Average stay

Cleaner made a mistake and hadnt cleaned my room since the last guest, but this was very quickly fixed by giving me a room 2 doors down and offering a free breakfast as an apology. Can't say fairer than that.

Beds were not the most comfortable, my friend struggled to sleep as a result.

Place was clean and shower was excellent.

Worked well for us

We had a room with a double bed on the main level and 2 singles in a loft (my daughter loved it!). Close to the highway but amazingly quiet. Several good restaurants and a great patisserie in walking distance. Easy parking and access to the highway, close to a train station. Staff was friendly, facilities very clean. Very easy to get in and out of Rennes if you have a car.

Une honte

Quand je suis arrivé à la réception Automatique, impossible de pouvoir récupérer ma chambre car la réservation était soi-disant inconnue. Quand j'ai appelé le numéro d'urgence, on m'a expliqué que la réservation avait été annulée par l'application Hotels.com. Sans aucune raison et j'ai surtout, je n'ai eu aucun message. Par contre j'ai bien un mail me confirmant la réservation avec mon numéro de réservation. L'hôtel était complet et il n'y avait aucun autre hôtel disponible dans la région. J'ai dû faire 200 km de plus pour dormir à 4h du matin. C'est une véritable honte.

A mon arrivée beaucoup de bruit… et puis je découvre une chambre qui ne sentait pas le frais. 1 er réflexe vérifier l’état des draps, et bim des poils. On m’a immédiatement proposé une autre chambre. Mais les allez et venues de chacun ont « bercés » ma nuit. Petit déjeuner décevant, les fruits n’étaient pas frais. Bref je n’y retournerai jamais.

Problème de double paiement de la chambre.

Le séjour s'est plutôt bien passé hormis l'enregistrement sur la borne automatique a l'arrivee qui m'a oblige de payer une deuxieme fois la chambre pour pouvoir entrer.
J'attends un remboursement de l'hôtel en esperant que cela se fasse.

A peine arrivée, chambre pas faite à 17h avec tous les déchets du client précédent (Ne parlons même pas du COVID).
Lorsque l'accueil daigne ouvrir, le réceptionniste s'énerve quand je lui explique la situation et me dit qu'il est complet et me rembourse. Aucune excuse de sa part bien sûr. Face à mon insistance (femme enceinte plus que fatiguée) , il prend ses coups de téléphone en m'ignorant puis miracle me trouve une chambre.

Bien sûr l'homme blanc derrière est accueilli lui avec le sourire. Je n'y remettrai JAMAIS les pieds, Comportement à vomir.

Chambre avec odeur très forte de tabac froid, porte donnant directement sur l'extérieur donc température ambiante assez froide. Le chauffage fonctionne avec un système de ventilation très bruyant si on veut atteindre une température confortable. Aussi, j'ai dû réclamer un sèche-cheveux à l'accueil, ce qui m'a surprise pour un B&B. Dommage car la situation géographique est très pratique !et la literie confortable !

Pour ce tarif là : TRES DECUE

Pas de personnel d'accueil, un interphone d'aide renvoyant (au bout de plusieurs dizaines de minutes) sur une personne très mal aimable, et pas franchement en mesure d'aider.
Hotel très très bruyant, pas de savon pour se laver les mains ! Propreté laissant à désirer notamment dans la sdb.
Petit déjeuner très moyen.
Globalement TRES mauvais rapport qualité - prix.
