We got to the hotel later than expected and the counter was closed and there was no staff on duty in the lobby. I called Expedia and I called the property to try and get somebody to come open the front door. We were told we can’t check in after a certain time so o never received my accommodations and never even got to stay there at the hotel and was still

This is one of the worst experience I have ever had for staying in this hotel. Every room is smelly. Not enough towel supply. Microwave was not working for first 5 days then they changed my room and in new room internet was not working. just payhetic experience. Some staffs are good but most of them are not knowledgeble enough to interact with guest problems.

Extended Stay America has decided to add and or increase the pricing for basic amenities (additional towels, sheets and toilet paper) as well as take away certain things you expect to find in a hotel (ie and iron and ironing board). There is no grab and go breakfast AS ADVERTISED on all of the hotel sites, yet THE PRICES REMAIN THE SAME OR IN SOME CASES HAVE INCREASED. Extended Stay America should honestly remember the times in which we are currently living and either decrease your pricing or stop the nonsensical charging for basic items. Don’t put your employees, who don’t get paid enough as is, in a position to “nickel and dime” guests.

First room I went into was dirty and the bathroom was dirty as well and disgusting when I went downstairs immediately after walking in and letting them know about the conditions of my room I was told that I needed to wait an additional 45 minutes after just waiting 45 minutes to check in because none of the rooms are clean I got accidentally apparently checked into a dirty room and when I was given my new room, it was with an attitude and I was asked would I like my money back and not be serviced because I asked is there a way that we could speed up the process instead of me having to wait another hour for a room because it was my birthday and I had to work and I was already running late. Then the key they gave me didn’t work so I wasn’t able to get into my room until 10 o’clock at night.

Check your attitude!

The staff is friendly however the manager Joanna is rude! There was some confusion about when my 13 year old and I were supposed to checkout or extend our stay. I thought it was Friday and went to work as usual and extended the stay. The next thing I know, my 13 year old is frantically texting me because he’s scared that our belongings are going to be put out of the hotel and destroyed by the rain. AND WE HAD A RESERVATION!!!

Overall this hotel is very clean, no roaches (I haven’t seen any). The staff is attentive, engaging and friendly staff. It would be nice to have coffee available all day and the breakfast could use major improvements (ie fruits, juice, water).

I loved the location of the property. The staff was very nice. I liked the size of the room and the way it was set up. I feel like it was time for some deep cleaning on top of fridge, in corners, etc. Above and beyond the quick clean you'd do most of the year. But there was nothing that made me feel the room was too dirty to stay in. Interestingly there were no ice cube trays or garbage cans in the room. The staff quickly gave me the trays and some plastic bags but the garbage cans never showed up. Outside of that, everything was exactly as described in the reservation and I would stay there again.

The original room I book was sold , The key entry was Down all weekend so staff had to let us in and escorted to our room to be unlocked with a master key , and the room I has was not very clean floors was dirty window unit was filthy with stuff from kids toys to snack wrappers to food definitely was not worth the money spent

There was a kick hole in the bathroom door, the faux leather chair leather was cracked and needed to be replaced. In my 3 day stay they never came to empty trash, sweep or refresh towels or anything. But they did let themselves in my room to ask if I would be checking out. It wasn't past check out time either.

I booked a night to see how it was and the booking went Smoothly. But the minute that I got there and I was getting ready to go to bed. There were roaches in the shower. There were mouse traps out in the open. The floors were sticky. It smelled like roach spray. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. When I pulled out the pull out there was blood all over.It and it smelled there was no sheets or covers.It was just a complete disaster all the way around.There was a hole on the bathroom door and walls. This was one of the worst stays that I have experienced all year long. Very disappointed in this extended stay. I will never recommend or go back. The front service staff was very polite and nice. Thank you tiana for being very understanding. But other than that terrible place do not go

Staff at check in was nice. When we got to the hotel, check in took several minutes due to \"slow internet.\" As the staff was checking us in, we were informed the elevator was broken and our room was on the 4th floor. They were willing to move us to a lower floor but at the loss of the king size bed suite we booked. They were willing to give us a room with double beds.

