Room was clean, but it was a non smoking room and we had to ask for the bedding to be changed. They did as we asked and it did help. The room did have a smoke smell when the ac wasn't running. Good air conditioner, check in was easy. The outside area was in our condition. There were also people hanging around outside smoking. Would not recommend for families.

There were holes.in the walls. Suffice it being a non smoking room there were cigarette burns in the sheets, blankets and even the shower curtain. The floor by the mini fridge had a thick sauce like mess on the floor. The white sheets had black stains on them. Tv remote was taped together. And I swear even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door someone went in there and sprayed the room. I think the only ring positive about this place is that the staff was friendly. I will never stay again and never recommend to anyone.

This property was absolutely horrible. We booked two nights and ended up leaving after the first night. Someone kept knocking on our door until 4 in the morning, we tried contacting the front desk and they would not answer. Absolutely terrifying, and not clean.

Was economically priced but the vinyl floors were very dirty. I spilled some water and used a bath mat to wipe up, it came up black. Same for my feet after I took off my shoes and walked around the room.
The linens and towels were clean but getting a little worn.

Beds were advertised as being queen but were in fact full size beds and hard as a rock. The bedding had cigarette burns and stains. The headboards were falling off the wall. Barely enough room in the bathroom to close the door while standing inside. Overall the room I stayed in was in poor condition but the a/c worked great.

It was rated 3.7 out of 5 stars and personally I give it a 2 bc the ac worked great & Staff/owners were friendly.

Standard room with basic amenities. Price was good for the area.
Only thing was the vinyl floor was filthy. I took my shoes off and walked across the floor and the bottom of my feet were black. I spilled some water on the floor and used a bath mat to wipe it up. The mat was black. Vinyl flooring is great as long as it is cleaned regularly.

I decided to write a review so that guest are able to make the best informed decisions. I booked our room to save money. I like to camp when traveling, but sometimes that’s not an option so we decided to save money.

We can get over location, but there were some issues I that need to be addressed. Rooms are decent enough for $80. In any room the first thing I check is the cracks of the top sheet and where it tucks into the bed. NO issues, but I did notice that behind the bed against the wall was really gross. I also noticed the top sheet was inside out. (thoughts on this later).

I left my phone while taking some time in the bathroom, and had no distractions. I couldnt help but look at where the wall meets the floor and it was caked with dust and hair. I did the whole TP swipe and it looked like it had not been cleaned in some time.

Moving to the bed, my partner was wondering how often the comforter is washed, so we took it off only to notice many hairs, some long on the blanket underneath. This brought me back to the inside out top sheet and got me wondering if it was actually turned over between guests.

Finally, preparing for bed and using a towel, I couldn’t help but notice the large stain…

Look, I’m all for family run businesses and saving money is nice, but we both decided that there’s a floor to our cost saving, and we’ve met ours. That being said, if you wanna save $ you’ll be fine.

The staff are super accommodating and helpful. There are several businesses close by; which makes it convenient to go anywhere. The room has air conditioning, a microwave, a refrigerator, and is quiet.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. The towels and washcloths were stained, and you can see a black substance on them. The Furniture had some kind of stain all over them. The blanket had what appeared to be cigarette burns over several areas of them. The bathtub was peeled away on several spots with visual paint that was coming loose . The depiction online it had four stars and great pictures . So it seemed like it should be illegal that it was posted to be four stars.

This “non-smoking” room wrecked of smoke. The bedding had poorly stitched holes and multiple burn marks left unpatched. One of the two beds had fitted sheets the other did not. When I spoke to the staff about the smell they simply said “No, this is a smoke free room”.

I lived in this town for 30 years and never noticed this place but it is clean and I will stay here again when passing through. Excellent value for this area too. Note that there is a railroad track in the rear of the property and it is right off US29/I85 so it is a little noisy. Plenty of dining nearby.

Just what we hoped for the relatively low cost

A good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. They said they charge a $25 down payment for non smoking rooms, which isn’t on the Hotels.com listing. Still, the people were pleasant. We weren’t expecting luxury. The room was clean with decent bed linens. The A/C worked, which was essential in 90+ degree heat. The bath towels were small and it would be good to have more than 2 in a room for two people. The bathroom was ok on cleanliness but the corners could use a good mopping. There was a bit of an odor - probably the cleaner - when we arrived but not smoke (non smoking room). I would stay there again as a reasonably priced, no frills spot to sleep.

This very old hotel looked abandoned when i artived, no cars in the parking lot. I would be returning alone adter dark and felt unsafe there. I list my non-refundable deposit and went to another hotel. I do not recommend this for single women.traveling

This is a very nice property for the price point. Friendly staff and more of a “family owned” environment than a “corporate chain”. That being said it had a cozy feel but not the upscale luxuries. Room was clean, hard floors. Bedding was clean. Some light dust on some surfaces. Shower floor was soft but no big deal. Good water pressure and temperature, refrigerator and microwave. Lots of tv channels. Most importantly they have daily housekeeping! Most chains don’t offer that! Parking outside your room. Keep in mind I’m rating this for a hotel in its class.

This property is very dirty. After walking on floor my socks were black, threw thew away. Coffer packs were open and empty with a used one in pot. Bath mat was stained, blanket hat cigarette burns in it. Electrical wall plates broken, ceiling pait pealing. Office was rarely open. When went to get coffee packts seemed to be a bother. NEVER AGAIN

I had a reservation for 3 days, did NOT stay at this location. After check-in, I went up to the room and it smelled terrible. The beds were sunken in. On the outside there were mattresses with bedbug debris all over them. The stairs to the second floor were rusted and wobbly. Around the building there was large amounts of trash but it was not part of the cleaning services. More than a few guests were smoking weed and being loud. At this point I just decided I was not going back in there. We slept in our car somewhere else until I could check out and get a new booking elsewhere. No refunds were allowed, so I ate the $250 reservation fee. Still better than staying somewhere unsafe and filthy.

I've stayed here for the past two years for work and I always book ahead and I always stay in the same room. The owner (family) is out of town on vacation and someone else is running things.......and it shows. My requested room wasn't available nor was it clean according to the staff. My reservation was made WELL in Advance. Over time, things have just gone downhill. If I give loyalty, I fully expect 100% loyalty in return. I've NEVER complained or given a bad review until now. Maybe it's just time to find another place to give my loyalty to. Used condoms in the room. WOW! Dirty towels. Mold in the ice bin. Toilet rocking side to side. Smoke odor. Paying for two nights and getting thrown out the second day at 11 then having to go to work and sleep in the parking lot till time to go to work. NO, I'm not going to pay for a third night just to sleep for an additional 2-3 hours.

It’s adequate but it’s not like the Ritz Carlton or anything and I was surprised that they asked me for $20 deposit in cash they wouldn’t take my debit card. They waved it because I don’t have $20 there’s no carpet which seems to be something that they don’t have here in the south But surprisingly the inside of the room looks really nice and it seems pretty quiet here despite the fact that they asked for $20 they didn’t make me go between ATM and get it so it has its good points and bad points. They need to clean up the trash around the property to make it look nicer on the outside.

It’s not a five star resort but it’s not bad either the entrance road kinda sucks but it’s not really the motels fault . There was some shady people around but believe it or not it was surprisingly quiet the rooms are outdated but clean ! If you just want a place to crash it’s good if you want luxury skip it !!
