Decent parking, staff were welcoming although they could’ve probably benefited with more in the restaurant. Room is nice had everything I needed, unfortunately it was next to the noisiest stairs that meant people sounded like a herd of elephants walking down. Would stay again.

Had cooked breakfast first day. Second day had continental and only one slice of ham and little Brie available. Asked for more and were told you were cutting down on it. Staff member then went to kitchen and said there was none left. Continental breakfast usually includes more than bakery products, fruit a cereal.

Closed Spa and Restaurant AFTER we booked
Booked a few months before the stay, but told 3 days before check-in, that the restaurant would be closed for evening meals. This was via email, and not seen prior to our stay so we were left a little disappointed.
The Spa was shut for 2 out of our 3 days here, and the pool sadly doesnt allow under 16s, so our plans for a first ever dip in the pool with our newborn went out the window.
So we stayed in spa resort, with no access to the spa (closed), no evening meal (nothing in walking distance) and unable to use the pool because they are not insured to have u16s in the pool.
We were told at check-in that the restuarant was closed for maintenance on the ovens, but later was told by another manager that the restaurant was closed to host a NYE party. Sadly, we never got to the bottom of this, and TBH, with half the services being unavailable to us, we expected more of an apology or atleast a discounted room rate. We sadly got neither.
Customer Services from the website was poor, and the reply from the hotel was less than amusing.
Wouldnt stay here again, due to the poor service received on this occasion.
Such a shame, as it has alot of potential, but when you shut half your services, after people make their bookings, you cant expect a glowing review. Sadly, this is one of those times I felt aggrieved enough to write something.

Service was great a the hotel is newly decorated and clean. Didn’t use the spa but looks good. Minor gripes were that the reception staff were not always there and the extra key ‘card machine’ was not especially simple. The TV had unusual channels and I would have liked more comfortable chairs in the bedroom. Otherwise, a good value hotel with a great shower.

Relax, refresh and enjoy the restaurant
We went to have some relaxation and refreshments between Christmas and the New Year. Our time at All Saints Hotel did just that. All staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived when we had been offered an early arrival. This was immediately resolved by giving us an upgrade to another room.

To be honest we could'nt fault our stay, the only reason it did not get all 5's on the surroundings was because of the building work going on extending the hotel.

Its a relatively new building, fitted out to just above Premier inn standard's. That said its very clean and the room was very large. Dinner was fine for the price, but choice was a bit limited and basic. The spa/pool was excellent - outstanding even.

The Hotel had a very nice golf course, however it offered no golf clubs to be rented in order to play it. As a business traveler, I do not usually pack golf clubs, especially overseas with weight restrictions. I would loved to play the course there, it looked in very good condition.

Superb one night stay. I’ve stayed in the area several times recently, but never here - what a mistake. It will be my first choice next time I’m in this part of Suffolk.
My room was clean, modern and well appointed. The gym was excellent (I’ll try the pool next time but I arrived too late) and breakfast was utterly delicious. The staff couldn’t have been nicer.

I am really pleased I found this hotel and its previous reviews are absolutely correct. I would go as far as to say, this is the best hotel I have stayed in for the money we payed.
Reception staff were friendly and very helpful, room - modern, well maintained and comfortable, bar- great staff, trendy décor and sensible prices, breakfast - good choice, spa- great facilities, really enjoyable!

Always get great service from the team of staff. Good quality hotel. Looking forward to the refurbishment finishing so the hotel returns to a calmer environment each morning. Difficult to leave windows open in the warmer weather as the builders start before 8am.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities & a very warm welcome at Reception. Significant building works underway currently but no disturbance of what was a lovely stay. Outdoor hot tub could do with a few more plants around or better view but that is only thing that was less than 100%. Breakfast was amazing & staff very friendly indeed.

Hotel and facilities excellent, room spacious with comfortable big bed, air con that worked perfectly, great breakfast and helpful staff. Ideal, but due to works going on, my room was over a temporary generator that ‘fired’ up every 30 mins or so all night, workmen then started at 7:30 both mornings with the ever ending beeping of their forklift. So hardly any sleep for me, and certainly no lie.
I would certainly recommend the hotel, but only when the work is finished. I will us the hotel in future.