So we took our 4th floor room instead of the downgrade. Once we got to our room, everything appeared decent. When we went to use the full kitchen, we found out there wasn't any utensils at all. Not a big deal, its whatever.

As far as the bed, I've slept on a piece of plywood more comfortable than the mattress. As far as the pillows, take 2 pieces of toilet paper and lay your head on that. That pretty much is comparable to the pillow.

The next morning I woke up with back pain. My wife went to take a shower to find no shampoo. She called the front desk and they said to come get it...Are you serious ? It's your job to make sure basic necessities are in the rooms. Anyway after a couple minutes they finally said they would bring it up. After 3 showers....still no shampoo. Thanks for not fulfilling your job front desk people.

Breakfast was advertised as a full breakfast and it was far from it. Oatmeal, granola bars, and coffee....we ended up at McDonalds.

Overall, for a one night stay and you dont have any other choices then fine stay there. If you need multiple nights, extdend your stay somewhere else!

Was informed only after I checked in and paid that the elevator was broken and that my room was on third floor. Not very clean. Hair in linens which were sparse, hair in bed sheets, hair in bathroom, floor in bath dirty, walls paper thin. Can hear everyone around you. Folks above me sounded like they were doing gymnastics. Disabled cars in parking lot, trash. Threatening signs everywhere about being on camera. Had to ask for a lightbulb for my room lamp. Fan in bathroom didn't work. Stingy with linens. Toilet paper felt like sand paper. Woman at check out was curt and barked at me. Asked me how my stay was in a snapping kind of way, not looking up from what she was doing. Weird. No curtains on windows, just blinds and the outside lights shine through slats. Won't stay at ESA again. Second time both negative experience.

This place was disgusting! I was on my way to GA for my brothers funeral and needed to stop after driving 14 hrs straight, to sleep for awhile. This hotel looked nice from the front desk and the staff was nice BUT I never received a key card for the hotel ir my room because the machine was down so I was unable to leave n return as I wanted or needed w out being locked out. I'm including pics of my room. I think they speak for themselves! I do expect a full/partial refund for my stay of 9hrs. Interesting...ur website isnt allowing me to add my proof of the disgusting room.

They need to do better!

The lady that helped me check in was nice and helpful but the room itself wasn’t so nice. Sheets were stained and the room smelled like smoke and made me worry that I would get charged for smoking in a non smoking room and I don’t even smoke. The bed wasn’t so comfortable either. It was like laying on a wooden board. I doubt I’d stay there again.

We stayed at the property for one night for $120 with late check-in. Lobby was clean, unfortunately, the good impression stops there. Elevator was down and our room was on 4th floor, room smells like smoke from cigarettes, bathroom was clean but the rest of the room is not, we found cockroach in the room.

The room doesn't provide shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, coffee machine, not bottled water.

Upon arriving to the property I realized that it is an “extended stay” hotel. Meaning that this is a community hotel that a lot of people live here monthly due financial status. The lobby area is clean and the staff were nice at the front desk but once you walk through the double clear doors to get to the elevator that’s when the problems begin. The hallways STINK as well as the elevator. Luckily I couldn’t inhale as much and wearing my mask help me from inhaling the funk. The elevator rug was filthy. I didn’t see not ONE housekeeper during my two night stay. Me and my girls decided to stay out only to spend as little time as possible in the hotel room. I was woken up at 7am both mornings (Saturday/Sunday) with the sound of a toddler running across the hotel floor above me. And to put the icing on the cake my friend found a ROACH crawling on her toilet this morning. Thankfully we were packed to get out this messy place. FILTHY FILTHY. I don’t write bad reviews but when a properly is poorly managed it deserves the TRUTH by someone who values cleanliness. Never again!!

This time, the after hours phone was ripped from the wall, and I overheard two very loud domestic disputes/fights within a 12-hour span; the first occuring around 6am. I'll probably stick to another location I've frequented many times before.

The property itself was fine. The room smelled musty. The worst thing was the noise level. There was quite a bit of uncontrolled late night running around and yelling. Dogs were barking consistently all night. It made for a rough stay. When we asked to be moved, they said they couldn't though the place was not full. We would never recommend this place to any of our friends.
