The stay is amazing with all the great amenities and options they offered. with the old school look with modern twist rooms, free breakfast in the mornings, the wifi is good enough for work and the benefits of being close to the conference where I was attending. the four nights was great and was able to accomplished so much with my time at San Francisco and Harbor Court Hotel has welcomed me with open arms to guide me to start my journey. Highly Recommend and will book again.

Lot of stuff near by. Beautiful views and close to the port. Plenty of places near by to eat. High end and value. My one recommendation is pay for the view. The room was really really small (it is a historic hotel) and if I opened the blinds 40 ft away was someone's room or apartment. I could see right in and I was on the top or 8th floor.

The hotel staff were friendly and professional, and I appreciate their service. However, I was very disappointed with my stay due to the room environment and excessive noise.

First, the view from my window was essentially nonexistent and quite unpleasant, which significantly affected the overall experience.

More importantly, the noise level in the room was unacceptable. There was constant loud noise coming from the outdoor air conditioning units, the heating system inside the room was extremely noisy while running, and even the refrigerator inside the nightstand produced a noticeable humming sound throughout the night.

Because of these combined noises, I was unable to fall asleep until around 4:00 a.m. on both nights. This is simply not reasonable for a hotel stay where guests expect rest and comfort.

For future guests assigned to this room, I would recommend that the hotel provide earplugs, or preferably address the noise issues directly.

The hotel is in a historic building - a YMCA that is 100 years old. The staff were friendly and helpful. This boutique hotel has small but well appointed rooms with high end bedding and toiletries. Not all rooms have a view so make sure to verify what you are expecting. We valet parked as self parking is very limited. It is located right on the Bay along the Embarcadaro. The art walk in this are is fabulous! You are close to down town and all sorts.of eateries. There is a sushi restaurant next door. The Ferry Building is within walking distance.San Franciscomnever disappoints! Will definitely stay here again!

Exceedingly clean room, and a tremendous cleaning staff. I was warmly greeted every time, from the moment I first entered the hotel. They treated my wife and I with respect and were proactive in meeting our needs. Janelle and the entire staff are tremendous and made our stay memorable, making our stay in San Francisco one of the highlights of our trip. The market is just across the street, and has a wide variety of specialty foods from which to choose.

Not worrying about the details of your hotel stay allows you to focus on enjoying your environment. It was nice to have a little feel of home in our visit, to be well cared for and continually, warmly greeted. Lastly, the view from the penthouse room was fantastic. It can’t be understated. It was wonderful viewing the water in the morning and before sleeping. I recommend this stay to any visitor to San Francisco.

Valet is a joke

The hotel was cute, clean, simple. The issue we had was with the parking- I paid for valet parking and then they just let my car sit out front in the 15 min parking spot all night. Even more ridiculous is the nearly 20 minutes I waited for a valet person to retrieve my keys. I paid $80 for them to do nothing with my car.

You guys - I cannot say enough good things about this property and the staff! I had to do a little hotel hopping due to rates and availability (there was a big conference the week I visited). The helpfulness and attentiveness of the check-in staff was wonderful, all amenities were explained clearly, hotel was able to hold my luggage during my meetings, and had great suggestions for enjoying the city in the little time I had. Room was pleasantly bigger than I had expected and I LOVED the hotel soaps/shampoo/conditioners.

Myself and my wife have stayed at many different hotels in San Francisco. The stay at Harbor Court Hotel was made especially relaxing by the friendliness, courtesy and care offered by the hotel staff. Two of the staff provided truly outstanding service during our stay - Janelle at the checkin desk, and Luis Cortez the bellman. Staff like this really differentiate the enjoyment of stays like ours. A big thank you to both of them and all the other staff who made our stay so enjoyable and welcoming.

Perfect Location!

The location of this hotel is absolutely ideal. Perfect to stroll to dinner and along the Embarcadero. Request Room 828 for a stunning view of the Bay Bridge. Carlos at the Front Desk was darling and very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had delicious coffee and treats. I will definitely return.

This was a cute, quaint hotel. Rooms are a bit small, and we felt there could have been more towels, washcloths, and a rug or mat outside the shower. We asked for and received an extra chair for a room since we had family together.

If you are looking for something other than a typical chain hotel, this is the place to stay! Unique history of the building, very friendly and professional staff, cozy and relaxing. Not too far of a walk to attractions like fisherman’s warf; you can experience the Bay Area. If we come back to San Francisco, easily would stay again!

We enjoyed our weekend getaway stay. We were in SF to see a Dodgers and Giants game. Walking distance to Oracle park about 20 mins. Walked over to Fisherman’s Ward approx., 30 min walk. They have a great Japanese restaurant next door. Also an American restaurant. Would def., stay here again.

A Favorite for Over a Decade!

The Harbor Court Hotel has been my go-to spot in San Francisco for the past 10 years—and for good reason. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right on the waterfront and within walking distance to so much of what makes the city special.

The recent renovations are a big plus—everything feels fresh and thoughtfully updated. I especially love the complimentary wine tastings and continental breakfast, which add a really nice touch to the overall experience.

The bathroom spa products are another highlight—Malin + Goetz is such a quality brand and really elevates the stay.

But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They’ve always been so kind and genuinely attentive. You can tell they care about your comfort from check-in to check-out.

Highly recommend to anyone visiting San Francisco. Harbor Court continues to be a place I look forward to returning to again!
