Very kid oriented. Children running the halls, dung dong ditching doors until well after midnight. Kids running and stomping at all hours of the night.

Pool was fine. Soooo chlorinated that it burns your eyes in the hot tub. Very loud. But I get it.

Rooms were fine. Clean. Beds sucked. Literally have a bruise on my hip from sleeping on my side. Between the kids running and stomping all night and the subpar beds..... Not a great night sleep. Rate was good. Breakfast was good considering. Lots of options.

Very friendly staff, rooms where super clean, beds where comfy, rooms where completely sound proof unless there was some noise outside in the hallway which is perfectly fine at a kid friendly hotel. The only issue we had was the kiddo section was extremely cold, and the room where the pool was was super cold. My 1 yr old couldn’t play in the kid pool for to long because he was freezing. That’s all over all a great experience.

Always an excellent experience when staying here! Upgraded to a room with the jetted tub in it for this stay and it was perfect. The room and hotel were very clean, the desk and breakfast staff were above and beyond with friendliness as always, and everything was great. I stay at this hotel multiple times a year as I frequent the dells a lot; and I never have a reason to not return. Thank you for always providing an excellent stay!!

I found bed bugs when we get into bed. That was disgusting bug almost gets into my granddaughter head. I killed it. Ask for the owner to come and see it I have to call twice, and he finally came he just stared at the bed bugs and said I'll refund all the money. He didn't offer to help us didn't say sorry just walked out of our room. We where drop off there and supposed to be picked up by my son on Sunday. So I had to get a taxi to come over and take us to a very nice hotel. \"Stay bridge\" great place we got a suite almost for the same price of the first hotel with bed bugs. I felt so sorry for the children we had to wake them up. Horrible experience next time I will put more attention to the reviews. Good thing expedia reimbursed all my money.. stay bridge hotel put a smile in our face.

The room was clean, quiet, and big. I liked how homey it was and that it was laid out well for usage. The beds and couch were very comfy. The pool's mood lighting at night was great. The hotel was in a good location for getting around town and the staff was positive.

However, a few easy changes could have made the stay better. I'm allergic to fragrances and scented cleaning products, so I had a lot of issues with the lemon scented linens and the scented floor/surface cleaner, that offgasses into the air. The lobby was so overpoweringly full of scent I could barely check in. I'd suggest switching to unscented products in the future for folks like me--it'd make me want to come back every time. :)

I also found that the hot breakfast items weren't hot and the cold items, like the milk, weren't cold enough, so both made me sick to eat because they had gone off. Not much use in a breakfast you can't eat.

Or drain was clogged in our room. Toilet paper holder was falling off wall. Plus I had a handful of popcorn and when we were getting out of our car, I threw the popcorn on the ground for the birds . Then when I went into the lobby, the attendant told me that was unnecessary to throw popcorn on the ground. It wasn't litter. He said it needed swept up. He was very rude and told me no food is to be thrown on the ground or parking lot. Very rude customer service. We paid for 3 nights, but I was so mad we checked out on the 2 and day. They wouldn't refund me for the other night we didn't stay. I would never recommend this Wingate. It's privately owed, not company.

The hotel and facilities were nice but the rooms did not feel very clean. Very dirty around the perimeter and the fold out sofa bed did not have the appearance of being cleaned and remade with fresh bedding. We heard rumors of bed bugs and Orkin was on site during our stay. I guess it's good they are taking care of it if true. We did not see any bed bugs in our room but the room not being well cleaned really had us feeling nervous and paranoid about it. The pools were fantastic for the kids and the area had plenty of options for dining. We did wish the breakfast ran a little later than 9. When they say it ends at 9 they are not joking. All food was promptly removed from the breakfast area. Not even a yogurt or piece of fruit could be found after that time! The staff we encountered were all friendly. If the rooms had been clean and we didn't have the concern for bed bugs the stay would have been perfect.

Accommodations were perfect for my family and preschool aged grandchildren. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. We drove through town and saw crowds everywhere else but our stay was relaxed, and peaceful. It was easy to keep an eye on the kids while giving them the freedom to experience the slides by themselves with no wait. It felt like a hidden gem for families with small children to avoid crowds and enjoy a peaceful, clean worry free stay.

Room was clean enough, but definitely has more of a motel feel. That’s fine, but not when you’re paying four-star hotel prices. Even in a suite, the sink was in the main room and not in the bathroom and the mattress springs on both beds squeaked when you move around. The pool looks much more impressive in the pictures than in real life, and they charged us $45 for a “resort fee” even after we had already pre-paid on hotels.com. Would not recommend.

Was told our room had things it did not even though we asked the front desk before we got our keys. For how much business we give them wish they would take care of you a little better. OVERWHELMING febreeze and bounce sheet smells!!

Everything was clean , but the amount of febeeze type smells was COMPLETELY overwhelming! If you have any type of breathing/lung issues this is not the hotel for you , we opened the windows for a few hours and even that didn't really help! The pools inside and outside were both fun .

Front desk not friendly at all couldn’t even check earlier when they’re an hour early. They won’t let me in which is fine I understand but when I checked out, I gave them two hours early. How nice is that? Got charged for amenities $22 per night additional from the hotel stay which I wasn’t aware of and never have happened to me. The gym was not even available till 9 AM. Most hotels has availability 24 seven with your card key. This one they had a card key but they will lock the gym until 9 AM which was NOT! convenient. I like to go to the gym at 7AM and wasn’t able to, maids don’t don’t know how to knock the doors they just walk in on you just because they have the key very unprofessional. They need to get trained better. carpeting was dirty in my room and on the elevators as well. My room phone had no service. I had to go at the front desk and ask they came up and looked at it will take care of it and never happened. Had to used my own personal phone to call for towels . Will NEVER stay at the Wyndham hotel ever. and those pictures online they are too good to be true especially the pool.
