This was a very convenient stop for us. We arrived in the evening and the operator was friendly and accommodating. The issue with the motel was in cleanliness and function in the bathroom. The shower filled with water immediately and did not drain in any reasonable time. My son took a quick shower which ended when it filled up to the rim within 5 minutes. Didn't drain until I woke up in the morning, so no shower for me. Bit dingy, but still convenient and friendly.

It’s all about the pricing, for the price it’s fine, everything works, the tv, refrigerator, AC, etc., but not the safest or most interesting area to stay. Also, there was a funky smell. But for the price, it was right.

The motel website said it closed at 9pm so I tried calling the office several times to let them know we would be arriving after that time. The guy who would answer the phone would just hang up on me. Then we waited a couple hrs and called back. He answered with a huge sigh. Poor customer service.

This place was scary. There was no heat turned on. Took 4 hours to heat the room up. When I got up in middle of night to use the bathroom I felt like I was walking on ice cubes. The towels in bathroom were from the 60's. They looked like rags with no fleece left in them. If you need help with anything there is no one there beyond 9-5. Do not stay here!!

I booked the room approximately five hours before I checked in. I did not end up needing to stay so I tried to cancel without a fee. The person behind the counter said l would have to deal with the booking company ( Expedia).
Expedia said they would not charge any fees and would have to check with the motel. Expedia talked to the same person I talked to and he told them he could not refund any money. This was a waste of time, he could have been upfront with me and told me it was against their policy. He tried to hide behind Expedia.

From the outside it looks very run down, exterior could use some work. Inside room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Again, a bit run down, it for the price and the positives, a bit run down is OK. The toilet seat was cracked, so had to be careful, and the electric outlets were loose and need to be replaced, my computer plug kept falling out of the socket. In all, a positive, good night's sleep.

Reassembled dowels into place but couldn’t bring myself to sit in it. Office windows/garage door, Christmas lights and signage looked run down. Bed frames/mattresses laying against walls outside a couple rooms. Place looks creepy / run down, and unsafe.

The room was fairly acceptable - only had to kill 2-bugs. Staff was friendly. Morning after I arrived, the door would not lock & they replaced the lock quickly which was comforting. For the price you can't expect much, I know, but apparently a number of the rooms have folks who LIVE there. Where I come from that is typically a sign of hard times, economic woes, & a propensity towards unsavory things. As a single woman, I will not stay here again when I visit Reedsburg, my high school alma mater.

The staff was nice and accommodating. However, the floor turned a white washcloth black when I cleaned up a water spill, and there were a few bugs flying/crawling around. It would've been nice to go for a swim in their pool, but it was empty other than some debris blowing around the bottom.
