The Superior room is the absolute best room at the Alpine Hotel. This was our second stay with a family of four. The room was spotless, the breakfast (book through the app instead of paying on site) was so great. Fresh cold cuts, fruits available and a hot grill line for eggs. You can also get pancakes, pre-made scrambled eggs and bacon.
The fact it’s attached to the ski area is the perfect setup for our family. We can drive in a day, stay at the hotel, have breakfast and jump on freshly groomed slopes by 0900.

One of a kind hotel.

This place is awesome for ski and snowboard athletes, enthusiasts, and beginners. Offering year round slopes and even classes- you won’t find anything else like this place!!!

Unfortunately my room had a stained couch and bed. The shower floor also appeared dirty. On the other hand, the room was comfortable and roomy enough for our family.

The staff was extremely friendly and helped make our stay memorable.

You paid with what you had

It is fine to stay for one night for snowboarding training. After all, it’s the only hotel located next to Snowworld.

However, I was quite surprised by how basic the room facilities were. It didn’t even have a water kettle. I had to go downstairs and ask the \"new\" receptionist for hot water, and eventually got some from their coffee machine at 1:00 a.m.

The place looks nice, but there is a lot of noise from other rooms/guests.
The room was too warm.
The double bed was in fact 2 single beds pushed together, both very narrow, and each with an individual and very narrow duvet.
The shower/toilet cubicle arrangement with shared sliding door is very strange.
The room is dimly lit.

The property fell short of our expectations as we were guests and booked (pricey) week-end classes. We were not provided the room to change into our ski costumes until and I received stern replies when asking for 30 minutes extra in our room in the morning. Room is noisy from the corridor doors and loud talking, until late. Do not open the windows for air as it's noisy outside with the air conditioning for snow. The parking is payable on top of your room and ski classes. We will find a better place if we come another time.

very close to Indoor ski, that's the good part.
the fact that once you are in (they got your money) nobody cares about you, and all the limited available staff are busy collecting money from Ski-Slope goers.

They Promised to reimburse my non used 90Euro ski-pass, till now no refund after they forced their way into my Credit Card, took the money without asking and Bombarded me with Silence-Treatment…

Overall it was a good. Kids had fun on the slopes. What I really don’t like is the bathroom/shower😏. Shower floors are moldy. We stayed in the Comfort room for 2nights and one night in a Junior Suite. Both shower floors are moldy. The rooms are nice though. We really liked the Junior suite with the balcony overlooking the town.

Disappointed. Beds only!!!!

I had a room where 4 beds were arranged (sofa+2 single). Because of that my room was pretty untidy and uncomfortable. When enter the room you see beds only there. I asked the reception why I have 4 beds in my room, they said nobody else booked that room, that's it :) I would understand if I booked a room with beds only but... it is 4* hotel and I am very disappointed.

People that work at this facility are not very friendly. My wife and I were visiting Holland from America and we’re disappointed with the service of the personnel there and cleanliness of our room. Our room was not swept and basic amenities missing, such as enough soap for two people, Kleenex, etc. Advertised internet service was poor and the TV remote did not work. Workers there were not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel was very cold, unable to turn off the build in ventation in 2 rooms i was finally given a room with no cold ventalation. Staff were very helful diring this process. I stayed here on business visiting from uk, just a word of warming, there us no translation of anything inti english. Bar menu etc. Not a problem as long as you have google translate and staff are happy to help. Very nice rooms, no hanging clothes space in standard rooms. Overall good value for the money

Nice hotel to stay - like a chalet in the Alps

Nice hotel even if not interested in ski. It feels like a chalet in the Alps due to the wood everywhere, restaurants and of course the ski slopes. Good breakfast. Hope that the restaurant were closing a bit later than 22:00 as some were still skiing.

Nice hotel, pricey for what you get.

The hotel is not bad, but at the same time it is basic and simple with a price higher than it's worth. The hotel itself offers very little, but I must admit the room was very clean.

The complex is great, a couple of restaurants, a bar, outdoor stuff and obviously the skiing. But that is available to anyone, no discounts or benefits to hotel stayers.

The breakfast is 15 euro per adult, 10 euro per child. Very basic, but warm and edible.

The toilets in the room are very um, European. Fine, but only if you are comfortable sitting on your bed watching someone showering. You can brush your teeth while watching your partner use the toilet to. Perfectly fine if everyone in your room is comfortable with each other, ie a family. Don't recommend it for those more private people.

All in all, if you want to use the ski slope, there are other hotels close by, probably save you a lot of money. Lots of restaurants in landgraaff (a short 5 minute drive).

As the hotel is adjoined and part of the ski complex it is clearly very convenient. It also has a selection of restaurants, one of which (when open) offers a nice selection of fresh cooked pasta, salad bar and burger type meals at a reasonable price (for hotel rates) and is good quality.
As a family of 4 we have stayed in a comfort room before but this time we paid the extra for a loft suit. which does offer more room with the upper floor sleeping area and sofa. However the shower / toilet is still only small area separated by a common frosted glass door from the rest of the room, so offers no privacy. The lower floor area is very small, so all bags / equipment needs to be taken up the stairs. As with the comfort rooms there are still no facilities for making hot drinks or mini fridges etc. The internal walls are thin, hence if you're looking to socialise in the rooms you're likely get complaints and if you're a family with kids or want an early night your get disturbed and a poor night's sleep, either way not great considering the money.

