Very nice hotel. It was clean, quiet, and the room set up was nice with the 2 beds, and the wall divider was nice. The room was not huge, but we didn't need it to be. The code access for the door was unique, but we liked it. We did check in when staff was there, but the instructions sent to us if someone wasn't there was very clear and easy to understand. Parking lot was plenty big. We would stay here again, and recommend to our friends.

party all night long, kept everyone awake

Unacceptable unsecure location. A bunch of people were having a party, the whole hotel was filled with noise, people running around yelling all night long. No emergency number, no info on how to contact anyone inside the room. Nothing. Apparently, when there is a security problem, you are expected to get out of bed, get dressed, get out of the building (!) and use an external emergency phone bolted to the wall on the outside. A disgrace and I am never staying in this chain again. I have asked for a refund.

Sanitiser to the rescue!

My friend's bathroom didn't have any soap. Nobody at Reception after about 5pm (not ideal when they haven't put soap in the bathroom!), so he couldn't get any, as the staff had already left for the evening when he needed soap the first time. Fortunately, he took a small sanitiser bottle with him to use on the trip, so this became the 'soap substitute' in the bathroom.
On arrival at the hotel, the staff seemed to take a long time to book us in. Didn't think we were early but instead, they should have been more prepared with our paperwork..

Unpleasant Smell, Smoking, Brown Water, Loud

Brown water at times from the shower. Hotel smelled unpleasant in public areas and in room - maybe carpet, paint, a strong sort of chemically smell. Though non-smoking, always smelled cigarette smoke. I felt I was sleeping in an ash tray. Maids ignored my door sign and verbal requests for no service. Don't plan to sleep past 7:30 am - noises from maids and guests departing will be quite loud through the thin walls. We paid for the breakfast all 5 days, but the management's consistent demand for my room number made me feel as if we were stealing - so uncomfortable we only ate 50% of the meals we paid for. Bus options are nearby, but it would have been much more convenient to have stayed near a subway stop. I will never stay at another B&B.

Good basic hotel.

Functional budget hotel. Easy access to the city centre by bus or 10 minutes walk away from metro. 10 minutes walk from football stadium. Free parking. Nice big modern restaurant 2 minutes walk away.

Acceptable for short stays if they fix the smell

The smell in the bathroom/toilet was atrocious and spread into the room.
The smart phone needed to be reconnected to the wi-fi every time it went to sleep.
The bed was an average mattress on a board and therefore really hard.
Otherwise the staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

En virée familiale de 1 nuit dans une chambre 4 personnes, la chambre était top avec un espace 2 lits simples et un espace lit double de 160 de large. La chambre était vraiment bien agencée et propre. Literie un peu dure mais c’est une affaire de goût. Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher pour la variété des aliments disponibles. Cependant, le réceptionniste est ultra serviable et aux petits soins de ses clients et c’est très appréciable !
Enfin, petit bonus le parking est équipé de bornes de recharge pour VE.
Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

J’ai communiqué avec avec le personnel par mail, ils sont très réactif. Un petit déjeuné il y a tous ce qu’il vous faut. Le personnel est très gentil.

Chambre de 12 m2 donc on est un peu à l’étroit mais c’était dans l’annonce donc pas de surprise. Bonne literie. Rien ne manque . Sourire à l’accueil et le matin. Bon petit dej sucré salé avec l’essentiel.

Check in am Automaten war nicht möglich und kein Personal in Sicht. Viel zu warm, Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Die Kissen waren zu dick und hart, das Bett eher unbequem. Es gab nur ein dünnes Handtuch für jeden von uns. Frühstück war nicht gut. Obwohl wir relativ früh da waren gab es bald keine Croissants mehr, Rührei konnte man nicht essen, weil es so eklig war.

Très bien dans l'ensemble.

Accueilli par 2 femmes souriantes et très pros à l'accueil. Elles nous ont bien donné toutes les informations. Chambre conforme, propre, matelas confortable. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner et le même personnel que la veille, toujours souriantes Points négatifs : à priori, un club de sport avec des ados qui ont passé la nuit dans l'hôtel, on s'aperçoit rapidement que les portes ne sont pas si insonorisées que ça quand ceux-ci échangent d'une chambre à l'autre, heureusement tout est rentré dans l'ordre vers 23h30. Autre petit point négatif, le son trop \"tassé \" de la tv, chambre 57, qui a obligé à regarder les programmes avec les sous-titres pour éviter de mettre le son trop fort et tenter de comprendre ce qui se disait.
Un hôtel dans lequel nous retournons tout de même si nous revenons à Rennes.

Il faudrait peut-être revoir les conditions de départ des chambres. Libération des chambres notée à 12h00 et dès 11h30 vous faites le forcing pour qu'on quitte la chambre, et même plus fort, vous videz la chambre vous même à 11h45.... Revoyez vos horaires de libération si vous jugez que 12h00 c'est trop tard mais ne mettez pas les gens dehors !!!!

Rien à redire sur le séjour une fois que j'ai eu accès à la chambre.
Je suis arrivée après la fermeture de l'accueil, passage par la borne qui ne fonctionnait pas, appels à l'assistance qui est une plateforme téléphonique qui vous font vous arracher les cheveux. J'ai dû appeler 7 ou 8 fois pour avoir une réponse, j'ai attendu 3/4 d'heure dehors dans le froid que le gérant vienne me donner mes codes. Pas super aimable et bien sûr c'était moi qui ne savait pas faire avec la borne...

Accueil plus que surprenant, l’homme a l’accueil a été très désagréable et négligeant avec mon ami.
Le lit fait énormément de bruit, il grince au moindre mouvement, impossible de dormir.

Nous ne savons pas si c'est la colle de la moquette dans le couloir ou la proximité d'un conduit d'évacuation qui en est à l'origine mais ca ne sentait pas très bon dans le couloir menant à notre chambre. Autre déconvenue, bien que ce soit un hôtel non fumeur, il semble que certains clients aient pris leurs aises en fumant dans les escaliers car il y avait une très forte odeur de cigarette lorsque nous sommes redescendus pour dîner. Au delà de ces deux points, rien à redire sur la propreté, l'accueil et le confort du lit. C'était parfait pour un court séjour. Excellent restaurant italien à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel.

Chambre confortable mais salle de bain petite et équipée d'un rideau de douche (pas d'une paroi). Manque de prises électriques. Petit déjeuner cher pour le contenu, notamment pour les enfants qui paient le tarif adulte au delà de 10 ans.

Étape à Rennes au retour de vacances, nous avons choisi cet hôtel pas loin du logement de ma fille et du centre-ville ; heureusement surpris par la qualité de l’ensemble: climatisation appréciée dans l’immeuble comme dans la chambre, propreté et modernité, calme, dimension de la chambre familiale, petit déjeuner buffet très correct.
