Booked a room with a capacity of 8 and it had three bath towels and less than two rolls of toilet paper. Hairs in bathroom and jacuzzi. Toddler slide has been closed at the waterpark for years. One pool was closed which was not indicated when I booked the room. Quiet hours are not enforced at all. Way too many chemicals in the hot tub.

We stayed during Spring Break 2026. We were very happy with the room. It was spacious (we booked a 2 bedroom suite) and felt very clean.

The staff was wonderful!

The location is great!

The amenities were very disappointing. The pool closest to the check in area was shut down the entire time we were there. The other pool area had issues as well. The smallest slide was taped off with construction tape because it was broken. The hot tub was only working one of the nights we were there. We also had to wait 45 minutes for towels to be delivered to the pool area.

I am not sure that I would choose to stay here again.

The web description is different from the actual room. It's antiquated. The door to the balcony lock was broke. The hot tub was not working the desk agent told me they were balancing the chemicals and should be open soon. The next day it was opening but the chemicals were harsh and caused a skin rash. No food/room service!

Hotel right in the middle of the dells attractions, less than 10 minutes from knuckleheads arcade and outlets! The room was clean and cozy, staff very professional and friendly. No complaints, pool area was great for my toddlers! One section closed downstairs but they had more indoor pools on upper level open! Great experience! Will highly recommend and expect to come back in future!

Many family memories here! Great hotel with a decent ‘water park’ for the little ones. Noticed there’s was some construction last time I stayed there which it definitely needs some updating, but wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again always a great time!

The water slides had large chunks of paint peeling off of them. One slide was completely closed due to damage and major peeling.
The staff was very nice, but this place is incredibly old and dated. The waterpark needs a lot of love to get it fixed back up.

Only one of the indoor pools was open and operational. The hot tub was down the first night. I paid extra to check in early and my room was very obviously not vacuumed and i pulled hair off the top of the the tub drai prior to taking a shower.

Not overly impressed, but it did the job. We stayed one night for a family gathering. We were appreciative of the fact that we were able to use the pool before checking in since an early check in was $10/hour. We stayed in a "suite". Having two separate rooms was nice. We also were glad to have the fridge and microwave. The facility itself was definitely outdated. Some improvements have been made, but there was also a lot that needed attention. My kids (4,3, & 1) loved the waterpark. The kiddie area was perfect for the 1 year old. Overall I'm 50/50 on whether I'd return.

Worn building, amenities and rooms. The pool structures in the kiddie pool are worn and peeling. Bathroom floors in the pool area are very slippery when wet, which is almost always. Room was not very clean, we found used napkins under the couch and fixtures in the bathroom were very dirty. Sofa and chairs in the room were very warn and uncomfortable. The chair in the room had a wire sticking out of it and luckily I was able to bend it so no one was injured by it.

I stayed in a whirlpool suite with my kids, 3 & 5. The decor is water themed & little kitschy but my kids absolutely loved it. Facility is older & could use a facelift in parts—spots on walls needing paint and chairs could be reupholstered, but everything seemed very clean. The tub was nice size, jets worked well, no problems with water temp or leaks. Bed was comfortable w/plenty of pillows.

The lobby pool was closed during our stay but 4th floor aquatic area and pool/hot tub were open. My kids had a blast on the kid area with the 2 tunnel waterslides and all the sea animals that shoot out water. They played up there a good several hrs. There was a smaller slide for younger toddlers that was closed off as the slide covering was peeled/tore up (as mentioned, areas of facility in need of some reno) but main kiddie area was open and functioning fine. Pool was well stocked with towels & water in both kid area and pool was comfortable temp. The hot tub was nice and toasty but was definitely in need of resurfacing. Maybe 2nd floor pool is being renovated and the 4th floor pool area is next? There’s a bar by the pool with menu showing very reasonable prices but it was not open—guessing only open in high season.

Arcade is by the pool. ALL of the games were in good working condition and pricing was much more reasonable compared to other places I’ve been. Prize/ticket exchange was automated which was fun for the kids. Great value choice for stay if you have younger kids

Staff was friendly at check in. The room was very spacious and clean upon arrival. My 3 year olds loved the waterpark. It was age appropriate. We had so much fun during our stay. Location is great as it is close to plenty of restaurants and attractions. Our tv had some troubles but maintenance came very quickly and replaced the tv late at night. We will definitely be back!

My stay at the Atlantis resort with my children was absolutely amazing the room is great the only downside was that there was Are you seriously not writing everything oh you are okay supposedly a leak in the hot tub that was leaking down on the neighbors unit I'm going to tell you that it was a very huge inconvenience to move four days worth of food since I cook and bring most my supplies for these trips especially in the apartment Suites

I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a suite and had a very good experience overall. I liked the size of the room and the bathroom, and the pool area was great because there was something fun for everyone. The property felt spacious, everything was clean, and I appreciated that staff called in the mornings to check if I needed anything. I am from the Caribbean and have stayed in many hotels, and although most hotels in Wisconsin Dells are not truly luxurious, this one stood out to me for being comfortable, spacious, accessible, and offering very good customer service. I would definitely return. One small suggestion would be to consider larger towels at the pool, as they felt quite small.

