We went from a sunday to Tuesday in hopes the waterpark wouldn't be so busy but boy where we wrong. It was very packed and thankful for the adult only pools. Our 2 bedroom condo was at the glacier canyon and it was beautiful, the only complaint was the people above us letting there kids jump and be obnoxious from 5 am and i did call and they made them aware which made it worse. But the 2nd night no one was above us which definitely made for a better night's rest.

Everything was pretty good. Carpet in room was tattered and torn in areas. And the parking is atrocious even in the middle of winter. Good luck in summer finding a parking spot within 500 yards of your room.

Check in process needs to be shorter for people who have stayed at the resort before, and asking questions about ownership is fine but a simple no means no, I shouldn't have to stand and listen to 15 minutes of talking that you did the same talk the year before for something I'll never buy while my kids waiting in the car ready to get they mini vacation started.

To get the waterpark passes, I had to pay and sign up for a 90 minute presentation. If I didn’t go I wouldn’t get my money back. Went to the presentation they promised wouldn’t even take 90 minutes because it was the last one of the day and they wanted to get home. Was there almost 4 hours. It was in the afternoon so we didn’t use the waterpark before we went, by time we were done, ate supper and got ready, we had an hour to spend at the waterpark. Worst vacation I have ever been on. All my time was spent doing all this extra stuff for Club Wyndham and not spending time with my family.

Front desk staff amazing. The downfall was no where in the booking did it mention timeshare presentation. Got hit with that when getting water park bracelets. Took a deposit for the timeshare meeting so I’m sure I forfeited that and who knows if any penalties coming for skipping it as far as room rate. Other than that it would have been excellent but I didn’t sign up to go to a timeshare presentation and didn’t appreciate being cornered into it t and billed for it as a well

We always come back every year at this time. Not too may people or wait times. We love the condos. Clean and quiet. We booked a 1 bedroom and found out at check in we were uograded to a 2 bedroom condo. The only negative i have is only certain pools were open at certain times. Ut we get it.. .

The club wyndom condos are pretty run down. Very poor in sound. Anyone and everyone in the hall you can hear loudly and if you have anyone on each side or above you will hear everything from footsteps to voices to someone falling out of bed.

We went during spring break. Not many restaurants open. The main water park isn’t open daily. The room was comfortable and had all of the amenities of home. LOTS of walking but you can get where you need to be without going outside.

All in all it was a good stay. There is an offer for a presentation and Resort cash which we knew about this going into it but we took it anyway. On the morning of checkout we did the presentation and it went longer than expected and a little bit awkward and tense at the end because essentially they are going to try to sell you a timeshare for an extreme amount of money and monthly maintenance fees with terrible interest rates. This is often referred to as one of the worst financial decisions you can ever make. We said no and will continue to do so and if they want to continue to incentivize with $175 worth of gift cards and Resort cash which we used to eat out and do other activities that is on them not us. Overall though we think Wilderness is the best option in the Dells and really enjoyed the two bedroom condo unit at the lodge.

Checking in should only be checking in I shouldn't be forced to go into a member service room for wristbands and a guide map only to be persuaded and convinced to sit down for a 90 minute presentation which I'm sure is only about buying into a time share it's already bad enough check in isn't until 4pm let me get my vacation started I don't want to hear about a presentation we came to relax and enjoy our stay.

Beware when booking here, the property plays bait and switch, a few days before your trio they will call and say due to inventory issues you have been moved from the main resort to one of the satellite properties, so if you were planning on walking between waterparks via indoor hallways and back to your room again in the frigid winter, good luck!

Room smelled like cigarette smoke, bed was uncomfortable and un-made upon arrival. Staff took measures to remedy the smell on the second day of our stay but still was very disappointing.

Condo was roomy and had good amenities. Beds were comfortable. Only complaints are you can hear a lot of what is going on above you if you are on the 2nd floor. The other that the check-in process seemed a little tedious and even though I had changed reservation name before I arrived we still had to do it again. Overall would recommend if you are staying with a larger group.

Our 4th year staying at the wilderness and is always excellent. Our boys love it and we celebrate their birthdays while there.
However this time we opted to listen to the timeshare deal and tour with Kyle.
It was okay until the part where he was very rude once he knew that we were on the fence about purchasing the timeshare.
He used every tactic including belittling us, telling us if we don't purchase now we will always be renters, asked us multiple times if its because of finances which it's not but insisted we open a credit card which we told him we are opposed to since we pay cash for everything. We also stated we were very interested in this but we would have to talk it over before committing to something long which he didnt appreciate. Used foul language multiple times and also talked about how while his wife was giving birth \"she pooped on the bed\"
They gave us other offers which I was in favor of and wanted to purchase however my wife talked me out of it due to being harassed and belittled.
We will no longer be staying at the wilderness in the future. We will spend our money as \"renters\" somewhere else.

Everything was good except for some staining on the sheets. We also wouod like to see some speed bumps installed by all the entrences. People do not abide by the 10 mph speed limit. Easily doing 25-30mph thru parking lots and flying past the pedestrian exits from the buildings. (A-D) specifically. People were also not stopping to let pedestrians cross at the walkways.

We were there for a short family get together. The room was perfect for my family. Very spacious, my kids had their own room & bathroom. Great Master suite with jacuzzi tub and separate bathroom with shower. Great amenities, just wish we could have stayed there longer!

