Great place to stay with Deborah and Ivory of the morning staff were both friendly and very helpful with my families needs and very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Diamond of the night staff was very helpful when we check in tell us times and all the amenities of the hotel. She even told us good places to eat. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Charlotte

They falsely charged me for breakfast and now I’m having to fight for a refund. I have called the hotel only to be told to call back at inconvenient times. I can’t get anyone with authority to refund me for breakfast I was told was included in the price but after seeing the brown bananas and fruit flies, we left and went to Starbucks. Do not trust this Hyatt Place, typically they are ok, but not this Charlotte one….

This was the nicest hotels I've stayed in...and I'm picky!
We were in Charlotte for a concert; it was very close to the PNC. All the staff were very helpful and friendly (at check-in/out, snack bar area, and maid service. Not a single complaint!! Room was so nice and clean, beds were very comfy too.

Saw online that the bar/restaurant closes at midnight. Went down just before 10pm to grab a drink. Bar had a small crowd already drinking. The bartender(?) Was leaving when the crowd asked for another round and i wanted to order. She told everyone she was leaving the new guy said he didnt know anything and wasnt going to serve us.

The front desk staff was amazing. Upon arrival we were told to get with the sales manager to comp our breakfast. The next morning, we were told that we had to pay for the breakfast and once the manager arrived we would have the opportunity to speak with him. He never came to our party while having breakfast and we were notified that since we booked with Hotels.com he was unable to offer any “perks”. Which has nothing to do with us paying for breakfast. The breakfast was only $8 but the principal behind how we were treated was unacceptable. I will say the gym, outdoor pool and rooms were great. But the channel selection left a lot to be desired.

The front staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. The hotel and room were so clean! The beds were so comfy my kids and I slept until almost check out time. The pool was small but fun and relaxing after at day at Carowinds. I would highly recommend staying here.

The room and hotel were clean. The staff were friendly, but they just did the basics for any conversation. The problem and the reason we will not stay again….. both beds were uncomfortable and none of us got restful sleep. The worst sleeping pillows and mattresses I have dealt with in a hotel in years