Stayed before no issues. This time although nice hotel, food is nice and area is quiet there are some parts that management need to address if they read this. A)after a long drive customers don’t want to be hounded to give exact times and bookings for meals before they have even checked in b)the WiFi is terrible, could not even complete emails. C)if you offer water in rooms actually put the water in there, not a sign saying here’s a bottle go and fill it up in the corridor somewhereD) what ever that loud thunder sound is that goes through the pipes every 2 minutes in the lower ground floor needs to be fixed. Absolutly no sleep at all which is effectively what guests are paying for. Rest of hotel as you would expect, drinks are also very over priced. Gym and parking is good, as is the food.

Great hotel. The staff are so friendly! My partner loves it as she uses it as a base to go out for work. They don't really cater for those who work from the hotel. There's even a sign up saying \"No laptops\" in the restaurant area. So Working during the day means sitting in the cafe or room. Shame not to have some quiet areas to work from. There's a reception but that's not ideal. Breakfast ran low a few times but the staff were always on it when asked. Need some tea pots as its a long walk to some tables with a full cup. Overall though a great hotel and lovely spa. ( Spa closes too early though 8.30pm so arrive early)

Continental breakfast was great but the cooked breakfast was a little lacking and dealt out for you with no chance of a return visit 😞. Overall I would thoroughly recommend and would stay again, easy access to bury st Edmunds and half an hour from Cambridge. Well done to the staff at the All Saints Hotel, we had a lovely stay, thank you

The hotel was nice, clèan and offered a good swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa. The sauna was small and often full. The staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. Rhevfood was good, albeit, the breakfast (continental) was lacking and did mot offer any meat and cheese. Overall I can not complain and feel satisfied.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple times now for pleasure and also business and it has always been fantastic. Unfortunately this last stay was not the best but was down to a resident not the hotel, but they seemed to be very limited what they could do as security had gone home.
We returned to the hotel on our second night and after a long day Xmas shopping had a drink and chilled in the room. Got our heads down at reasonable hour but was awakened by next door swearing, shouting and all in all being a pest. Security was nowhere to be seen even though CCTV on every floor and this guy was in out the room more times than a fly in a cow shed!!! I wanted to ask them to calm down but was advised by other guests let the hotel sort. Quietened down and we all got some sleep from 2am but at 7.30am it all kicked off. Enough is enough so contacted reception who came to sort but the occupant was aggresive and told him to get out. Again quietened down so enquired at reception if been sorted and he had been thrown out and was told sort of. We are sat having breakfast and in he walks thinking he owns the place larger than life so not sorted by hotel. Disappointed as many residents on that floor was very worried what would happen and at no point hotel made them feel safe. No offer of any compensation so be prepared to look after yourself. Such a shame as a lovely hotel with great staff ruined by self centred idiot.

Lovely hotel. The spa was very nice and clean with a decent pool temperature. Steam room, sauna, hot tub and spa pool all at an excellent temperature. The room was a good size with a very nice hot shower and comfy bed. Little disappointed with breakfast selection. Ran out of fruit, croissants and yogurts half way through breakfast time. Hot buffet also kept running out of food. Needed more frequent checks on availability of items and replenishment. Second morning slightly improved.

As a frequent guest I would recommend this hotel to anyone, The hotel is ideal for me, High standards with convenient parking a rarity in the area. My only real negative is changes to booking process has reduced the number of times I stay, If booking through Hotels.com you have to include breakfast (for 2) which increases the price not good if you book a double room for 1 person, start early and only have a small breakfast which must be common for many business trips . There is construction works going on at the minute which detracts from the appeal and pricing doesn’t reflect this, during this stay I had problems wit Wi-Fi it was slow for a big period of time but I haven’t experienced this

Hot buffet served by someone else, coffee in urn, one toaster for 2 slices of bread for the whole restaurant, American, latte, cappuciono Not included and had to pay for it separately. For 150quid a night, you'd expect a premium coffee with breakfast and list of more a la carte choices for food.