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I overall enjoyed myself and the amenities offered. The area has a lot of things around it (food and activities). The downside was that I was not able to check in until 40 minutes after check in time due to them cleaning and they wouldn't even give me an estimate of when the room would be ready and offered no remedy. Also, check out time on here says 11am but the hotel said it was 10am. Another thing I didn't like was when I asked for more towel cards the woman at the front desk asked me so many questions and lectured me on how the towel cards work for an unnecessary amount of time before just giving them to me and she did the same when it came to getting extra towels.

We have stayed at the Wilderness Properties for around 24 years, when our daughter was under 18 we would come 2-3 times a year and rent a villa, condo or cabin. Always a wonderful experience.
This year we did book through expedia as we would normally do and we got the confirmation from expedia for the condo. When I arrived on our check in day I came in early so we could pre check and get our wrist bands to start enjoying our day. Well Wyndham's system never confirmed our reservation so I had to sit and wait 2 hours for a manager to come in and work through their systems to confirm my room that was booked around 6 weeks earlier. That took about 45 minutes. This is a very poor system, the staff was very apologetic and I understood why the front desk couldn't help but this should never have happened. I was very patient as causing a scene or being mean never helps any situation. This will not deter me from staying there again but they need to work on their confirmation systems from 3rd party sites or stop letting 3rd party sites book with them.
This year we did book through expedia as we would normally do and we got the confirmation from expedia for the condo. When I arrived on our check in day I came in early so we could pre check and get our wrist bands to start enjoying our day. Well Wyndham's system never confirmed our reservation so I had to sit and wait 2 hours for a manager to come in and work through their systems to confirm my room that was booked around 6 weeks earlier. That took about 45 minutes. This is a very poor system, the staff was very apologetic and I understood why the front desk couldn't help but this should never have happened. I was very patient as causing a scene or being mean never helps any situation. This will not deter me from staying there again but they need to work on their confirmation systems from 3rd party sites or stop letting 3rd party sites book with them.

The only real issue is that the arcade and food our just so overpriced that its really hard to have a good time with a family of 5 when you get price gouged at every turn.We stopped in the candy shop in the Wild West water park and all got a piece of candy and the total was $33.00 dollars for candy pretty ridiculous.

Overall the stay was good. However the glacier canyon condos could definitely be cleaned and maintained better. 2 of the closet doors were broke on top so they wouldn't stay shut. One was the garbage closet so this was frustrating with little kids. The kitchen vinyl plank floor was coming apart and looked dirty in the cracks. After the sheets were pulling off on night 1 I realized the fitted sheet was inside out and likely the wrong size for the bed. I didn't notice until the night of day 2 that the shower floor and track were quite grimy. Just makes you wonder if things like this are overlooked, it might not be as clean as you'd hope. (I took pictures but the app won't let me attach)

I booked this place a month ahead. Got an email to call 24 hours before to ensure room is available. Got a good to go from Wyndham. When got there, said there was a maintenance issue with my room. Will move me to another property that is 5 minutes away, $75 gift card and pool pass but no transportation to and from. I said no as I booked this place a while out, called within 24 hours, convenient for us as I have a 5 month with, and other family is staying in the same place, plus I didn't want to drive back and forth and gas is expansive (which Wyndham will not cover). Manager told me I either stay at the other property or go somewhere else. I went with Glacier instead but there was a $62 price difference. Manager refused to pay the difference as I booked through third party; says she can't go above and beyond. I wasn't happy but stayed at Glacier. Was told Wyndham will contact Expedia as there was a maintenance issue but they never did. Called Expedia on Monday and they have no clue about it. They called Wyndham with no answer so that agent sent them an email. Told me to wait 72 hours for reply. Haven't heard back. Contacted Expedia who contacted Wyndham. Agent told me Wyndham refused to refund me as they were willing to provide me another place and I refused to stay there. I was told I can either stay at the other property or go somewhere else, never been told I won't get a refund back if I didn't stay at their other property. This is unacceptable.

I booked at Club Wyndham through Hotels.com 2 weeks prior. Longtime, loyal customer. Have spent thousands here over many years. The occasion was my son's birthday and wanted to make it special. Another party joining us from out of town. Arrived and Wyndham desk staff informed us he could not find reservation. Long story short, Wyndham was overbooked and Hotels.com had sent me an email informing me the property could not honor my reservation, but the email was sent just as we were about to embark on our 2 1/2 hour drive to the resort and I did not see it prior to arriving.
Naturally, I was shocked and confused at being informed there would be no room at the inn for my family. What good is a reservation if no room is set aside for you? My credit card had already been charged hundreds of dollars for my stay.
I asked to speak with a manger. A lady working at the service desk came over and identified herself as the desk supervisor. I began to explain my confusion and subsequent frustration. I deal with the public in my line of work and know enough to present my issue in an even voice, having faith in the process that errors often happen and can be corrected or at least explained. 30 seconds into my story the lady tells me that she doesn't appreciate me yelling at her. I was astonished for the moment. I looked at my daughter who gave me that wide-eyed, can't believe she said that look. I explained to the lady I was not yelling, and she began to argue about this.

The only reason we stayed at the hotel was for the water parks for my daughter, we visited each one and had to leave within minutes for the water/area being so cold my daughter was shivering the entire time. We finally got to be in the hot tub once there was space the next day and we got kicked out for my daughter being under six(understandable) but there was many children under six that got to stay for some reason. So I’m my eyes it was a complete waste of money.
