I called the hotel to book my reservation a few months ago, was told to book online. Booked through Expedia cause I couldn't go directly through the hotel. Tried to cancel my Dec 27, 2025 reservation on Tuesday December 23rd with a voicemail at the hotel because the desk is not staffed all the time. Called back after the holidays on December 26 to confirm they got my voicemail in which I was told i had to cancel through expedia.
No One from the hotel called me back to let me know that within the cancelation timeframe, Expedia's online customer service was AI prompts, no free text and couldn't get to an email or phone number.
Then.. at 11:55 on Sat Dec 27th as i was sleeping I received a call to ask if I was still planning to use my reservation.
I will not go back to Woodside or ever use Expedia again.

These should be washed every week even if just being stored. No movie channels on the tv. All channels had commercials !! I have never received an email from any hotel/motel anywhere that wanted me to sign a contract before my arrival. Amongst other things, I had to agree that if they accepted my reservation but were unable to honor it (because they doubled booked??) that I could be shipped up to anywhere within a 25 miles radius upon my arrival. So you'd better not book a room with a good price because you'll be the first to be bumped. Based on this fact alone, I am not sure we will return and stay here for our annual trip to the Dells

A hammer drill was running at 3am one night ?? but the rooms are a great size but they don't do have daily freshening .. a big negative for me .. but we managed. The TV had to be reset daily to have it workable. But .. we'd stay again, if we felt comfortable with the \"hey you don't matter as much as the other guests paying more\" and took the chance of being shipped elsewhere.

The exterior door to the main building was broken and didn't lock put our rooms did and we were not expecting to be inside the main building so regardless it didn't really matter. The bed was comfortable, and pillows had substance versus just being airy so very impressed. For how affordable this was honestly I am above the moon and would highly recommend even though no waterpark passes are included.

It’s located just a few blocks past the shopping district which was perfect it kept us out of the hustle and bustle of the waterpark area while we were still drivable. (Under 5mins) it was nice to not hear kids running the halls and we had no issues at all. It was clean, staff was nice, and pool stayed open late!

Great little motel in the dells. Only issue I could say was the heater was pretty loud, we are used to noise when we sleep so it wasn’t a terrible thing for us. Told management when we checked out and they put it on the maintenance list. Other than that room was clean quiet and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I’d 100% stay there again.

Great place for a great price!
Me and 4 of my friends stayed in the comfort suite and it was so spacious. The two queen beds and pull out couch were perfect for us and the room itself was a nice size for the days we ended up staying! Highly recommend if you’re around to explore the downtown area and also go swimming here or at any of the water parks as well! The only downside was how freezing it was to cross the parking lot to get to the pool! That’s on us for coming during the winter season haha!

We arrived early and we couldn't check-in so we decided to go to the water park but we had no problem later on with the checking in. Nice and clean place, friendly staff, the indoor swimming pool is big and nice. Poche, the gentleman in the front desk was very helpful accommodating my wife's special kid needs. The beds are nice and firm and comfortable and everything works. Worth every penny we paid. We're definitely coming back.
