Nice staff but Atrocious cleanliness, roaches on walls among other things. I decided to check out immediately and drive the rest of the 6 hours home despite being on the road 10 hours already. If I die falling asleep at the wheel tonight, I lived a good life, but good riddance Super 8!

The bathroom had large chucks of paint falling off the ceiling, hole in ceiling that had toilet paper stuffed in it to plug a hole, rust in the tub, tub had been paint inside and the paint was peeling, couch had no seat support and the free breakfast was coffee and a prepackaged muffin. The room needs to be removed from service and repaired.

Terrible breakfast, roaches crawling on the wall. Bad smell inside property, outdated dell computer, shower was dirty, room service was not responded right away, no continental breakfast, they only had juice, coffee, fruit, muffins, the room stunk . My husband and I will never stay at the super 8 anymore.
They do have washer and dryer you have to pay, microwave in the room, hair blower, DirecTV cable, plasma TV, you can hear the people that are up on the third floor if you stay on 2nd floor.
We stayed because my husband and I were very tired. I don't recommend you and your family to stay at this hotel.
I give this hotel rate from 1- 10 a 0 rate

This property needs some work. It smells horrible in the hallways, and they dont run the AC outside of the rooms. The man working the desk forgot to give me back my id and didn’t have it when I needed it later that night because of him. Everything has \"out of order\" signs on it, which tells me that they neglect maintenance on the property.

We won't return

The building itself is in fairly good condition and was very quiet. However, it is poorly maintained: the elevator got stuck with a person inside, and the doors wouldn't open. He finally was able to prise them open with his hands, but we chose not to use the elevator and had to carry baggage up and down stairs. Several lights in the bedroom didn't work, and the finish on the bathtub was terrible. The top of the table was not attached to the base, so we had to use it very carefully so that it wouldn't fall off. The staff was not particularly helpful. Although continental breakfast was supposed to be included, there was nothing to eat our first night:only lukewarm coffee. After we complained, there were muffins and juice the next day.

I had cockroaches in my room, and they did not want to give me a refund because “cockroaches are super common in Texas and in every hotel”. this seems not only unreasonable, but not good business. The lobby and rooms smell really musty, and there was a bunch of boxsprings laying around that look like they had evidence of bedbugs.

The bathtub had cracked/ crumbled pieces of the surface of the tub missing and in the tub. Maybe they could use some replacements.

I wished they had a walk in Shower as Im 68 and its hard for me to get in and out of the tub its too high for me.

They need maybe some ♿️ rooms with Walk in Showers

Overall everything else was good.

Terrible mistake

I booked And paid for a room during the hurricane. When we drove there, an hour away, it said there were no rooms available. There was no power. I was very upset that I was able to book a room at a place that had no rooms available. On top of that, the hotel looked horrible and I really would not have wanted to stay there. It looked very dirty and unkept.

I had a confirmation of a reservation thru Expedia, got to the property, and was told there were no rooms. Houston area was recovering from Beryl, so I called Wyndham directly to verify that this facility had power, and internet. The lady then \"called\" the facility, came back on the line, confirming that they had power. The front staff rudely informed me there were no rooms, leaving me and family stranded. They were rude ! They could have called for me the Holiday Inn across the street and appear to help. This was 9.30pm . They were rude and downright told me to leave the premises. These people need to drastically correct their behaviour ! At least try and help me, see if any other facility has availability in the area.. Maybe the are making so much money they dont care. I thought Wyndham name stood for something... I GUESS NOT !!!. Never again will I trust WYNDHAM ...

Property inside need some TLC. Rooms could be cleaner along with the tub. I noticed black mole growing in the corner of the tub and the shower head needs to be removed and soaked in bleach. Also the smell as you walk in needs to be addressed also. I couldnt get a refund through the 3rd party site i booked.

The pool is closed there is no hot tub. It's dirty it stinks like Indian food my bathtub looks like it should have been replaced 10 years ago. They say they have a breakfast no they haven't a basket full of mini muffins. Certainly dated flooring, tile and bed covers. The connection between the shower and tub was broken to where the water went both into the tub and shower, therefore, water pressure from the shower head was poor. Air conditioner vents could not be adjusted so the air blew up into the curtains and never truely cooled the room due to humidity outside.

