This is a premium property. Its elegant entrance with the fireplace burning was so inviting. We received an upgraded room that was stunning and very spacious. The bathroom was clean an well appointed with good water pressure. Breakfast was very good with hardworking and exceptionally friendly staff that felt like friends. Parking was abundant and it was an easy walk to stores and dining in the heart of Killarney. Outstanding and would recommend this hotel to anyone

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. I was traveling with family and received lots of compliments from those traveling with me on the quality of our stay we especially enjoyed our breakfast. The food was great, and the service provided by Agnes was even better. Will definitely stay in this hotel on every future trip to Killarney.

A most delightful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and they take an honest interest in you. The hotel is just off of the main drag, so it is easy in and out without traffic issues. A quick walk to restaurants and pubs. The front desk will be glad to help you with maps and directions for anything needed. We will be back one day.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Room was massive we had large double and 2 single beds, large sofa, beside cabinets at the each bed, huge wardrobe, beautiful dressing table and very large full length mirror. Hairdryer, kettle large wall hung TV. Public rooms were stunning.No evening meal available but breakfast was the best we have in 10 different hotels we have used while travelling around Ireland. A real gem.

Amazing place to stay. The staff was outstanding, breakfast delicious, and the location with parking perfect. While the room is dated, it is flawlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The only thing we did not like is the lack of air conditioning on a few hot nights. Our room had a fan, but no plug near the window to bring in fresh air. I would stay here again without hesitation...

It was a great stay. Everyone on staff was extremely helpful and full of information to enhance our experience and make our stay one of most memorable stays of our trip. A couple things to note from a women’s prospective would be to make a hair and makeup vanity with power outlet and chair in every room. Our room did not have this although another member of our party did. Also face cloths to wash your body and face as well as better quality pillows. Better lighting around bathroom mirror would overcome the unattractive “hag” lighting effect. These small adjustments would elevate our stay.

Best stay in Killarney! The place has the spirit of a hunting lodge from the 19 th century - oil paintings all over the corridors and the sitting area, beautiful carpets and old fashioned furniture in an impeccable state, clean, quiet and convenient. Absolutely recommend it.

Lovely, quiet hotel located 10 minutes from Killarney Town centre. Fresh food, well presented and tastey available all day. Lots of comfortable seating. We felt very safe as the hotel carried out strict government guidelines. This didn't inconvenience us at all. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We always enjoy Killarney and go there every year, this was our first time staying at Earls Court House Hotel and the location is great, a few minutes walk to town. From the moment we stepped through the hotel door we were met with a friendly face, check in was so easy, when we got to our rooms the first thing we noticed was how clean the room was, the hotel staff were kind and friendly and went out of their way to make you feel special, on two occasions we requested extra items and within minutes there was a member of staff at our door.
The hotel staff were kind polite, friendly and very helpful and always greeted you with a smile.
As we’re still in times of restrictions, breakfast in the mornings are different, but at Earls Court it’s just as if things were normal, staff show you to your table, then show you what’s available and it’s brought to your table, the breakfast menu has a great selection and it doesn’t disappoint, the food is excellent, one of the many highlights of our stay there.Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable few days.We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights at this Hotel. Upon entering our room the smell of mildew was overwhelming. I knew that we could not stay in this room. The room appeared to be clean but the old musty smell and mildew smell was too much. I requested another room and a smaller one was available. The Hotel did not adjust the rate from the large room to the smaller room, which i felt was unfortunate since the larger room was not inhabitable.

(We did not actually stay at this hotel. We were able to find another hotel with air conditioning and newer interiors. )The room we were given was west facing and had no windows to cool it off, only a door to a little balcony. Because we wouldn't be able to keep the door open at night, because of safety reasons, it would be too hot to sleep. The room decor and furnishings were old and dated. I don't think think this hotel should be rated as a 4 star.

We LOVED our stay at Earls Court! The entire staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home - they ensured we were happy with our rooms and provided great local recommendations. The entire hotel is wonderfully decorated, and the rooms themselves far exceeded our expectations. I would consider the \"standard\" room to be the size of small suites. Earls Court offers an exceptional complimentary breakfast service for guests as well, which is never a bad way to start of your day in Ireland.

It’s worth noting that car gps directs a route that is incorrect - it’s on a dead end hilltop right over the hotel. The hotel sits off Woodlawn, which comes off Muckross.

My Earl’s Court Hiuse Hotel was very comfortable in all ways. The room was quite large and each room has a vintage furniture store with a very comfortable bed. It is very clean and the bathroom provided tub/shower combo with amenities of soap, shampoo, etc. that are replenished daily. The inroom safe was very convenient and the breakfast had a lot of choices with delicious food. I would stay here again. It is a bit of a walk to the center of town, but happily has free parking on site.

The location was good... just a short drive or long walk into town. The room was very dark and dated, but I guess that’s that “charm” of the hotel. Personally we did not like the hard bed or the bathroom... the hair dryer was horrible and looked like a mini vacuum cleaner from the 1970s and the toilet did not flush well. The elevator was small and old. But again, to be fair the idea of the hotel is that it’s “vintage” so even the hot and cold water faucets in the sink were separate. So although it’s nostagic, it’s not convenient. The lighting was horrible for putting makeup on. There are also no plugs in the bathroom for a curling iron or hair straightener. Breakfast was the best part... you got to choose from a menu where the food was freshly prepared and there was also an area with fruit, breads and yogurt. Our room also had a small balcony with a great view which was nice, but no air conditioning. Since we went in early September it was a bit stuffy at night. You could open the window but there was no screen, so then you had to worry about bugs getting in. Plus on Friday night you could hear everybody coming and going outside, including the people standing outside talking while having a smoke. Overall for Killarney this is probably a good hotel, but not a great hotel if you’re looking for modern conveniences. Then again when you come to Ireland it’s not like you’re going to find many Holiday Inns unless you stay in Dublin… So for the area this is probably a good hotel.
