The room was clean and comfortable. The rest of the place (entrance, hallways, elevator badly needed to be vacuumed and some trash picked up. The lack of an office and the check-in being totally virtual were a first for me and a bit challenging although the woman who did it possibly was working in India and was very patient.

Hotel is clean, but that is about it there is no hospitality at this place-- They don't keep up on restocking items such as bags at the dog park, trash receptacles etc No coffee or coffee pot to make your own, they have the area to set out coffee and water but seems like that would be to much effort for the employees. TV did not work, this is a bare minimum stay.

The Kiosk check in was unique but efficient. The room and bathroom was clean. I like that the establishment is pet friendly. I traveled with family and it was ok. Only thing is that you to take out your own trash and there is no cleaning service unless you stay after 14 days. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and friendly.

This place is terrible. DO NOT BOOK. Filthy, roach infested and loud. Scammed us into paying more when we arrived even though we had a confirmed booking. There is no Starr on site. Tried to have Expedia help us it they were useless as well.

The mini suite looked new and it was nice.
I checked in around 6:30pm and there was no front desk staff. There was a poster directing me to an electronic kiosk. I pushed the button and was connected to a person who I think was in India at a call center. Not a wonderful experience. The person knew nothing about the hotel. A lot of loud late night boisterous debate going on in the hallways. I will be back in Concord in about six weeks and won’t be staying at the WoodSpring suites.

The room had cockroaches crawling on the headboard of the bed and on the walls of the room. There were also stink bugs found in the room. Dust and dirt were also covered on the top of the headboards. Had not been cleaned anytime recently. Asked for another room and the Kiosk operator said nothing can be done about it. No actual person at front desk to talk to after 5 PM. I would not recommend staying at this facility unless I was able to check out the room before hand.

Too much money, not so much service

We did not realize there would be no attendants on duty until after I read about the check in procedure, which I can accept is on me. However, that also means, if you need anything, after 4 or 5pm, you're out of luck. We paid over $100 a night, and there was no coffee maker, something that is pretty standard now. There is a kitchenette, but you have to request to get things to cook with. We only 2 pillows (which were very flat) for 2 people. We were traveling and couldn't get in until after 4 on a Saturday, which means we could not talk with anyone to get items we would request. Again, paying over a $100 a night, there's no breakfast. The room key reset after a day, so we had to deal with that later at night when coming back after an event.
I'm good with paying for a hotel, and granted it is clean, pretty quiet, and near things but not a main road, but for the price, it did not seem to be all that.

This is a place where homeless people are housed. They do not have someone working at the desk at all hours or on weekends so we couldn't get new towels. There was no housekeeping. It was in a very busy and high traffic area. The reason they are priced lower than everyone else around them is because you are staying with homeless people.

One and done.

Never again. I always check the beds. Mattress was in a bed bag but it was dirty. The platforms the mattress is on are dirty. The floor looks clean but is dirty. Very worn out and uncomfortable mattress. No front desk person. Virtual check in. Did not feel safe knowing no hotel personnel were on premises.

Ok for a one night stay. The area was nice and quiet. My only complaint about the room was the mattress kept moving on the bed frame. Also, there are only two pillows on the bed, which was fine for me sleeping alone. If you are a couple who likes two pillows under each of your heads, you might want to bring your own pillows along.

We checked in late at around 12:30am and this location does not employ overnight desk staff so I had to use the virtual assistant machine in the lobby. The woman was so helpful but the machine was having trouble making our key cards. It took and hour for things to finally work and we finally got into our room at 1:45am, exhausted and defeated. The staff was amazing at trying to fix the problem even though upper management was not answering any phone call. The real issue was the decision to not hire overnight staff. Very poor choice on the company's part. I'm extremely disappointed in the way this company has decided to get rid of in-person staff onsite. This shouldn't have happened and could have been alleviated if someone was there to physically unlock our room for us so we could get some sleep.

Mattress was on a board and was not comfortable at all. Usually there are four pillows on a queen bed but there were only two. No 24 hour desk clerk available. No coffee pot or keureg available in room or lobby. Broken down cars in lot and sketchy people hanging around outside and in lobby. Will never stay at one of these hotels again.

