Great place for our overnight stay.
We were only stopping over in Rennes for one night. We knew we would arrive in the late afternoon and be leaving in the morning. The staff were friendly and the restaurant next door (Maitre Kanter) did interesting German food with very friendly staff who tolerated our poor French and made the children very welcome. We stayed during a bit of a heat wave (temp 30 degrees plus) so the absence of air con was an issue but, at this price, you can't really complain. Six people could have stayed in the room. Breakfast (12 euro supplement) was served until 11am (Sunday) and good value. It had all the usual components you'd expect - our children especially liked the hotplate for cooking our own omelettes.

This hotel is ok. Rooms are around 15meters and the bathrooms are tiny. It is nearly the last bus stop in rennes on the west side.
The double beds are not actually double beds. They are 2 twin beds that are pushed together. It was common for the beds to come apart and was very uncomfortable.
The restaurant next door was quite expensive 15 to 30 euro per person.

A horrible stay, arriving in a room where it was breathtakingly hot and there was no air conditioning in the room. It was a night from hell because it was impossible to open the window due to the noise. To be forgotten very quickly.

Nous sommes arrivés a l hôtel nous avons attendu 20min que quelqu'un arrive. Il nous a a moitié agressé quand il nous a demandé si nous avions réservé. Arrivé dans la chambre, on a été très decu cela n avais rien a voir avec les photos.c étais un lit 140 là chambre étais sale ainsi que la sdb. Toile d araignée dans l chambre une mauvaise odeur et très très bruyant

Le seul bémol serait le claquement des portes de chambre car elles se ferment mal, assez désagréable lorsqu'une personne part à 6h du matin et que c'est la chambre d'à côté de la votre. Habitant loin de Rennes, je suis venu passer un concours, donc j'ai passé deux nuits à l'hôtel et tout était très bien surtout dans les conditions sanitaires ou nous vivons en ce moment. Ne changez rien .

c'est un hôtel de chaîne bien entretenu ou on est bien accueilli. La chambre est petite, équipée au minimum, et surtout, dans cette période de canicule, j'ai eu très chaud, avec impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenetre ui donne sur une terrasse avec le groupe froid et les sorties de hotte du restaurant...

Petite chambre vieillotte avec un faux grand (2x90) donc jolie separation qui vous soigne le dos ! Cerise sur le gateau le WC est pose devant l acces de la baignoire vous invitant à enjamber celui ci afin de rejoindre votre bain . Pomme de douche defectueuse et bouchon de vidange inefficace .
