Great location. Near the waterfront and North Beach (you can walk to everything.

Unfortunately, my room needed a reno. The carpet, shower head and office chair need to go. I also don't think it was cleaned very well.

We have always had a positive experience staying at CQ. The front desk staff greet you with a smile and check in is always so easy. We love the convenience of the espresso machine in the lobby, and Adam is always such a hospitable bartender in the restaurant. The location is key where the ferry building is an easy walk and Northbeach is at your fingertips for great food and fun. Union Square is close too.

It was a nice location. Love that I could walk to the ferry building for dinner or to take a ride on the ferry to Sausalito. Neighborhood felt safe. Parking was catty corner to the hotel which was convenient but also expensive. I paid $45 a night and you couldn’t take your car in and out. That was just leave it there so I had to Uber the whole time. Maybe that’s just normal for downtown San Francisco.

For the price and location, I give it 5 stars. You won’t find this type of room in SF for this cheap. Pet stays for free, I don’t even remember the last time I’ve seen that.

Check in can be done from phone, you can get your key as well. Check out was 1-2 minutes at front kiosk.

I used the parking structure at Embarcadero One which is $45 a day, works well if you just want to park for most of your stay. It’s diagonal to the hotel.

Hotel room was clean. AC and Heater worked well, there were 2 units in the suite.

Bathroom was a bit dated, no exhaust fans for post shower and toilet. Bed was comfortable and 4 pillows for the queen.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We arrived after midnight and they accommodated us with no problem, the only down side are the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors full conversation. Great location for walking and accessing bus, bart and cable cars.

Very comfortable and great staff. But the wifi was glitchy which made my Zoom meetings very hard to conduct. I was not able to be successful doing business while traveling. But the staff did their best to address my issue. I noticed the TV had the same connection issue- every 10-15 seconds it would get stuck in a pause - just like my Zoom meeting. Maybe not enough bandwidth to handle all the guests?

Will been my favorite!! First time solo traveling to San Francisco the proximity of Club Quarters to everything is very convenient. I also loved how they place toiletries in the hallways for guests to access and place empty water bottle for us to get water. Got a club room so everything is pretty standard, has a comfy bed and a cloudy comforter. The room has a microwave and a fridge which is super helpful to store my leftovers for another meal. Had to stay one more day due to flight cancellation and decided to remain here for all the convenience after comparing other options that maybe cheaper. Front desk staff were very sweet in helping me with the renewal process and check in check outs of course. Laundry was free too with detergents provided by front desk. Overall super amazing experience so i might consider Club Quarters over others going forward.

The room was a bit small but very clean. We only stayed one night so it was perfect. The hidden gem is the restaurant, Fish and Farm, was phenomenal. I was worried where I didn’t see a lot of people in there but the food was excellent. We ate supper and breakfast there and my wife and I really enjoyed both meals.

No onsite parking. My car was in paid parking lot next door. Staff said it should be fine. It got broken into. Lost about $1500 worth of stuff from the trunk. Wouldn't have booked there if I'd known they didn't have parking.

I like hotels that provide free water and coffee. Easy parking at a nearby parking lot, short walk to the Embarcadero to watch the NYE fireworks. At night it was a little loud (cars and other vehicles).

Amazing! Only thing was there is no parking onsite and I wish I would’ve known this specially on rainy days but not sure if this is a normal hotel parking situation in San Francisco. Parking is 45 a day a few buildings down by the way.

The pillows were stained, ants on the bed along with random stains & rips on the sheet (they don’t even use a fitted sheet) Fingerprint marks allover the headboard so you can tell they don’t really “clean” the room after each guest.

I have stayed at Club Quarters in NYC. I appreciate the filtered refillable water bottles, and the little extras like toothbrushes if you forget yours.

I did parttake in the breakfast, I was told I had not selected it when I purchased my stay.

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. And the front room staff who meet, greet and help you out are totally awesome. They make the stay most pleasant. Very welcoming. Other staff members I met were also very polite.

Staff were exceptional! they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and super friendly! the guest room is great with clean and comfortable bed, clean washroom and love the espresso machine. the only thing I would say that needs improvement would be the carpet flooring which probably needs routine shampooing but other than that we had a great stay!
