1.5 hours to check in, free breakfast ends at 9:30, 3 out of 4 gates to the pool locked permanently. Balcony door was virtually unable to open or close. Shower head was at chest height so washing our hair was a joke. TV made no sense. No clock in the room at all. No glasses. Towels were like sandpaper. Horrible landscaping plant some grass seed and pick up the trash. Way overpriced for what you get.

Waited 2 hours in line to check in. Patio door on balcony was almost impossible to open and close. Coffee maker in the room was missing the basket. Neighbors in the next room and above were so loud kept us up all night. No clock at all in the room. Microwave and pools were dirty. Very overpriced for what we got. Will not be staying there again.

We stayed there for two days and the hotel was an older one. The check in line was long and took about 30 minutes to get checked in. When we got to our room the trash in bathroom was not emptied from the people before. The I asked the guy who seemed part of housekeeping and he said put in hallway and he’d pick it up. The bedding and room cleaned. The bathroom needs a little tlc. Mold on ceiling where appeared a previous leak, heat lamp switch cover was hanging, orange mold on outside of tub. The outdoor pool was nice except trash from previous day was overflowing. Stat was ok.

I checked in on Friday February 5th tornado sirens went off that night the I was on the third floor and no staff nothing wasn't trying to evacuate I heard my phone going off didn't know where to to go staff was not educational about that . The staff was not even trying to get knocking on the doors wasn't even trying to get people out of the rooms for this and this is a serious thing that I take Serious people could have died or got hurt and it would be the staff to walk or not informing people there was never any pool towels by any of the outdoor indoor pool you always had to ask someone breakfast was the same thing every single day when it comes to hot food they never rotated anything the lines were huge for breakfast I had to go out and eat all the time because overcrowded

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The check-in process took nearly an hour, with guests standing in a long line and no explanation or apology from staff for the delay.

The property itself appeared poorly maintained. There was trash scattered outside our room on the patio, which gave a bad first impression. At the pool, there were no towels available, and staff made no effort to help or provide alternatives.

The continental breakfast was also disappointing. The food was cold, and the selection was very limited. The staff throughout the property seemed indifferent and offered little to no customer service.

Our room had several issues as well. The bathroom lights did not work properly, the bathtub drained very slowly, and the beds were hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Overall, the combination of the lengthy check-in, lack of communication, poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, cold breakfast, and unhelpful staff made for a very subpar experience. I would not choose to stay here again.

We stayed on a Sunday night after a long day of hiking. Made use of the outdoor swimming pool to cool off. The staff were all top notch with their customer service, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had all the usuals of a complimentary hotel breakfast. Location was good too, close between Wisconsin Dells and Lake Delton so quick drive to either in addition to the Interstate.

We were fortunate to have a room that overlooked the outdoor pool and was also a split room which worked out great! The outdoor pool was warm and the kids loved it. The whirlpool was under construction at the time which was a bummer. Staff was very nice. Parking had shaded spots that we appreciate during the warm weather. Definitely recommended for an affordable stay.

Don’t book this place. It’s a smelly dump.
We showed up for our reservation after booking on Expedia and the building was run down. Nothing like the pictures.
We ran into another couple in the parking lot who showed up for a reservation as well and ended up leaving because she was so appalled with the condition of the place. The lady at the front desk told us to call Expedia to cancel.
When we called Expedia they told us that it was up to the front desk to do the refund.

They called The manager at the front desk and denied our refund and told Expedia to tell us to not try and call them to try and get the refund.

They charged 140 dollars plus a 16 dollar fee (for god knows what). 140 for a dump hotel.

First off the room was gross when we arrived and smelled like smoke. The hallways were dirty and gross. There was a chip on the floor of our room with ants on it. But the icing on the cake was room service came in our room on our 2 night stay(front desk said they aren’t suppose to unless you request) and they took my bag, I’m hoping they assumed it was garbage and didn’t steal but it had all brand new bathroom products, a brand new unopened pack of chargers, all my make up, and a bunch of other stuff and my sons DAILY medicine for his stomach. When I called the front they said they can’t find it

Room was a bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable. We love the pillow options!
The outside amenities were closed, so our balcony view was of a covered pool and closed hot tub. We were unaware of a local wrestling event that packed the hotel. This may be why most breakfast choices were limited.
Our room smelled of smoke. When I called the front desk to be sure we were not charged, I was told “okay”. There was no offer for a change of rooms or for a spray or anything.

We stayed at this hotel as a family with young children under the age of 11 while on vacation in Wisconsin Dells to enjoy ourselves left go karts 9pm while we were gone I think our TV was on NBA thought the TV automatic shuts off but it wasn't our felt we were gone having fun. During the evening around 10:30pm, we received a complaint about noise from our room related to the TV. We immediately lowered the volume when staff came to our door.
During the interaction, we were told comments such as “you’re not at home,” which felt dismissive considering we were already cooperating and adjusting the situation. We were not given a clear final warning or specific instructions regarding volume limits or what exactly needed to be corrected.
Despite lowering the TV and complying, l called because the person kicked the wall and my family was sleeping the situation escalated quickly and police were called to the room. We were then required to leave the property late at night/early morning with our children.
When I asked the front desk why we were being removed, I was told it was due to the TV LISTEN IF YOU EVER VISIT YOU KNOW The walls are thin and YOU CAN HEAR guests can hear each other. We understand hotels have noise policies, but there are no signs it's Saturday night we go to the dells to have fun especially when your off of work we feel this situation was handled very abruptly and without a reasonable opportunity to fully resolve the issue.

The pool also had very pool lighting very dark i know it was evening when we got tobthe pool but it seemed as if the area could use more lights. The breakfast buffet was adequate but had to ask for bowls to get cereal.

The staff is very kind and pleasant. The condition of the hotel is terrible. The pool area is very dark and you can see a storage room from inside and he pool area that is stacked with chairs, a Christmas tree and other things. The blinds to that room are broken and crooked. Looks terrible. White curtains in the stairwells are filthy. Multiple door handles throughout the building are broken. Outside of the building looks like it’s falling apart. Condition of the building in general is terrible.

In the midst of a winter storm, the place was suuuuper busy. Sharon at the front desk helped me and she was cool as a cucumber under pressure. She had a line of about 15 people waiting to check in, phone ringing off the hook, and a lobby full of people with kids running everywhere. Stressful for anyone but she was patient and didn’t make me feel like she was rushing me through. She took her time helping me and answering all my questions. Cheers, Sharon. First of all I would like to commend the staff member that checked dozen who was very nice. Unfortunately the room was less to be desired.... Having had stayed at this location in previous years, the room was in horrible shape compared to before. When we walked in there were no bath towels to take a shower with, the sink still had toothpaste in it from the people before, toilet was not cleaned and the desk chair seat looked like it was dismantled and torn apart like an animal attacked it. When we called the front desk we were told that she was the only one there and that she did not have another room to put us in because they were completely full for the night. She was very nice but could not help us because she was alone and taking care of everything else she had to do. Since we got there so late from the road trip we just got stock staying there because we didn't have time to find something else that late at night.

We were told that they would contact hotels.com and offer us some form of discount. We are hoping that that will happen. As of yet we have not heard anything from hotels.com on the matter.
