One of the main reasons why we decided to stay here is because online it adversities they offer cribs, but when we arrived they said they’ve never offered cribs. The main manager you can tell is trying his hardest to keep up with the hotel and is a good man, but the other staff when I checked in were rude and argumentative. The property itself was extremely outdated and falling apart. The only reason why I’m giving a 2 star instead of 1 is because our room was tolerable for what we needed and because the manager was a good guy.

The staff was so kind and so friendly. I didn't appreciate the sales pitch upon check in. The housekeeping left a bit to be desired - we tried to be understanding with the blizzard that came in on Sunday but there were full garbage bins when we checked in on Saturday in the ice room and outside the entrance and they were still full (overflowing when we left Monday.) The pool towels never got replenished. The pool and hot tub were fine - again, not sure how clean they were and we were disappointed to find the sauna out of order and not told upon check in. The breakfast was good, hot and the time it was served was very good. The staff - again - not enough can be said for their kindness and professionalism. We were in a room right by a side entrance which I do not recommend. The door SLAMMED loud anyone someone used it. The room appeared clean & was spacious however the tub/shower combo was out of repair and the walls were PAPER THIN. The ice machine was right next door and you could hear it all night - it sounded like a washing machine.

Waited 15 min at the front desk during check in, nobody was there. I had to walk down the hallway and ask a cleaning staff person, and he informed me he was also the front desk clerk.

I was also woken up by a person speaking very loudly on the phone in the next room. I assumed she was an employee because she was complaining about her work duties and the inconsistent times of her shifts. This happened at around 8am.

Pool was a great size, sauna was broken, rooms were great size and perfect for our family!!! Breakfast had great options and every employee was very friendly we dealt with. Our room was missing a tv remote so we couldn’t watch tv after kids went to bed which was disappointing but gave us time to sleep in very comfy beds!

Would definitely stay again!

Very disappointed in our room, when we walked in I told my friend that the room smelled musty!!! Then later in the evening water started pouring out from the bathroom ceiling light fixture. In a very short amount of time the floor was flooded and running under the carpet. I went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. So in our pajamas we went to the front desk. They moved us to another room. No leaks or smells but 2 of the 4 pillows had a musty smell to them. Very disappointed in our stay, we decided to skip the breakfast and go out to eat.

The room itself was fine. The bathroom smelled of rotten eggs and was tiny. The hotel itself was decently clean, the pool area had normal wear and tear. The General Manager was nice and allowed us to check in early. The lady that was working the front desk after he got off was extremely rude and is the reason we will never be back. She shouldn’t be going around blaming people for things. Overall, good location, decent stay for the money but like I said, won’t stay again because of how she treated us.

Room was clean and had been updated since the last time we stayed but the air conditioner was not working so the room was very hot. But the pool area was an issue. The hot tub had a lot of broken tiles, and the sauna was not working. The staff was good. One of the front desk’s attendants were a bit over friendly and kept getting to close for my comfort to my kids. And wouldn’t leave us alone while we were trying to get and eat our breakfast.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Unpleasant Room Conditions

Check-in was a terrible experience — the receptionist was rude and completely unwelcoming. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable being greeted at a hotel. The customer service overall needs serious improvement.

The room had a strong musty odor, which made it hard to relax. On top of that, the toilet seat was broken — clearly, maintenance and cleanliness aren’t a priority here.

To make matters worse, at 10am (an hour before checkout), staff knocked on our door saying the owner had asked them to check if we had left. It felt intrusive and unnecessary, especially since checkout time is clearly stated as 11am.

Honestly, I should have taken the empty parking lot as a sign.

I regret not reading more reviews beforehand. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Great option for a reasonable rate in the Dells. The room was updated and fairly large… however, we were out of shower gel in the shower pump upon arrival and the pullout sofa mattress was sagging quite a bit but luckily my daughter was still able to use it. (Should be probably replaced). The regular beds were very comfortable.

Overall our stay was very nice because the place was clean and the owners were very friendly. We enjoyed the little pool and hot tub, and breakfast area was kept well stocked. I would stay here again.

The hotel was so disappointing, and it smelled awful. This was our first time staying at this hotel and will be our last. The room and hotel smells awful and needed to be updated. The refrigerator smelled like fish, the carpet was sticky, and outside of the hotel was a mess. The entrance to our room had a view of the back property which was a dumpster. With the garbage all around it, an old picnic table and cigarette Buds everywhere. There was zero security . The only positive was the self made waffle breakfast in the morning.

