What a surprise !
The hotel looks a little shabby from the exterior however once you enter your room it is a whole new experience. The room was clean, had a coffee machine, comfy bed and pillows and flat screen TV. plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom had a great shower, large lit mirror, hairdryer, heated towel rail and clean soft towels. Room had controllable heating too.

This hotel on the south-eastern outskirts of Rennes is clean, comfortable and exceptional value for money (we paid less than £30 per room per night).

Great hotel for a stopover on the way south. A short walk to Chantepie village via the local park with lake was most enjoyable. Intermarche with 24 hour petrol/diesel 200m away. So good we booked again for our overnight stop on the way north (where I write this - great free WiFi).

Slightly difficult to find - Although close to the major road links it was tucked away in the backroads of an industrial estate. It was a comfortable and quiet budget hotel with everything needed for an overnight stay.

This hotel in a perfect position for a one night stop when travelling to the Charente Maritime from and to Caen which we do 3 times a year. The food is good, the bed clean and comfortable and the staff very pleasant.

We use this hotel as a stopover on our drive to the Charente Maritime and it is in an excellent position for this. The hotel is clean, the staff excellent and food good. We have used this hotel on several ocassions and have no complaints. Tiles round the bath & shower could do with an extra clean.

Premier contact avec l'hôtel par téléphone, pour demander une annulation, ma journée ayant changé. Appel a 13h ou l'on me dis \"prévenez nous avant 14h\". Je fini de reorganisé ma journée, rappel et là on me dis:\" non même avec l'option annulation (payante) c'est 24h a l'avance, je demande donc un geste commercial qui m'est refusé.
La sa aurait dû me mette la puce à l'oreille. Un client qui veut annulé on préfère l'obligé à venir et donc a payé.
Du coup obligé de réorganiser ma journée car il ne respecte pas leur premier discours.
Et donc j'ai pris quelque photos un peu plus détaillées de la chambre. Poussière, moisissures, un rouleau de PQ qui a été sortie de je ne sais où, mais que je n'utiliserai pas, rouilles, ménage non fait sur les boutons de lumière et d'autres endroits. Les espaces extérieurs ne sont pas entretenues non plus.

À mon arrivée on m’a présenté une chambre qui sentait le tabac les fenêtres étaient ouvertes tellement ça sentait mauvais on me propose une autre chambre dans le même état puis une troisième chambre très sale serviette de toilette bouloché draps avec des cheveux et je vous laisse voir l’état du matelas sur lequel j’ai dormi c’est une honte,Les photos sur votre site et Hotels.com ne reflète pas du tout l’état de cet établissement

Var veldig shabby utenfor, og rommet luktet røyk. Det var veldig lytt og vi hørte alt av biler som kjørte forbi på veien utenfor. Vi orket ikke tankene på å åpne koffertene våre der, så vi sjekket ut igjen etter 30 min og booket og dro til et annet hotel.

pour un hôtel 3 étoiles j'ai trouvé que le confort était moyen la salle de bain douche un peu petite peu de place et pas d'étagère pour poser sa trousse de toilette et pas de place non plus sur le plan du lavabo pour poser sa trousse de toilette lunette du toilette fixé que sur un coté j'ai pris une demie pension j'ai réservé pour deux personnes on me dit ok à l'accueil et ensuite on vient me voir à la chambre pour me dire qu'il y a une erreur il y a qu'un seul diner et un seul petit déjeuner je peux comprendre mais lors de ma réservation on ne ma pas signalé ce point enfin peu importe ce n'est pas le plus grave le plus grave c'est que le diner je n'ai pas pu mangé le plat j'ai commandé un couscous infecte plus jamais je ne prendrai une demie pension

La réservation s'est déroulée sans problème sauf à l'arrivée ou le monsieur de l'accueil n'as pas voulu croire mon ami qu'il s'agissait d'une réservation internet déjà réglée il a donc refait payer mon ami , il a fallu joindre le patron qui n'est que hautain quand ont lui dit qu'on a besoin de l'argent pour manger ce soir il se met à rire en disant que l'ont est pas a 46 euros près très irrespectueux . N'accepte rien alors que l'erreur vient de son hôtel et de son employé

J’aime bien comment les chambres sont disposer , par contre on entend tout ce que fond les voisins , ceux d’au dessus on dirais qu’il déplaçais des meuble toute la soiree ! On a pas réussi à allumer le chauffage . L’accueil est agréable , l’hôtel est propre , le lit confortable.
