition and needed the hotel for sleeping only, everything was great especially that they offered me a late check out, the hotel is clean and it takes you three minutes walking to ADNEC, the parking is at the basement which makes it very accessible and private.
Compared to the other hotels at the same area, this is the cheapest and covers all you need if luxury is not a priority.

Eventhough we stayed for one night. It was a wonderful experience. The front desk representative from day and night has been very accomodating to our needs esp Chezel or Hezel is her name. The food during breakfast is very filling and delicious. Our server “ Cha” is very prompt and warm to our needs as well. Overall the place is exceeded my expectations- very clean, accessible to taxi’s, very modern and i love that they have free shuttle to the Grand Mosque and ferrari world. During the check-in process i was getting checked in and the person answered the phone then proceeded to help then vs just saying can you hold im dealing with a customer. I also dealt with different front desk stuff stating inconsistent information with a concern i had. I eneded up.talking to the manager which gsve no consideration to my issue. Not a welcoming enviroment for a short stay. The location is good if you are looking to get in and out for a good price but thats it.
