The hotel was exactly what we needed, close to the airport. The sign, if you’re coming from the main road, is invisible.The staff were very helpful. Very few places to eat around the hotel, in fact nowhere reasonable on a Saturday night within 15 minutes by car.

Good no grills hotel, close to the airport. Food nearby, breakfast available. Rooms small but good. Lovely multi lingual staff. Ok, if you have a car. Awkward if not. 5 minute walk to Metro for town centre. Hotel has a bar.

Staff advised me to open windows, which cannot be opened by design. Reception area was cool and nice, so there was A/C. Just not in the rooms for some reason. That made staying in the room very uncomfortable. I had to prop open my front door with a soda can to keep it open and try to get some of the corridor air (which was cool) to get inside the room.

Too hot to handle.
Room smelled of smoke and extremely hot. Aircon refused to work so moved room to next door room. Eventually had to complain again as, having taken the dog for a walk, realised how suffocatingly hot it was. Receptionist helpful and moved us again. Finally, at midnight, we managed to get a cooler room on the other side of the hotel. Be warned if you're looking for cool you may not get it! On the plus side it is a new hotel and clean, bright rooms. Friendly staff.

Moquette dans les chambres vraiment très sale, c'est presque incroyable qui puisse laisser ça comme ça.

Accueil sympa, chambre spacieuse. la rue étant très passagère, des doubles fenêtres dont 1 seul s'ouvre font un excellent travail sur le niveau sonore mais cela rend l'aération impossible.
Les points a améliorés, la qualité du matelas, manque de moelleux et la porte de la douche est tellement dure a ouvrir que l'on n'a peur soit quelle casse ou de rester enfermer dans la douche spacieuse.

En plus de payer sa chambre, et alors qu'il est indiqué que l'hôtel dispose d'un parking, la surprise est qu'une fois arrivée, on vous réclame 9€ / nuit pour se garer dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel. Au delà du prix, je trouve que le parking (qui appartient à l'hôtel) devrait faire parti du service rendu. Et c'est affiché partout, vous ne pouvez pas le louper !!!

Je ne discute pas le fait de ne pas changer les draps et les serviettes, notamment pour 2 nuits. Effectivement, je trouve ça logique. Mais un coup d'aspiro, vider les poubelles et un coup sur le lavabo, ce n'est pas de l'écologie, c'est de l'hygiène. Je comprend mieux l'état de la chambre et notamment de la moquette (même sombre, on voit des traces par exemple à l'entrée ou entre la chambre et la salle de bain). A force de ne pas nettoyer, la saleté s'incruste. Pour nettoyer cette moquette correctement, il faudra un jour utiliser de bons produits bien chimiques, mais pas très écologiques pour le coup.
L'entretien, c'est au quotidien !

Bonsoir réservation faite au mois de Février. Erreur commise sur les dates de réservations. J'ai demandé l'annulation de ma réservation, refus de l'hôtel car la réservation était sans annulation mais je pense qu'en un mois il avait la possibilité de relouer les chambres.

Un lieu sublime pour un prix très correct!
Tout était parfait! L'accueil, le cadre idyllique (intérieur comme extérieur). La chambre est d'époque et nous fait vivre la vie de château tout en ayant le confort moderne (literie très confortable, mini bar, superbe salle de bain avec douche à jets). Magnifique piscine dans un cadre incroyable. Enfin PDJ copieux et raffiné. On recommande +++!

J'ai été mis dans une chambre PMR donc compliqué avec les équipements pour la douche et toilette; de + inondation dans la salle de bain dans le sens que le siphon était bouché (je l'ai démonter pour enlever les cheveux); le ménage est fait au minimum (trace de dentifrice). Et le prix du parking la nuit à 9 € est abuser...

J'ai passé une de mes plus mauvaises expériences hôtelièrs . Le personnel a fait ce qu'il a pu mais pas de chauffage pas d'électricité ce n'était même pas raisonnable de nous laisser dormir dans l'hôtel. J'ai déjà eu des hôtels avec des incidents techniques et nous avions été relogés.

Je suis venu pour 3 nuits On nous fait payer à l'arrivée, et on me fourni une facture avec trois fois la dates, quand je fais la remarque a l'hôtesse pour modifié la facture elle me répond qu elle ne peut pas car il ya beaucoup de monde, il faut revenir plus tard. Très bel accueil nous demandes ont été intégrées et prises en compte avant même notre arrivée. Propreté parfaite et mention spéciale à la personne e petit déjeuner le d'Alexis matin qui devait gérer les petits dej, les départs les arrivées en même temps. Efficacité et sourire en permanence.
