A wonderful stay!

We had a suite with 2 king beds for 3 of us. The room was very spacious and designed with a partial wall between the two beds so as to allow for privacy between the two areas. We are had a large balcony overlooking the pool and mountains. It was very peaceful and relaxing to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the scenery.

We had a very pleasant dinner in Brasserie Le V. The food was good and the portions generous. One of us tried Les pâtes du moment selon le chef/chef's special pasta (very flavorable) while the other two had salads (La salade de gambas rôtie au thym/Roasted prawn salad, with thyme and La salade de chèvre chaud, magret de canard fume/The Goat cheese salad, Smoked duck breast). We all enjoyed our dinners and had no room for dessert.

The next morning we had the buffet breakfast (included in our room rate) sitting out on the terrace. There was more than enough to choose from....fresh fruit to make your own juice....warm baguettes and rustic breads....eggs, bacon, sausage, carved ham...cereals, different kinds of granola with lots of toppings...yogurts...cheeses...smoked salmon and cream cheese with all the accompaniments....croissants and brioche, as well as numerous hot and cold drinks.

Our only regret was that we didn't spend more time at the resort. It would have been nice to have been able to partake of the spa facilities and pool. We would definitely recommend spending a few days at Les Viollettes.

On arrival we were directed to rooms which were inadequate for the use of a wheelchair. They had been contacted in advance for confirmation that the room was wheelchair accessible Finally we were shown a room in the annexe which was fine and had all the requirments for us. The food was good if a little expensive but there were plenty of options locally. Pool area was excellent.

Great hotel in quiet location. Reception staff great. Wifi is a joke. Only available nearest office, can then receive but NOT send emails. Challenged the manager on this, he tried to explain it away as a security issue, and that I should be happy that google etc was available, then, end of conversation. Cannot afford to eat here, most entres start at E20 upwards, breakfast is E23 each. If you wish to eat, go back downhill and find somewhere affordable. We ate at the buffet a couple of hundred metres away, owned by same people, staff great, typical buffet though, but E14.95 buys all you can eat.

Hidden gem

We travel from the UK to Italy every year and therefore often do a stopover before going through Switzerland. For many years we have picked hotels and been either dissapointed or unimpressed. This hotel broke the mould however. It was a fantastic overnight stay with lovely swimming pool, set in beautiful countryside but we could have stayed much much longer. The reception staff were very helpful and really made you feel welcome; we were the only english people there which I guess is a good sign.

The only let down was the chaos of breakfast where service was not so great.

Tip - use the hotel owned restaurant near the church down the hill, apart from a bizarre show in the middle of the meal, it was fantastic and about 1/3 the price of the hotel.

La chambre romantique supérieur offre un très bel espace avec tout le confort. Vous profiterez aussi d’un grand balcon.
Les aménagements du spa sont de qualité et permettent une détente totale ou des sensations fortes pour les plus courageux avec le petit bassin à 8 degré.
Nous reviendrons à 1000% dans cet établissement de qualité !

J offrais le séjour à mon amie et des l arrivée la personne à l accueil à annoncé le prix de la chambre (alors que tout avait été réglé en ligne )
Elle s est excusée plusieurs fois mais c était trop tard
Il y a actuellement des travaux extérieurs pour le Spa ,j étais informé lors de ma réservation . En revanche on ne m avait pas informé que la chambre avec jacuzzi privé donnait directement sur les travaux ( pas d intimité , du bruit , et je passe la vue chantier) .De plus des 8:00 les travaux commencent donc pas de grasse matinée non plus .
Enfin aucun réseau ni Wifi , ce qui peut se gérer si on est à minima informé avant le séjour .
Aucun geste commercial .

Etwas überraschend war, dass rund um das Pool gebaut wurde. Im Pool war das Wasser eher kat. Frühstück ok aber nicht speziell. Kaffee eher schlechter Qualität. Énorme déception !

Réservation au départ effectuée pour une personne. Nous avons appelés l’hôtel afin d’y ajouter une deuxième personne, chose faite. Lors de notre arrivée, en demandant bien si tout était réglé, on nous précisa qu’il ne restait que les taxes de séjour à ajouter.
Le lendemain lors du Check out, quelle ne fut pas notre surprise quand on nous annonça des frais de 40€ supplémentaires pour la deuxième personne ayant séjourné dans la même chambre.
Ce n’est pas tant les 40€ supplémentaires qui nous on dérangés mais le fait de cacher ces frais jusqu’au Check out en nous mettant devant le fait accompli.

Autre problèmes, au vu du prix de la nuit, il serait bien d’accorder l’accès au spa plus longtemps que jusqu’au moment du Check out (soit 11h du matin), ou y indiquer clairement les horaires d’accès au moment du la confirmation de la réservation. Pour nous qui sommes arrivés tard la première journée, il ne nous aura finalement pas été possible de profiter de celui-ci.