Nice room and shower. Wifi very weak - it was not working in most of the room. Dinner was good but it was stopped at 22:00 while you could ski up to 23:00. No food option passed 22:00 and we had to go out of the hotel by car to find something to eat.

The hotel was in a perfect location for SnowWorld, with a lift directly into the main building. Locker available free of charge to store ski/board equipment. Junior suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Only downsides were that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and only one lift to service the hotel which did mean using the stairs or a short wait. Would certainly recommend hotel.

Not worth 4 stars!

This hotel offers no thrills rooms. Not sure how it acquired 4 stars, we've stayed at 3 star hotels that had more amenities and were much cleaner. When we arrived in our hotel room there were clumps of dust along the wall beneath the window. The floor was not cleaned everyday, nor were the toilet or shower. No tea/coffee facilities, or mini-fridge. Towels were taken everyday but not always replaced.

My room was a split level room, which meant going up and down a steep set of stairs to get to the lounge/bedroom.

The Sofa in the lounge had weird red stains on it (possible makeup) and the curtains have white stains on them (not even going to guess what it was).

No tissues in the room even though it was a premier room.

Overall Great Hotel

We only stayed at the hotel for one night but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was very clean and this was the first hotel that I've stayed at that had hard wood floors which was a bonus. The room was a little small for a family of four and the bed could've been a little bigger but overall the room was great for our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is satisfactory for a short (2-3 day) stay if you are also using the ski facilities onsite.However, I would not rate this as a high quality hotel for a general stay and our experience is that there are other, better hotels in the near vicinity and they cost no more (probably less) than SnowWorld Landgraaf.

Snowworld is an excellent hotel to stay conveniently place near the dutch german border - It is a Swiss / Austrian themed hotel with the largest indoor ski slope in europe . Facilities are excellent with Gym & Sauna. The staff friendly and helpful. La porte coulissante en verre pour et la douche et les WC est astucieuse.

Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel auf uns als etwas in die Jahre gekommen - so war zB ein Schrank im Zimmer beschädigt, das Schlafsofa hatte einen fleckigen Bezug und der Teppich im Flur wirkte ebenfalls etwas ältlich. Könnte außerdem sauberer sein - nach einer zusätzlichen Zimmerreinigung waren zumindest die Stapelchips hinter und unter dem Zusatzbett der vorherigen Gäste entfernt und die klebrigen Nachttische wurden gewischt. Matratzen waren sehr weich, die beiden Einzelbetten drifteten bei Verwendung sehr leicht auseinander. Durch das Fenster konnte man leider nicht rausschauen, weil es mit einer Sichtschutzfolie beklebt wurde.
Freundliches Personal, Frühstück war ok.

Fantastisch weekend gehad. Heerlijk geskied, gezellig geluncht en heerlijk geslapen met het hele gezin.
De kamer was ruim en schoon en ook het ontbijt was goed.
Het hotel en het ontbijt zijn wat meer basic dan andere 4 sterren hotels, maar de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is helemaal prima en met de pistes zo dichtbij is het helemaal top.

Ligging van hotel dichtbij de skibaan was fijn. Vooraf was ons niet bekend dat het mogelijk was om een skipas voor 2 dagen te kopen. Een skipas voor 4 uur mag bijvoorbeeld voor 2 uur gebruikt worden op dag 1 en de overige 2 uur op dag 2. Hier kwamen we te laat achter.
Bedden waren erg zacht/zakken door. ‘s Nachts om 1:30 wakker door personeel dat buiten, onder ons raam, glas in de container aan het gooien was.
Schuifdeur bij douche en toilet ging heel stroef open en dicht. Weinig privacy bij douche en toiletgebruik door ramen met weinig folie erop.

Zimmer hat gestunken und das Personal hat sich zwar gekümmert aber nur ein Duftaufsteller ist keine Lösung für Abflussprobleme. Frühstück war von Auswahl und Menge enttäuschend. Es allgemein eine Jugendherberge als ein Hotel. Einige vom Personal sind schnell genervt und lassen es auch einen Spüren. Nie wieder!

Ein tolles Hotel in super Lage. Das Frühstück ist ein Highlight und die Zimmer waren auch mit 2 Kindern klasse.

Weekend stay for indoor ski races. They changed policies for cleaning the room. So now once in the 3 days it will be cleaned, towels you have to pick up at the reception your self. Room was not really clean with dust in corners and under the bed. In general the state of the room was average with paint falling of the walls and the beds could use a new matras. Unfortunate the restaurant (Bistro) is only open from October 1st so not much choice. Ordering drinks took while due to low number of personel and the bar looks very chaotic with a lot of dirty wash in the open. Lot’s of drinks where very early “sold out”. So all in all it becoming less and less.

Jammer genoeg geen mogelijkheid om een broodje te eten op het terras. Alle sandwiches waren ‘uitverkocht’ bij openen van de broodjeskaart