Hosekeeping entered the room without permission and then left the door open while we were gone. Management was fakely apologetic even laughing at me when i was discussing it with her. Then i asked for a receipt and found out what hotels.com claimed it cost was more than Atlantis charged per noght.

We stayed in a whirlpool suite. The tub was not clean. There was an obvious patch on the ceiling from an upstairs leak, that looked like it was ready to fail again. The bed was uncomfortable, with flat pillows. The Wi-Fi was slower than dial up service.
The tv was stuck in store mode, so there was an advertisement banner covering the bottom 3rd of the screen constantly. The knob in the shower was on backwards, so hot was cold.
The bed was up against the heater, and there was only one night stand on one side of the bed.
And you could hear every plumbing from surrounding rooms. So when an upstairs shower or toilet was used, you heard everything, especially a hot tub.
And the dimmer light switch above the hot tub was broken, and there was no way to turn the lights off. So we had to sleep with the light on.

We stayed here as a family of 10 and had a great experience overall—definitely a 4 out of 5 stars. The hotel rooms were clean and well kept, and the master suite was extremely spacious. It was large enough for all of us to gather and celebrate a birthday comfortably. The highlight of our stay was the front desk gentleman. He was incredibly sweet, kind, and polite, and even called our room to check if we needed anything such as extra towels. His customer service stood out tremendously and made us feel very welcomed.

Room looked run down. Damage throughout the hotel. Website stated pool open 8:00 am - 11:00 pm. The sign outside stated pool open late. When we tried to use the pool we were kicked out at 9:00pm and were told rudely pool close 9:00 and I think that was the only english they new how to speak. A group of us have stayed there for years. We will be finding a new place to stay.

We had the family suite which is great for having a gathering of 9-12 people. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. There was a leak in the ceiling from the hot tub in the room above us that leaked in our hot tub. The jets on the our hot tub didn't work and the fireplace timer didn't work either but overall we enjoyed our stay and would go again if the hot tubs got fixed.

The room was clean ish. It definitely needs updating. As soon as we walked in the hallway to our room you could smell cigarette smoke even though it says on every door no smoking. We complained 3 times and they just sent someone dow the hallway to spray something.. they staff was very nice though. I'm not sure we will stay here again

This was our second time here. Staff was nice. Room was big and for the most part clean. Lock on door wouldn't work, fireplace didn't work and room phone didn't work. Pool and hot tub are a little run down. Overall stay was good for the money. Will visit again.

Overall stay was okay. The rooms are definitely outdated. We stayed January 23 2025. Parking lots were slick and definitely a safety hazard. Kids running up and down the hallways all hours of the night. 1 of 3 indoor pools were closed. It was an okay place for the price.

Overall, pretty good for the price. The rooms were in good condition, but walls are pretty thin. The pool set-up was great for my young kids. We went during the off-season, so I’m sure staffing is a challenge as we noticed there was no toilet paper or soap in the pool bathroom and there were no towels available in the pool area for a few hours.

The hotel pools were definitely not taken care of and could use some work, my child got cut from the water slide that is falling apart big still open to the public.

No where to park had to walk a very far distance to get to our room. Main pool was closed water park was very crowded. Half the lights didn't work in our room. Windows don't open so no escaping if there was a fire. Laundry staff was rude and always blocking the elevator. Couldn't watch tv because it kept cutting out. Shower never got hot. Also booked a balcony room and didn't get that.

The staff were so kind to me and my kiddo. The beds were really comfortable and the room was clean. Centrally located near lots of restaurants and activities. One of the pools was closed but the two that were open were clean and we had fun. The walls are very thin and we heard an awful fight in the room next door but I don’t blame the hotel. It has a fun charm and I think it was a good value for what we paid and what we needed.

We love the pool. The water was warm. Big enough for lots of people. Parked near our room. Asked to check in early, was charged extra. My grand kids needed a nap and to be fed, so I had little choice but to pay the up charge. Many staff members working but not one acknowledged me in the halls.

The room heater was broken, and the fireplace didnt work. The maintenace tech didnt speak english and had to use a translator to talk to him. He said the fireplace wouldnt come on because it was warm in the room which isnt true. They couldnt fix anything and offered to move us. We were already unpacked and did not want to deal with packing it all up and move 3 floors up. We stay here alot and this was the worst its ever been.

The hot tub was dirty and 94 degrees, the room was dirty and the shower water was luke warm so didn’t feel clean after getting out of the hot tub. When I checked in, I had read on Expedia that the pool was open till 10 and the front desk lady informed me it was 9pm. It was 8:30 when we checked in and her response was “too bad”.

Sidewalk was not shoveled before 10am. Hot tub had ice cold water coming out a jet. Our fire place didn’t work and the pull out bed was useable and broken. The lobby pool was down for repairs. The place is pretty old and in need of repairs and upgrades but All in all The price was good but the place could be a lot better with some attention to detail.
