When a hotel advertises EV chargers and that becomes one of the reasons for selecting the hotel, then they should WORK! 3 of 6 were working, and they were taken up. All Tesla chargers here are wasted and appear to have been for a while. Probably unsafe as the ground is broken. Useless. This needs attention.

We stayed for 2 weeks. Upon checking in our reserved room was not available. We had to stay in another room that was not the suite I reserved for the first night. We were moved the next day. We were not given the complimentary drink that is a part of being VIP Gold with hotels.com. Halfway through our stay my entry card stopped working and I got a bill indicating I had checked out. My husband’s entry key was still working. No one could tell me why it happened or why the bill was cut off and sent to me me as if I only reserved until May 9 rather than May 15.
Overall the place was nice. The breakfast was not bad. The coffee was not good. The beds were comfortable and space in the suite with seperate room was very nice. There was a front desk clerk named D. who was very helpful and friendly.

Very rude front desk staff, over charged my card and told me if I used a different card next time this wouldn’t happen. Called me 4 different times at 7am to tell me the card I used had declined after payment was already taken from my bank! The people at the front desk barely spoke English and kept saying call the bank call the bank. I still have pended charges they are refusing to close so my money can be refunded. Idk if it’s a hotels.com thing but I always have issues with the hotels from here

I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my nephews 16th birthday. Upon arrival the front end staff was great however I will highlight all of the lows within this space:
1. the first room we checked into, had someone still in the room. When i got to the room the door was propped open and i could hear people in the room
2. My mom and I went back to the front desk and let the staff know and she was able to put us in a new room.
3. get into the room and the room is clearly not properly cleaned...crumbs left on the kitchen area floor and the carpet was clearly not vacuumed. Again I contacted the front desk to let her know this and she let me know someone would be up to clean the room.
4. at this point (around 6pm) my mother and i leave the hotel and we are assured by front desk staff that the room would be cleaned while we were out.
5. return to hotel room and room is still in the same condition.
6. contact front desk (same staff) and she let us know someone would be up to sweep the floors..no one comes
SATURDAY MORNING. please also note the TV (volume extremely loud) was on once we arrived Friday afternoon but since we just showered and left right back out this wasnt a huge area of concern. once we got back friday night the tv is still on and there is no remote to control the tv volume or power on/off.
7. new front desk staff (extremely rude) is on shift and we let her know about the condition of our room. she shares that management will not get

It was a very comfortable stay. The bed was comfy. I wish there was a bigger trash receptacle in the kitchen. Since it is a full size kitchen and we thoroughly used it. It was spacious enough and pretty clean. Nice price for the stay and amenities. P.S. breakfast was very nice on the weekend. Weekday’s breakfast was quite sparse.

The only drawbacks we had were that the A/C was very loud and the bathroom vent didn't work. The room was ok, spacious, and could be really nice if it was cleaned properly. The TV stand and tv look like it had not been dusted in weeks, the TV had fingerprints on it, and the working chair had fingerprints on it.
In the kitchen, the counter was not wiped well, and jelly stains coffee stains, grease on the cooktop, open water bottle in the refrigerator.

We have stayed here before and really enjoyed it so wanted to come back for our anniversary. The internet in our room wouldn't work on the tv. We called for help and they sent someone up. He said he had to go down and ask someone else that knew more than he did and he'd either be back up, or call us. He didn't do either one. We stopped at the desk on the way out to dinner and she said she'd call her manager. When we got back she said she'd get someone \"tomorrow\" and told us \"nobody else is having issues\" then told us we could call their internet provider!?!
We got on the elevator & another guest said his internet had been out since the night before and he was angry because at that high of a price they should at least have wifi! We felt like nobody wanted to deal the issue. We will NOT go back with service like that!

I checked in early and was really happy to be able to do that. At first i just dropped my stuff at my room and left. When i came back later i took a shower that is when i noticed that the room was bot clean. The shower looked like it had bug pieces on the floor. When i got out I noticed there was pieces around the toliet and marks on the wall. When I went in thr kitchen the floor was very dirty and there was dirty dishes in the dishwasher. When I went to the front desk they did change my room but I was never offered an apologize for the inconvenience. The new room was not as clean as clean as I am use to for this hotel but I was able to stay in that one.