Être un minimum arrangeant aurait été un plus pour un hôtel spa 4*… Mais le fond de commerce est apparement basé sur les frais cachés et sur le fait prendre les clients pour des cartes bancaires sur pieds !

Dernière chose, le wifi défaillant est apparemment une chose connu de la direction… Mais là encore, aucune compensation ni même d’excuses. Juste un « oui on sait »

Cet hôtel ne nous reverra clairement plus.

L’hôtel était vraiment au top, le cadre très joli, tout était impeccable, les gens qui y travaillent sont très sympathiques et accueillants, tout en restant très professionnels. L’hygiène, que ce soit dans les chambres ou au restaurant ou dans le spa, est impeccable, nous avons été vraiment ravis de notre séjour et le recommandons chaleureusement. C’est un endroit qui vaut vraiment le coup, et on y retournera à coup sûr.

連泊はおすすめしません。
ハウスクリーニングは正午までであり、ゆっくり朝食をとり、部屋に戻ってきましても、クリーニングが終わっていない有様でした。

理由は正午までに終わらせなくではいけないとの事で、バスタオルをおいていきました。

またレストランスタッフも制服もなく、愛想もなく、さして美味しくもなく、これで四つ星ホテル？と。
ミシュランマークがありましたが、過去の話であり、星を無くしたなら、取るべきだと言えます。

二度と使う事はありません。

Mais que dire de l’espace piscine ou les rebords sont pourri, ou les toiles d’araignées sont nombreuses au côté des transats.

Habituée de l'hôtel Les Violettes que je fréquente plusieurs fois par an depuis plus de 3 ans, je dois admettre que j'ai été très décue de mon dernier séjour.

Baisse évidente de qualité au restaurant: menu étape imposé avec uniquement le plat au choix, nourriture trop cuite sans saveur et petit déjeuner moins garni qu'auparavant. Il semblerait que des coupes budgétaires soient passées par là. Aussi, le personnel a changé!

Dommage car j'ai toujours eu du plaisir à séjourner dans cet hôtel qui offre de belles chambres dans un cadre reposant. Je devrais maintenant considérer d'autres alternatives dans la région.

On a apprécié le SPA , on a pas apprécié leurs façons de faire , envoyer un message vocal la veuille de départ pour nous prévenir qu’il y aurait deux soirées blanches avec musique et qu’il y aurait qu’un seul menus à 79€ par personne ! Alors qu’on avait appelé 1 semaine avant pour avoir toutes les informations, et on nous avez dis 35€ le menu , si ils nous avez dis tout ça on ne serait pas venue ! On était venu pour nous reposer et pas de stress ! Conclusion ces deux nuits passées on a pas dormi, c’était l’horreur on avait l’impression d’avoir la sono dans notre chambre, jusqu’à une heure du matin, moi et ma femme on a une migraine atroce avec vertiges. As I un geste commercial ! Plus jamais !

Séjour largement en dessous des attentes, le cadre est très jolie, le spa et la piscine sympas, mais le jacuzzi un peu petit. Le gros soucis était la chambre ... Salle de bain pas du tout a la hauteur de l'établissement.. mini salle de bain, baignoire qui donne sur une fenêtre qui donne sur le balcon du voisin... A rénové un peu de moisi au plafond. Bref nous n'avons pas trouvé les 4 étoiles de l'hôtel...

In die Jahre gekommenes Spa-Hotel

Bei Ankunft wurde die Buchung nicht gefunden. Nach 30 Minuten warten bekamen wir dann ein Zimmer- ein Upgrade auf eine Juniorsuite. Das Zimmer kam uns vor als wurde es seit längerem nicht mehr bewohnt und gereinigt- überall Haare im Bett, dreckige Handtücher, dreckiger Teppich. Das Zimmer war riesig und wirkte daher sehr ungemütlich. Ein Bett und ein Sessel auf ca 40qm strahlen leider keine Gemütlichkeit aus. Das Bad ebenso- Riesen groß, wirkte mit der Eckbadewanne und der Eckdusche leer.
Der Spabereich beinhaltet 4 Saunen, 2 Dampfbäder und eine Salzgrotte. Dank corona war im ganzen Bereich Maseknpflicht und nur 2 bzw 4 Personen durften zeitgleich in die Sauna, was Schlange-stehen bedeutet. Nicht das, was man sich von einem entspannten Wellness Tag erhofft. Der Außen Pool mit seinem liegemöglichkeiten und dem tollen Ausblick hingegen ist super. Kostenlose Parkplätze um das Hotel herum stehen zur Verfügung.
Das Frühstück war für ein 4*-Hotel auch nicht angemessen und trotz Corona war der Frühstücksraum überfüllt.
Alles in allem waren wir sehr enttäuscht- und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht annähernd akzeptabel

Une déception cette fois ci....Etant habitués de cet hôtel nous nous attendons à ce que le standing soit toujours aussi bon.
Accueil au petit dejeuner d'une personne au téléphone (conversation personnelle) à qui on a l'impression de faire royalement ch.... manque d'assiette, de couver...qu'il a fallu demander.
Poussière dans la chambre sur les lampes...
Première fois que nous sommes déçus et que nous trouvons que ça n'a pas été à la hauteur du standing annoncé.

