We stayed at Delta Grand Resort room (Vegas Baby) and overall the condo itself had potential, but the cleanliness was disappointing. When we arrived there were cobwebs in the right-hand corner of the entryway and the floors did not look like they had been swept or mopped. We also noticed cobwebs behind the bed and a visible handprint on the window between the bathroom and jacuzzi area.
The bedroom also had a stale smell and the unit just didn’t feel fresh or properly cleaned. I honestly feel like the owners are getting taken advantage of by whoever is responsible for cleaning, because the room was clearly not ready for guests.
The location is great, but the cleaning needs major improvement.

Room was falling apart and we had to ask a different guesr for the number to get into building code give was for a lock box that had nothing in it. No code for door to get into building

Property was outdated and old. Furniture was raggedy. Wall paintings were raggedy and falling apart. TV was super old and tiny like it belonged to a 5 yr old. Tv had a CABLE BOX. Furniture looked like it was from IKEA. There was a stripper pole in the middle of the room. Lamps didn’t work. Light sockets didn’t work. Heat didn’t work and they told ME to fix it. Phone staff was nonexistent and the one guy we did find was rude. They sent a tech to fix heat and he was nice at least. That’s how they got the one star. Asked for more towels they told me NO. Impersonal experience. Terrible communication. Terrible visit. Not worth the price AT ALL. Won’t return.

We were very impressed by the cleanliness and size of the suite we stayed in. It was irony at work when we walked up to the \"Vegas Baby\" suite, as we had talked about a trip to Vegas for weeks peior. The patio overlooked Lake Delton, in all of its frozen glory! The views were amazing, and the service was just as nice.

Wish I could post photos to share the frustration. Missing about two feet of blinds on the balcony doorway. Prime viewing for any peeping Tom. Staff gave us a king size sheet and binder clips to have a makeshift privacy wall from anyone walking by (that we had to put up). King size bed was about 1' off the ground and soft/springy. Other than that the room was great and the jet tub and shower were fantastic. Those alone were worth the stay.

The picture in the bathroom had part of the frame coming off,there is mold between the shower door glass,the toilet paper holder is coming off the wall,the bathroom sink leaks,and the hand towel holder was replaced but the wall wasnt fixed from the old one.and the screen door on the patio door did not move.

The outside is very beautiful. Elevator area is nice but when you reach the lower level it is dark, dirty, and smells. Our room had spider webs, pet hair and needed to be dusted. The shower needed to be cleaned and even though it had 4 shower spouts the water pressure couldn't handle them. The bed was broken, the sliding glass door was broken. We had a beautiful view of the lake, but only one chair and it...was broken. We loved the Dells. 10/10 for sightseeing. I just wish our room had been a little more put together for the cost.

They advertise having open facilities but the spa and pool are closed. If you schedule with them and don’t like that the false advertising on Expedia, their “policy” is you have to cancel within 72 hours notice. Avoid this place.

The only negative were the other guests. They were loud until after 2 am, banging on doors and yelling outside windows. They woke us up every single night, including the baby. The issue was they weren't even banking on our door, they were banging on theirs. Halfway down the building. That's how loud they were. I grew up on an army base, I'm used to noise. I've lived in Memphis TN, I'm used to noise. They were worse.

Our main complaint was how our unit was prepared. Two of the 3 lights above the bathroom vanity were burned out. The lamp on one side of the bed did not work. Couldn't even turn the switch on the lamp. The stool was not cleaned properly, that being said, if the stool isn't clean you have to wonder how they cleaned the rest of the unit. Paying over $800 for 2 nights you expect top notch cleaning service. The office staff however were very friendly and helpful. We'd suggest to have a punch list for the cleaning staff to include making sure everything works and above all that the stool / bathroom area is spotless.

I stayed in the Tuscan Suite which was very spacious, clean and provided dishes, coffee maker, eating utensils, coffee cups, wine glasses, with a walkout patio, overlooking a rock garden waterfall with steps, leading down to the beach, and dock that you could swim in making it an amazing experience. I would suggest bringing some spider spray, as there were quite a few coming down from the fresco ceiling.

The condos at the Delton Grand are great. They are spacious, clean, relatively updated and have great views of the lake. It's also a great place to just sit on the dock and enjoy the surroundings.