The hotel smelled horrible.
The carpet in the room had multiple gum or some other substance sticking to it. One lamp was missing shade and bulb, bathroom tub floor was scarred. Water was lukewarm in shower. Sheets and towels were paper thin and rough. Sheets appeared clean but the comforter and blanket were not. Worst hotel I’ve visited in 15 years

I understand that this is a lower cost property so I have lowered my expectations accordingly. With that said, here is where this property fell short, specific to my room (217). The bath tub is terribly stained with mildew, mold and rust spots. The round table in the room fell and nearly broke my toe when a placed my backpack on it. The top was not attached to the base (looked liked it broke off at one point and someone just set it back on). The hair dryer was not functional. There was gum stuck to the carpet.

The cops were there when we arrived and arrested a woman for trespassing. A bunch of people outside yelling because cops there.
The sheets had pubic hair and seaman all over them. The toilet had a turd and a months worth of dead bugs in it. We left and went to another hotel. I want my $ back please!!!!!

This is one of the worst hotels I stayed ever.
The management is too bad and an Indian family staying in one room and running the hotel.
they kept the elevator off and make us ride the stairs 3 stories.
They put some pesticides and the whole corridor is suffocating and unhygienic.
The room AC sometimes work sometimes not.
The AC filters never changed
TV don't work
The Rooms having foods leftover and dirt.
The water supply closed without any prior notice.
The entire hotel smelling bad.
Too bad to stay.
Found foods under bed sheet and called the management to clean but they just gave replaced bed sheet to change yourself.

When I checked in I had a ring a bell - it took her eleven minutes to come to the counter. The welcome area had a foal odor. Needed my credit card in case I smoked, had extra visitors - told I would be charged for this only after I departed. An hour later my credit card had a $57.63 charge - when to counter - rang bell - waited for six minutes until someone appeared - told this charge would be credited to my account once they cleaned my room after I left. Not the same information I was told when I checked in. The following morning: only coffee was out - told at checkin time there would be toast, rolls, cereal and fruit - non of which was there when at 7:30 am. When to check out at 8:35 am - rang bell - several times - waited 17 minutes. Left the room key with a note with a note on the paper envelope saying I waited but I wanted a email confirmation sent to me. Would not recommend this motel/hotel to anyone. 😫

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! MOLD IN THE COFFEE POT

There is rarely someone at the front desk. You have to call a phone number and wait as I did, then the a staff member came down wheeling a stroller with a child in it. Apparently they cant be bothered with their customers who help to buy their BMW SUV. The keys stop working after a couple of hours so you have to keep calling to be re-keyed. Their idea of breakfast is coffee, a pre-wrapped \"muffin\" and an apple. The coffee pot in our room had mold in the bottom of it. Very little customer service. Both bathrooms in the hall were \"OUT OF ORDER' as was the Business center. I waited 30 minutes for my keys to be re-keyed while ringing 3 bells at the front desk for someone to finally show up. Meanwhile, I had a handicapped woman sitting on her walker waiting to use the bathroom. Worse customer service in a long time. They wouldnt reimburse the cost of one night stay even though I came to the front desk on the 6th to cancel a reservation for the 8th and 9th. We needed a first floor room but they didnt reserve one for us on the 8th so we had to pay for another room at another hotel. Why wouldnt they put another guest up on the second floor so we could have our required first floor room on the 8th? I was standing in front of the desk on the 6th telling them I required a first floor on the 8th yet they would not reimburse me for the room on the 8th. So they also have terrible planning skills but like I said, they dont seem to care much for their customers.

The woman at the front desk was very nice. She upgraded us to a bigger room without charging extra. The second night, there were a lot of people checking in but there wasn't any extra noise in the rooms or halls. We didn't use all of the amenities such as the jacuzzi room or pool so I can't review those but our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.