We were staying over night after a concert at PNC. I loved how close it was to the venue. My only gripe is about the pillows. They were soooooo thin. So if you like fluffy pillows and can bring your own, i would. I did not think to ask for additional pillows but 2 was still not really comfy.

OK stay but not the greatest

Once we arrived we had to go through a long waited process to get checked in by calling a number and it still took 20 minutes. When we got to the room i dropped something on the ground and noticed under the bed was a cigarette package and trash. The walls looked like they had stuff spilt on them and not cleaned. Ever time we walked into the hallway it spelt like Marijuana. The bed was so low to the ground.

Sleeper Beware!

The place doesn’t seemed to be manned at nights the window at the main desk was pulled down and a sign said use the Kiosk but I was unable to do so. I went downstairs to ask for some plastic ware and they had none. There is no continental breakfast!

Arrived at the Woodsprings Extended Stay for the races. Picked the room for full size fridge and stovetop. No dishes, pots or pans came with room. Had issues with the AC all days and nights of stay. It was 84° with the Air on High. Reported the issues to Management-Brandon & Tasha. There was No empathy or reconciliation to correct the issue. Requested extra towels and washcloths, which was met with attitude and resistance. Basically Management Brandon was consistently rude, snapping & unprofessional. Would Not recommend this establishment to others. Horrible Stay!!!!

It’s a $hithole

Horrible experience. There is a metal box frame for the bed and anytime I’d roll over it would make a super loud noise waking the whole family all night.
The room was poorly stocked. No hair dryer, no utensils, one place setting. It was sooo bad we checked out 4 days early. And then getting ahold of manager was hard bc the front desk guy was rude and a dick. So was another person on the switchboard in TX which is where your call goes after hours.
The only person of any worth was Tasha at the front desk. I hope she leaves and works for a better place because she is well above that $hithole.

I was a late check in and I had to call the on staff person several times before they answered. The kiosk should alert someone instead of the person having to use the phone to get in contact. The floor was very sticky by the kiosk and door. My room was very clean it just smelled like curry food as either someone on the hall was cooking or the last person in the room did. I wish there were more pillows 2 pillows in the room for 2 people is very uncomfortable. The bed mad weird noises when get in it because of its base. The water was barely warm in the shower.

The location is close to the mall and easy to find.

I guess I got my hotel information confused, I was thinking that continental breakfast would be served. I thought the lobby was larger. The room was clean, but it was not on level I thought, the walls was very thin, there was no Iron or coffee pot, and no tissue. I guess this hotel was mostly for long term stay because it had a range. Nice size tv but the furniture was very cheap. If you are looking for a long term stay at a good price this hotel would be a good choice.

Worst experience in yesrs. First room assigned had no bed linen and a pile of wet towels on the floor. Second room assigned had only one bed and I asked for two. Third room was below children running all night. Elevator was full of dog hair and smelled of a cigar. I signed a form agreeing not to have a pet and my room & was across a room with a German shepherd named Princess who had a loud bark. Front desk closed at 7 PM and was not open when I left at 830 AM. Turned off noisy fridge in 312 What a dump !

Dont stay at Woodsprings Suites

I regret that i wasted my time and money booking a stay here. There was no one actually there to check us in and next morning when i left the front desk person told me they did they didn't complete ithe check in. So later as we were in bed i received an email mentioning that \"Amber Swadling, General Manager\" had canceled the reservation. As we entered the lobby it smelled like marijuana even on the floor we stayed. Our room had filthy floors and there were roaches on the walls. The bathroom fan was clogged with inches of dust. We also kept getting calls and visits(the guy smelled like marijuana) from the front desk about making loud noises but we weren't even up. Whats crazy is someone would call us but we could never get anyone to answer when we called. I was so discussed with everything we ended our stay Saturday morning. There was no one there to assist us and when i was able to get a person on to answer the front desk phone the guy who was there Saturday morning asked me what my issue was and that what ever it is he wasn't going to help me anyway. So I left my cards at the vacant front desk and left. This was by far the WORST experience i have ever had renting a hotel room. I will NEVER stay at this place again. NEVER! i still waiting for a refund for my second day since I ended the stay on Saturday November 23rd 2024. I have photos!