When we got there we realized that the spa no longer existed. The staff had no clue that there was supposed to be outdoor heated pools. Like it Said online.Our bed was rocking and flimsy and wasn't even a real bed and it's said outside free. Noah's Ark tickets , that was false advertising as well. I do not feel as if it was a spa and I feel as if they they should not charge as much as what they did. I could have gone somewhere else and gotten a spa. I will never go back

The pillows were old and flat, the mattress was too firm and uncomfortable. The bathroom appeared to be under remodel as old red paint was in areas where wall fixtures had been moved and the hair dryer was not mounted on the wall where the fixture was present. Great place to stay that is close to everything. We had a room with one bedroom with a king bed and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Pull out sofa had a lot of stains on it and was fine for our young kids to sleep on, but would be a rough night sleep for adults. King size bed was very comfortable. View was amazing. Bathroom/shower was very nice. Overall a great place to stay that is close to everything in the Dells.

The room far exceeded my expectations. Roomy and the lake view was gorgeous. Only issues we had were some sort of black powder all over the bathroom floor (we had it all over our feet and socks) and the sheets in the master bedroom appeared unwashed. There were a few spots/stains at the top.

You have to ask for towels and they do not give you bathroom toliet paper. We had to go out and purchase bathroom toliet and paper towels and garbage bags too. We also had to remove are garbage when it got full and they did not take the towels from our room and we put them in a bags outside the room and told the office. . The room was not clean and my husband too pic of it and told the office was was bad. It was like we stay at home with all the cleaning and items they we had to get. And no ice machine amd not well lighted in the hall way.

I believe its sort of a gamble as to which type of room (some are themed) you get or its level of renovation. Our room looked like it was just renovated and a lot bigger than we expected. Large couches in the living room, beautiful kitchen, giant shower, everything was great. The pool at the next building over was nice, the free noahs ark passes were a nice touch as well (hint: Take the passes and go to noah's ark for the first 90 minutes they are open every day instead of staying multiple hours, that way there are no lines!!). Overall I liked it and would probably stay there again. They also provided a parking spot next to the office to park our boat.

#1 The spa was closed \"due to Covid\" (June 2022)!
#2 The water temperature in the shower was set to 104° and basically never got that hot the first day. I called and the person told me to just let it run until it got hot; we already did that.

Rooms were lacking amenities listed in the description, we ended up wasting a lot of food due to the lack of listed kitchen.

Great location with beautiful lake view. Apartment style with huge living room and open kitchen. Bedroom and bathroom in the back. Only complaint was that the bathroom door of our unit was coming off the hindges. The screws were all falling out and couldnt be tightened so it made the door difficult to shut. Otherwise it was all great and very quiet. Wife loved the large shower with body jets and banch.

Started with an odd phone call if we really wanted the room. When we arrived she had to check it was clean, she left us to do that. It was not. Left us again for 7 or 8 minutes to call her manager from the back room. We were \"upgraded\" to a larger room. Had to leave us agin to check it was clean. Got into room and was given incorrect WiFi info. Went back to desk to get correct info. Which also did not work. Called front desk and left message, no one called back. Of the 4 TVs two worked, one had no signal and the fourth didn't even have a power cord. As for the rest, just look at the pictures, they tell the story here. Garage full of junk, leaky fire system, damage blinds that could not be closed for privacy, filthy sink. Ugh, this was an \"upgrade\".

87 degrees and our AC didn’t work. Called the desk and maintenance finally showed up, took the filter out and said he’d replace it the next day. The filter had July 2020 handwritten on it. It was filthy. Came back the next day with a new filter. Still no AC. Cable TV also did not work in main room. Terrible experience, especially since we paid $436… A NIGHT. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

When we showed up to the condo, the front door was ajar and broken. There was a hole in the wall in the bedroom, 2 bulbs were missing in the kitchen, the patio was filthy and needed to be swept and the thick spider webs removed. Even more so, the carpet was absolutely filthy. My 1-year old crawled around and her hands, knees and feet were black! I went down to the office and complained, and the maintenance team came in and cleaned it... by then time we got back from our days activities, the carpet was soaking wet. I went back to the office to complain and they provided an option where we sleep in another condo for that one night so the carpet can dry (with 3 young kids, we declined and dealt with the wet carpet). I asked for the property manager to contact me and he never did, we contacted him and he never called back. I asked for a discount for having to live in filth for 4 nights, and the property manager never responded. A very disappointing trip with my family; I didn’t expect much out of this place in the first place, but there are basic expectations of cleanliness that this place failed at.

It was peaceful and clean I love the view of the lake once I walked out the patio of my room. The front desk staff was very helpful and respectful. Every water park, restaurant and activities were only 3-5 mins away. The only thing that I didn’t like was the hot tub that was in the room was not working but once I let front desk know they had no problem with switching my room out to another one. I would recommend me and my family to stay here again.

Don’t book here. They made an error on their end and sold the resort I booked and made no accommodations for us. We had to squeeze into a smaller room and the property would not provide us with a partial refund for the smaller room.
