I arrived Saturday night and the restaurant was no longer open. From the uber i could tell there wasn't many restaurants around. I had to order from uber eats. The room very clean, good comfortable bed, with a nice window.

Hotel itself was ok . Restaurant closed too early !. Had problems when checking in . I had message hotel 2 weeks before arriving to ask for ground floor room as there were stairs no lift. Received message back stating no problem booked . On arrival told no ground floor room available !. I was not happy and told receptionist about message sent requesting ground floor room , she was not very helpful !. Finally she sorted something for me . Room had only 1 teabag and coffee . Bath had no slip mat provided , and l found bath very slippery to climb out of after shower !.Suggest they rectify with the mat as it is dangerous . Having said all of the above it was good value for what we paid .

My Mistake
The hotel was a generic place. No nearby Restaurants and far from Train stain in Renne which is my error, I should have checked closer. Hotel staff were very nice. Seems to be located in a commercial area.

Another good stay at this hotel. East access from the Rocard if you want to be on the east of Renne. No food in the vicinity on a Saturday but a Buffalo Grill just off the ring road at junction 2

Excellent stay. Kids loved the upstairs section of the room accessed via a ladder. Lots of space in the room. Staff were very friendly and had board games we could borrow from reception.

Very easy to find but a bit isolated regarding restaurants at the weekend. We were glad we ate at lunchtime. As we stayed at a weekend on both occasions the traffic was minimal. Enjoyed the hot water and a bath. Room was a good size for an economy hptel. The staff were extremely helpful. Very good position if passing through.

Réveil brutal à 5h45 à cause du signal de recul d'un camion de livraison qui s'est garé sous la fenêtre de ma chambre pour approvisionne l'hôtel. Le déchargement et la manipulation des chariots pendant une vingtaine de minutes m'ont empêché de me rendormir !
Lorsque j'ai signalé cette mésaventure à la réception, je n'ai rencontré aucune empathie, d'autant plus que ces livraisons sont visiblement prévues à cet horaire.
Un conseil: évitez les chambres situées côté restaurant !

Mais l'ensemble aurait besoin d'une grosse renovation pour que l'établissement soit réellement plaisant. Les chambres ont besoin de moderniser leur equipement et leur décoration.

Propre, bon matelas, réception accueillante, mais chambre très petite, même pas la place pour mettre une table de nuit pour poser ses lunettes, pour 1 nuit ça va, a oublier pour plus.
Dernière chose pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains, comme le chauffage était coupé, c'était très juste, obligé de chauffer la SDB avec le seche-cheveux.

Le personnel est top. Le seul point vraiment négatif c'est la vétusté des chambres plus particulièrement la SDB , là où des hôtels plus récents ont des douches, ici vous avez encore de vielles baignoire.

Je met tout de même une bonne note, seul soucis chambre pas très insonorisée, mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé je dors avec des bouchons d'oreilles. Sinon personnel gentils. Parking 🅿️ gratuit sécurisé.. Point fort on ne rentre pas dans l'hôtel comme dans un moulin. Ça c'est rassurant

Je déconseille vraiment cet hôtel. Hyper bruyant en tout cas au RDC :
1) clients voisins très bruyants : partie de jambes en l'air digne d'un film X, téléphone dans le couloir et dans les chambres, téléphone de la réception qui sonne sans arrêt, personnel qui ne respecte pas le silence et ne le fais pas respecter alors que tout s'entend, bruit de chasse d'eau du dessus et l'on entend quand il urine... AUCUNE ISOLATION PHONIQUE.
2) demandent une caution de 100€ par carte bancaire (ce n'est pas mentionné sur Hôtels.com)

1) clients voisins très bruyants : partie de jambes en l'air digne d'un film X, téléphone dans le couloir et dans les chambres, téléphone de la réception qui sonne sans arrêt, personnel qui ne respecte pas le silence et ne le fais pas respecter alors que tout s'entend, bruit de chasse d'eau du dessus et l'on entend quand il urine... AUCUNE ISOLATION PHONIQUE.

Le sejour etait ok. On a pas la chambre avant 16h. J etais sur place des midi j aurai aimé avour la chambre avant. Sinon la mezzanine est tres bien car elle est tres haute. La hauteur est telle qu'on a l'impression d etre dans une autre chambre. Un peu casse gueule l escqlier pour descendre par contre. C etait marqué 3 etoiles je n'ai pas trouve de difference avec un hotel premiere classe sans etoile a part la haite mezzanine. Aucun service meme le restau et le bar sont fermés durant le week end. Le petit dejeuner est tres cher plus de 10 euros. Sinon ca va dans l ensemble.

Séjour moyen... Les portes des chambres claquent toute les 10 minutes jusqu'à 23h (problème de ferme porte et/ou d'incivilité); le petit déjeuner est cher pour ce qu'il y a ! Je suis itinérant et les autres Kyriad 3* que j'ai fréquenté avaient un petit déjeuner plus varié et important.

J'ai passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. L'établissement est un peu en retrait de tout commerce, mais pas dérangeant pour autant car j'avais une voiture. La chambre était propre avec l'équipement nécessaire, bonne literie, 5 oreillers à ma disposition, 4 sur le lit (dont 2 emballés) 1 emballé dans le placard, très appréciable au niveau de l'hygiène 👍, petit plus ils sont en vente à l'accueil.

Séjour d'1 nuit avec 2 enfants dans une chambre avec mezzanine. Les 2 lits enfants sont accessibles par une échelle bien raide. L'idée est sympa mais pas question de descendre pendant la nuit. La chambre est sous les toits qui sont mal insonorisés quand il pleut. Elle est également petite. Le prix était intéressant à moins de 80€. Le restaurant dans l'hôtel est décevant.
