Upon arriving we were greeted with the most friendliest welcome. Our room was so clean and very spacious. The beds were heavenly! We didnt hear any outside noise or hear any noise from the rooms on either side of us. That was a pleasant surprise. This place is a quiet smaller motel that is certainly aged, but thats not all bad. Very friendly staff and it's location worked well for us. The only negative is that the carpet in the room needs shampooed bad. You can't see the dirt and grime but it's there if you looked at your feet.I did address it with management upon check out and they did apologize and said that after the long summer season thats something that they will take care of in the off-season. I'm sure with all of the foot traffic that's the reason alot of the newer motels have gone carpetless! For the price I still feel like it was a good stay.

Both were way too soft, almost like the mattresses were old. When you sat on the bed when getting in or out the mattress made a horrible LOUD sound, almost like crunching. It was loud enough to wake me in the other bed.

We stayed in the family condo for 5 days. It was perfect. The pull out couches could use new mattresses since i ended up with a large bruise fron the support bar. There were a few minor cosmetic things but we had a great time. The staff were all amazing and kind. I think my only complaint would be there was a group of young adults smoking right outside our door.

The Inn is well located for exploring the Wisconsin Dells. Our room was spacious and clean. Service staff was friendly and helpful, answered all of our questions and provided what we asked for. My only complaint was that the TV kept having issues. We would lose the picture but still have sound. It happened twice during our five night stay and was frustrating.

They were letting a small child swim with no swim diaper on and the child did go # 2 in the pool and the guest was yelling swear words when others commented on the situation. This guest then proceeded To scoop the situation out of the pool with the hotel towel, clean up the child, and bring the child back to the pool again with no swim diaper on!
I had to report the situation to the owner who then had to shut down the pool to shock the pool. It ruined our day, my stomach, and other guests at the pool were visibly in shock of situation as well. It was unsettling.
We have been finding some more rowdy crowds here lately which we don’t prefer because my finance and I come for some relaxation and quiet. We avoid the big resorts for that reason.
I hope the pool area can be more regulated and ensuring adults are watching their children. Sometimes younger children show up with no adult.

As other reviews noted, this property takes me back to when my dad would pile us in the car and drive across the country to visit relatives. Lovely grounds, friendly people. Large outdoor heated pool. Could I wish for more outlets in the room and a firmer mattress? Yes, but those minor details will not stop us from coming back again. Oh! And I wish there was an elevator so we didn't have to lug our suitcase up the stairs.

My first impression was that the rooms were outdated but clean EXCEPT the carpet. We took our shoes off and walked around a bit and when I glanced at my feet before getting in the covers they were black and I knew for a fact they were clean before that. The same thing with my husband and daughter. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I washed my feet and walked around a bit and they got terribly dirty again which is very disgusting and makes me nervous about a foot fungus. My family and my I wore our sandals in there for the rest of our stay. One other pet peeve was the shower curtain is fabric and can trap a persons dirt and because it stays pretty wet it can breed fungus etc. I am fairly certain they don’t wash them each time just like the bedspreads. Other than that it seemed clean. I appreciated the nice pool, fridge, and microwave. They seem to keep the outside nice with a volley ball net, ping pong, basketball and a mini game room. They also set a nice fire in the fire pit at night and it looked cozy. My Adult son was staying next store and his dresser was broken and did not open correctly and there was a large water stain above his shower which hopefully does not have mold spores. I would not stay here again personally unless they washed or replaced carpets and did some remodeling.

We are 79 year old retirees. This darling motel brought back many memories when we traveled with our two sons in the 80's and 90's from Maryland to Wisconsin and then on to Colorado so our kids could see all of their grandparents. Kids would love this motel. The pool is so large you can easily swim laps and put big floaties in the water. There is also a shuffle board, ping pong and volleyball area. The hostess was exceptional and she lives on the motel property so she offered to help after hours if necessary. The location is perfect for peace and quiet yet less than a mile from the center of all of the fun Wisconsin Dells activities. I highly recommend the Amber Inn & Suites to families as well as retirees.

I can’t not say enough about this cute little property! We had a minor mishap at check in with room assignments and Jamie the manager was sooo helpful and resolved it quickly and efficiently. Our room was spacious and clean. The most comfortable beds! We will DEFINITELY be back to this little gem. Oh yea….Noah Ark tixs were included! A++++++++

Clean, Quiet, Great Setting
Amber's is a clean, quiet hotel in a nice setting with available grills, fire pit, bags toss, badminton, and nice pool. Hotel was sold out, but we had no trouble with noise. Room was larger than most in terms of floor space. Beds were super soft, but supportive as my touchy back was fine each morning. HVAC was mounted higher on wall which was brilliant. AC didn't blow directly on us, and was more efficient at keeping the room cool without the wind chill. Property was a block away from a large convenience store with many food offerings. Our only complaint is that we like relaxing in the evening and there was a only a super sturdy table with 2 very upright chairs. Lounging on bed is difficult for some people with back and hip issues, so really missed having a couch, easy chair, or even an office chair with some cushioning. Other than that, we loved our stay

Amber’s Inn and Suites is located on the main strip of downtown Wisconsin Dells. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to get to the shops and restaurants. The motel was cute and perfect for our needs. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked great as well. We didn’t use any amenities- but the pool looked nice, there was a playset, volleyball net, basketball hoop, and a hot tub. They also have a fire pit and you can purchase the fixings for S’more’s for $4 in the office. There is a Kwik Trip gas station next door that is quick to walk to.

This is our go to spot for our summer visits in the Dells. The property is well maintained and clean. My favorite thing is the pool! Very clean and lots of recliners to lay out. Rooms are big and also well kept. Our mattress in the room we stayed in probably could be tossed and a new one purchased, but we still slept just fine.

We very much enjoyed our visit at Amber's Inn & Suites. The Jacuzzi was splendid the room was very nice and it was large enough to move around in.
The pool was so refreshing and nice. We spent all day there and enjoyed being in an outside pool.
I wanted to swing but never got there..so next time.
