I chose this hotel because of the close vicinity to train station two minutes away when visiting St Malo. The bus station is also close by making it very convenient when we visited Mt Saint Michel. Accommodations were very nice and if they had a mini-frig and microwave, this would have been perfect. The property was well maintained and if I had any other recommendations, it would be to replace the carpeting but otherwise, I would recommend this hotel for others that do not want to be near city center.

Conveniently located for an easy access to all the historical sites, the hotel provided comfort and safety. Ample breakfast with vegan options and well labeled choices was served in a bright and welcoming environment. Coffee machine with hot water option was set up in the lobby, along the microwave. Interesting in-room bathroom pod needed an extra deep cleaning, but everyday room service was very good.

Really close to the train and bus station, but not loud. Clean and modern. Generally good place to stay for a short trip.

Our only bad experience was, that we had a \"do not distrub\" sign on the door, but when we come back the cleaning staff was inside during the day. And someone was a little overzealous and throw away some stuff which we didn't wanted to. (all of our garbage was in the gabage bin, so it shouldn't some hard misunderstanding situation i think)

Nice basic new hotel in a building site.

Nice hotel within walking distance to the city centre but the surrounding area is a building site and if your on a low floor prepare to be woken by the train stations tannoy system that goes off every few minutes. I’m a heavy sleeper but it woke me a few times in the morning.

Great family room

Great size family room, breakfast good value. Location good: 20minute walk to city Centre but hotel right next to metro so not a problem. Only thing we didn’t like was the building works surrounding the hotel, but a necessary evil, and the bathroom which was like a pod dropped into the corner of the bedroom. Otherwise great location for a family holiday in Rennes.

A one night stay before a flight out of Rennes. I have stayed at this hotel before and it is in good condition, staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. Being right next door to the train station is a convenient location, though with the current building works going on there getting close to the hotel was not so easy (quite a number of roads are closed) - but even though my room was on the train station side of the building I did not hear any noise.
The room is simple, but equiped as you would expect, not too spacious.
I didn't have breakfast during my stay. The hotel does give a discount on the parking by the train station.

A good budget option. Stayed for a night to break a long journey, near train station and a lot of building work ongoing there currently, but caused no disturbance to us. Short walk into city bars and restaurants. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, room basic/no frills, but clean and comfortable. Would stay again, great value.

The hotel rooms are simple and functional - not so spacious, but I didn't find this an issue. The hotel is beside the train station and well located for places to eat and drink (though mostly located on the other side of the train station from what I could see during my stay). Wifi in the rooms was good. There was (as to be expected) some noise from the train station, but this was not very disruptive to me (my room was on the station side, I expect rooms on the other side of the building would be less affected by this).
Staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. I didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food on offer.

Nice hotel with high standard rooms for a 3* property. Great value for money, large comfortable beds and friendly and helpful stuff since the moment we arrived.
Clean and extremely welcoming and enjoyable altogether.
Located few minutes walk from the city centre, right by the train station therefore great in location as there is no need for taking any public transportation to go anywhere.
The area is quiet, even though is adjacent to the train station, so it is great for a good rest.

Pleasantly surprised as I have stayed in IBIS hotels and the quality of hotel can vary. This hotel is definitely at the higher end. The staff at the hotel helped me sort out my booking when I mixed up the dates - booked for August instead of July. The mix up was handled very professionally and promptly. The rooms were a decent size and all spotlessly clean. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Pleasant one night stay

We stayed for one night, four of us including two children in a family room. The hotel is easily found next to the railway station and it us a good location for those reaching Rennes after a long trip like us. The location around the station is not great, but from there one can take the metro and reach the historical part of the city in 10min. Hotel was great, awesome beds, friendly staff, and a great breakfast to start the next day.

Si le petit déjeuner tient toutes ses promesses, la literie en revanche était médiocre, un simple sur-matelas inconfortable et qui passe la nuit à glisser et gondoler. Il n’y avait aucun appareil pour se faire un thé ou un café dans la chambre. La salle de bain était fonctionnelle mais sans âme, une cabine de plastique comme la chaîne en a malheureusement partout.
Malgré son emplacement idéal et ce petit déjeuner haute qualité, je pense que c’est la dernière fois que je réserve ici.

이 호텔 가장 큰 장점은 기차역이 가깝다는 데 있습니다. 가성비 높은 호텔이에요. 다만 주차가 필요하신 분은 호텔 바로 앞에 지하로 들어가는 기차역 주차장을 이용할 것을 추천합니다. 주차하고 걸어 나오면 바로 호텔이에요. 물론 엉뚱한 출구로 나가지 않는다면요. 가방을 끌고 기차역까지 가기에 너무 좋아요.

Seul petit bémol, après 21h00 de vol, ajouté à un décalage horaire de 12h00 puis 2h00 de train, un plateau courtoisie aurait été apprécié piur me faire un thé dans ma chambre.
Ceci dit il est possible de descendre à la reception au distributeur mais pas assez d'energie pour ça.
Hôtel situé à 50m de la gare, très pratique quand vous arrivez en train.
Le petit dejeuner est parfait et le personnel très sympatique.
Je recommande chaleureusement cet hôtel.

Attenti alle vose che nn sono dette

Ascensore fuori servizio da tempo. Arrivare al piano 4 con valige è da pazzi. Soprattutto per chi ha qualche problema anche di cuore. Nessuno che aiuti nei bagagli. Il parcheggio è solo a pagamento e costa la notte 12 euro e di giorno si calcola ad ora. Costi impossibili, anche perche non era detto chiaramente nella prenotazione. In camera neppure una bottiglia di acqua. Il condizionatore era bloccato a 24 gradi e non si poteva dormire con la finestra aperta perche si è sopra la stazione dei treni.

Hotel bien situé a côté de la gare, sinon l'accueil froid, pas de parking contrairement a ce qui est indiqué, il faut utiliser le parking de la gare.

Un incendie est survenu durant la dernière nuit de notre séjour. Le personnel nous a bien pris en charge en nous envoyant dans leur autre hébergement IBIS de la ville puisque nous avions un jeune bébé.
Bonne emplacement pour visiter la ville et prendre le train.
Seul ajout qui serait intéressant est un frigidaire dans la chambre.

Hôtel extrêmement bien placé juste à la sortie de la gare. L'insonorisation de la chambre était insuffisante et le buffet du petit déjeuner mal assuré, avec beaucoup de choses qui manquaient seulement une demi heure après le début du service. Un ton en dessous des hôtels de cette chaîne.