The room is really dated and the whole hotel needs some updating and to be kept up better. They must of had some type of water leak because several rooms had the doors propped open with blowers drying them out. I could see through the crack in my door. The room didn't have an alarm clock and the bathroom was dirty and gross. Wont be staying here again. This definitely is not worth more than $60 a night.

OK for the quick weekend

Room was nice size. Bathroom was extremely small. Toilet paper needs to be upgraded. Tissue cover was way to small for the box of tissues, looked tacky.
Desk personnel were extremely nice, both at check in and at check out.

The hotel was very well managed. Great water pressure. Although I didn't use all the facility had to offer the pool looked very nice. A small gym, sauna, hot tub, and even an outdoor patio with an area with a grill available for use.
The King suite was great. I would highly recommend. A huge jetted tub, a large TV, and a high rise bed.
The only complaint would be the shower was a little small.

Rundown and dirty

Entrance was dirty needs a lot of tlc and windex. Pure rundown. Care about the money not the appearance. Pool and hot tub was dirty. Our stay wasn't worth the money. We are sorry that we stayed there, we should stay somewhere else. Andy and his wife were very nice. Even the outside is rundown. Vents in the hallway are dirty. Including pictures of hot tub.

Front desk agent was pretty rude. Ended up charging me per person even though I booked a suite that fits 6. Maybe it’s something I overlooked but have never had a hotel up charge me like that. Also responded to the welcome text that Ramada By Wyndham sent me after check-in because our toilet was clogged when we arrived at our room. The text had stated “let us know if you need anything during your stay.” Figured it was appropriate to respond, since I needed my toilet unclogged. Front desk agent told my wife it was impossible that I was texting anyone as no texts get sent and there is no way to communicate with them via text. My assumption is that they just are a little behind on the technology side.

I picked the Ramada because of its convenience to pretty much everything and it’s affordable. Unfortunately after walking into our room and getting the sofa bed pulled out so that it was ready for when we returned it was dirty with crumbs and hair. Going in the bathroom I found more hair and a dirty tub. And when returning to the hotel that night my kids opened the microwave and found what I believe is weed. I gave it to the receptionist the morning of check out and all that was said was I’m sorry.

Not a bad place to stay but I’d only recommend as a cheap budget option, anything outside of that is a no go. Also after checking in and paying my deposit ($100) I got another $230 charge in the middle of the night randomly and they claimed it was a network error on their end I def didn’t like that. So if you’re in a budget and don’t care where u stay and it’s cheap go for it anything else I couldn’t recommend

Good service, overall decent place

Stayed there for five nights. During my stay, the service was excellent: Daily housekeeping, good breakfast, and provided plenty of towels and washcloths. Bed was comfortable. The only issues I saw were the soap bars were quite small, and they don't recycle. Among the cheaper options in the area, so it's a solid choice for Wisconsin Dells visitors looking to save money on lodging.

The lady that took care of us was still training so she had to get her notes, but she was so nice and she helped us out so much. I previously booked with another hotel that I would never stay in , I got caught in the rain and construction was bad so I was really exhausted. I'm sorry I don't know her name but she was a sweet pea. I also saw the Manager ( or the owners) assisting with the rooms and that was impressive! I will be back in June! Thank you so much!

The room was big and clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The breakfast had plenty of options. And the hotel staff were very nice. The only downfall was the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable, so my daughters back hurt from sleeping on springs and rods.

Refrigerator was cery loud. Maintainence Staff played blaring mexican music in the pool area at 730am that could easily be heard through the walls of the rooms. Old pizza left in the Refrigerator from prior guests. If the price is under 60 its worth considering. Youll be mad if you pay over 80 for this place.

Don’t do it!!

This hotel was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The room its self was questionably clean. The staff was the weirdest they made everyone in my group EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Staff caressed one of the teen girls shoulders, ran hands through another’s one’s hair, repeatedly came into the pool room while they were swimming about nine teenage girls. Came into our rooms without knocking or warning. Walked up and down the halls clapping when parents weren’t around almost to impersonate the girls playing around in the halls so they would come out of the rooms.

To expand a little more one of the girls from our team went down to get a yogurt around noon. Staff told her the yogurt costs $5 after breakfast. She said okay and went to put it back staff then caressed her shoulder and said ‘unless you bribe me for it.’ This is a 15 year old girl!!!!!

When confronted staffs excuse was ‘in my country.’ Then told another parent of the group that he ‘saw all the girls as his own’ again, that just doesn’t sit right.

So I guess if you’re a single guy you’re most likely safe!
