Amazing property! Steps from the slopes and ski right back to just steps to the condo. The staff are all amazing, kind, friendly and helpful. 3 hot tubs and a heated pool which were never crowded. Comfortable bed and accommodations. Condo had everything we needed to cook, bake, sit by the fire, watch TV, or enjoy the view of the lifts and the slopes. The property has a shuttle service or take the Snowmass shuttle into Aspen or anywhere in the area. Amazing trip and fantastic property in every way! I also really enjoyed the free laundry in the building and the ski locker right outside my door.

My friends and I stayed at this property for one night and thank God we had only reserved it for one night!! We probably got 1-2hrs of sleep max. The unit we stayed in was filled with family pictures, that started with a welcome to “grandma’s place” infront of the front door. Each room had strange family pictures, one room filled with mirrors all over the wall. The living had strange pictures - frogs dissections, and odd decors like statue with 3 heads. The room upstairs had wall picture frame of a clown, and an alarm clock on the bedside table that went off at MIDNIGHT!! We were 5 girls staying here and we WERE SCARED TO DEATH. I would never go here again. The parking alone was difficult to find, hard to locate the entrance, and no elevators - but these was not the biggest issue compared to room itself. We paid over $600, and everyone stayed inside one room downstairs, with our room door locked, with only 1-2 hrs of sleep.

We visited during the summer and enjoyed the pool, hiking and many activities in the area. We stayed in a premier level unit, and it exceeded our expectations. The finishes were high-end and comfortable, and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing. (The only negative is that the dryers did not heat well. We let staff know, and hopefully, that is not the permanent condition. Don't wait until the last minute to do laundry!) We absolutely would stay here again!

We loved the chalet loft concept of our place though didn’t know until we arrived that the location was the 3rd building up from the ski run. Skiing off was a short walk but returning was a longer hike up many flights of stairs. Our unit was very clean though and overall a very nice stay.

Great spot in Snowmass if you need low-frills lodging at a \"reasonable\" cost. The staff was very communicative and accomodating for our needs. Be aware that the condos are on the mountain so there's a chance you might hear the snow groomers at 6:30am. Additionally, the \"loft\" in these units has low wood beams on the ceiling due to the A-frame build so if you're taller than the average NBA forward, you'll need to exercise additional care when walking around in the loft area or wear your ski helmet inside, especially at night.

I'm a certified Network Engineer and ironically have almost exactly the same services and tv at home and still couldn't get main tv to show any channel but CNN. Some of the front desk staff were extremely good and professional.

My rugby team rented three condos from Crestwood in mid-September. There were plenty of places for everyone to sleep and each unit was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The parking lot was very crowded and it was difficult to navigate and find a spot.

This condo was perfect for our group. One of the first VRBO properties that have had enough dishes, plates, silverware, glasses and wine glasses for a large group. I loved being able to look out over the ski area. I would definitely stay again.

This was a great Condo, close to biking and hiking trails, beautiful setting. The layout of the Condo was really functional, roomy kitchen and great room, quiet and clean. Wish we had stayed longer. Parking was a bit tight and neighbors had a different idea about parking spots than the staff, mixed instructions there. Staff was very helpful! We Love Snowmass and will plan additional get aways with family and Crestwood will be a top choice. All seasons are great in Snowmass. Thank You!

The unit was spacious and had sleeping accommodations for our large family. The rooms are dated, dingy, and half the closets are locked, despite maintenance supplies being strewn throughout the unit. The property is sorely understaffed and when you do call, the maintenance response is annoyed with no solutions for simple concerns. There is no washer/dryer and supplies were limited (only 4 towels) and the front desk was closed until morning. The pictures of this place are dominated by the pool, but our experience, the pools were not open and there was lackluster response from staff. Turned out the pool opened at check out time on our 2nd day and was closed the day before. Stated hours for the pool are inaccurate and maintenance staff said that we paid a lower rate due to this...( this statement is not true either, the rate for our same room was less than what we paid the next day). Heating the unit was archaic and dangerous for children with space heaters and the main room was heated by the puny gas fireplace. Between having no extra blankets, no front desk staff, and medieval heating, our family was miserable freezing all night.
They did allow us a late checkout to help accommodate our move to another property (Westin) after our 1st night. They used this minor allowance as penance for the trials of the night before. Overall, our experience was not positive and we will choose other options in Snowmass in the future.

Booking and communication was easy. Property was perfectly located for our needs. Gondola, restaurants, Village center. Walked everywhere. Plenty of room for the two families in the condo. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Hope to stay here again next year. The parking lot was a bit cramped and I was glad we didn't bring the Suburban.