Die Freundlichkeit, die Bar mit Chemineraum war sehr gut und sehr schön.
Nicht gut war im Spa Bereich: am Samstag und am Sonntag fehlten im Kräuterbad die Kräuter, das Dampfbad funktionierte am Abend nicht mehr und die Salzgrotte war kalt.

Super séjour avec un bémol

Il s'agissait de notre 3ème séjour dans cet établissement et c'est toujours avec le même plaisir que nous y sejournons.
L'accueil,le confort,la qualité de la literie et le petit déjeuner gargantuesque sont vraiment des points positifs qu'il faut souligner.
Le seul bémol concerne l'accès au spa aux enfants en bas âge. Quand on passe un week-end en amoureux et qu'on laisse ses propres enfants en garde chez papy/mamie c'est pas pour entendre les enfants des autres pleurer dans un endroit propice à la détente.pour exemple,on était tranquillement en train de se détendre dans la grotte de sel quand on entendit un enfant de 3 ans pleurer dans tout le spa pendant 10 minutes.cela ne colle pas ou ne colle plus avec le standing de l'établissement qu'on connait depuis 5 ans.de plus voir des enfants certes plus âgés avec des brassards dans la piscine patauger à vos côtés n'est pas très propice à la détente.j'aimerais attirer l'attention de la direction sur ce dernier point et à corriger le tir car si cela devient coutume,vous risquez à l'avenir de perdre des clients dont nous.quand on met le prix pour s'offrir de la détente et de la quiétude on s'attend à un minimum de retour sur investissement à l'avenir un après-midi au spa de ribeauville nous fera le même effet et à un prix largement inférieur.

Les chambres sont en excellent etat général, spacieuses et confortables. Le spa est agréable et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
A améliorer: l’offre de restauration, 1 seul restaurant avec une carte peu variée. Le bar est très cosy, on aurait aimer y passer plus de temps, mais la restauration est uniquement dispo de 15h a 19h, des horaires inadaptés pour le lunch et le diner.

zu teuer für was es bietet

Wir waren auf einer Radtour und freuten uns nach 80 km radeln auf die Wellness Anlagen. Leider war ausser dem Bad wegen einem Brand nichts in Betrieb, was aber auf der Homepage nicht ersichtlich war. Der Preis der Übernachtung von 335 CHF wurde nicht angepasst und war für ein Zimmer im Nebenhaus völlig übertrieben.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und sind immer noch sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich.das essen im Restaurant ist zwar recht teuer aber preis Leistung stimmt. Die Umgebung ist fantastisch herrlich im grünen gelegenes Hotel. Sehr ruhig wunderbarer aussicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr speziell, wir hatten ein urchiges elsässischen Zimmer. Das einzige was wir etwas weniger schön fanden ist das das Frühstück 25 Euro kostet. Das ist doch etwas zuviel da es Selbstbedienung ist. Da wäre angebracht das man wenigstens den Kaffee am Tisch bekommt . Sonst alles super und wir gehen bestimmt wieder hin.

C'est la 3ème fois que nous venons aux Violettes. Tout est parfait: la chambre, le SPA, petit-déjeuner, lounge, personnel très aimable.
Un seul bémol; l le restaurant ne propose qu'un seul menu le week-end. Pour manger à la carte il faut aller au lounge.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Ça fait la troisième fois que nous y allons, l'hôtel est bien en général, les chambres sont très jolies. La piscine n'est trop chaude par rapport à notre précédent séjour. Le spa est correct, le service laisse à désirer, c'est bien d'employer des jeunes mais il faudrait les conseiller, je m'explique, nous avons commander du vin et il était bouchonné le garçon ne l 'avait pas remarqué et on dû lui expliquer (nous avions un ami très connaisseur en vin) ensuite lors du repas nous avons dû réclamer nos couverts pour manger, dans un hôtel 4 étoiles je me pose des questions et au final ma note d' hôtel était salée vu que le réceptionniste m'a réclamé le prix de ma chambre qui était déjà payée, nous avons dû attendre 10 min et le reste pour qu'il s'y retrouve enfin bon séjour quand même.

Cuisine à la brasserie d l’hotel castastrophique apparement les clients de la brasserie sont délaissés, choucroute servie au bout 1h15 et sans pomme de terre et retour en cuisine puis servie froide quantité médiocre du plat , odeurs de cigarette à la piscine , fauteuils de bain agglutinés pas de passage ,personnels sans pilote à bord , il manque d’un suivi quotidien d’un vrai manager! Très décevant ainsi que les clients vus lors du séjour.Bon courage au personnel qui n’est pour rien!
