This property should be advertised as an extended stay property. People actually live at this site. There were abandoned cars in the parking lot. The furniture was worn. The towels were stained. The refrigerator froze beverages.

The building was in poor on the outside and inside. The mats were disgustingly soiled. The ice machine was disgusting no way ice could be used from there for customers. It was so nasty. The first room I was given was on the first floor it wasn’t cleaned it had what looked to me dried vomit or something very gross. The bathroom was not clean mold was throughout the entire building and in both of the rooms I went to . I would have left if I hadn’t already paid my money and made reservations online. It’s a shame that we as customers pay 300.00 dollars for filth . It’s not right. The pictures were very deceptive. It looked nothing like the pictures at all. The microwave in my room was molded and deplorable inside with an odor like that of a decayed body. I have stayed In Baymont Inn before have never experienced such a thing. I was charged a deposit for what . This hotel is terrible. I should be refunded all of my money.

Stayed 5 nights: 1st night, after driving 8 hours, realized the TV was not working due to a very obvious faulty hook-up cable situation, which I offered to fix myself as it was an easy fix & I was ready for Golden Girls & sleep. Went to speak to the lady, sitting on the lounge area couch on her phone, who informed me there was nothing anyone could do & put a work order in to be fixed the next day. I had just booked the room online, knew there were vacancies, & asked if we could just do a quick cable swap-out for the night, which I can do efficiently, was told there were no empty rooms or that had the same TV, & again, “nothing that could be done tonight.” Cool, thanks. She was very nice though, & I’m still wondering why she was there alone by herself at night with unlocked front doors, & why wasn’t any extra functional back-up equipment available at all? It was resolved the next day around 1:30ish. Zero housekeeping services at all during the stay, had to go down to request clean towels & a small bottle of shampoo, full sizes provided in the showers were & remained empty. Noticed on the 3rd day that some guests were leaving their tied-up trash bags outside their doors to be picked up eventually, causing a musty smell that was made a little better by the aroma of the ole devil’s lettuce skipping down the hall. Owners/staff were all very friendly but service was mediocre at best. I’d stay again if it was only for a night or 2.

When I checked in, the host was also on the phone; I couldn't tell when he was talking to me or the person on the phone. I recommend communicating with one person at a time.

My room needed a couple of towels, but I checked in at 3, which is the earliest check in starts, so housekeeping was still catching up with the laundry.

The AC/ heating unit worked well and was relatively quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

The refrigerator was clean and worked well.

The sink needs a new faucet or something to keep the water from spraying.

The shower head had mold growing in it, which was unpleasant. I cleaned it the best I could, but that should not happen. It takes days or weeks for mold to accumulate on something like that. I don't know how no one caught that. There was also mold at the bottom of the shower that should have also been cleaned. Finally, there was a large mold spot in the ceiling that's almost the size of a tennis ball.

I did not use the coffee maker, because I assumed it would be disgusting sobe the shower seemed neglected. I also avoided breakfast for the same reason.

The breakfast area looked welcoming and appeared to have plenty of space.

I'm not sure I'll give this property another try when I'm in the area again, even though I like the location.

Our room key didn’t work 95% of the time. The staff was rude. They would let anyone into your room no questions asked.

1st room was heavily smoked in even though we requested a non smoking room. We were able to switch rooms. The 2nd room was dirty, stains on the carpet, burned/stained/ripped furniture, bathroom had mold in the corners of shower & dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. The worst part was when we found LIVE bed bugs on the bed. We were in the room less than 30 min, but our children were completely bit up by the bed bugs. The hotel staff did not take us seriously, the management on the phone did not want to refund us our money but the desk agent convinced him that there really were bed bugs (she went with me and took pictures). They did refund our money but refused any help with figuring out how to sanitize and clean our luggage, clothing, and blankets etc. The manager told the desk agent that they would not be helping in any way with any of the cleaning or damages. When we spoke to Baymont corporate they were less then helpful. The woman we spoke with on the phone said they opened a complaint case and refused to speak with us further and got a terrible attitude with us. All around terrible experience. We ended up spending a lot of money to find a different hotel, many hours of cleaning, money spent on cleaning supplies, and my children were scared to go to a different hotel.

The entrance mats were filthy, the side parking lots were not well lit and the side door was broken and propped open all the time so very poor security! Apparently this is also weekly lodging for locals. I refused my initial room due to the people next door screaming and fighting--didn't even enter the room. The towels were old, scratchy, with long frazzled strings hanging from them. Local men sitting in the lobby area watching as I checked in. I didn't feel comfortable and was glad once the night had passed. Food wasn't nearly as good as other Bsymont locations. No tea bags in room.

An odd place. You get what you pay for.

This was a bizarre hotel. I thought Wyndham cared a little more. This hotel was very dirty, mismatched, and just... well... odd. Old couch in the room, instead of being replaced, they just covered PART of it with random fabric. The floor was dirty, the drains smelled awful, even the welcome mat in the lobby appears to not have been changed in a year. There was a hole in the bathroom door (I can only assume) and it had been covered instead of replacing the door. Their \"sundries shop\" literally had 3 bags of chips. That's it. Just odd...

The facility is a little rough around the edges. The sink top was falling apart. The faucet had been replaced and the hole from the last one was partially exposed.
I loved the walk in shower.
There were several small things in the breakfast area, including an annoying smoke detector chirping.

The man at the front desk, when checking in, told me I had to put a card on file, for incidentals however when checking out, said they had run my card and the money would be back on my card in 10 days. Never did he say that they were pulling money out for that card. Most hotels run the card after the fact if something happens. When questioned about it, he was rude and didn’t really care. Never will I go back there again.

It was a rainy day - I was given a room that had a window that was leaking. There was substantial water on the window sill, when I reported it I was told that no other rooms were available and she pulled down the shade so I could not see the water. It continued to rain and the water was dripping down onto the ac unit so I used one of the towels to cover the window sill. That was just one problem during my stay!

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and that’s a big statement for someone who tours for a living. The toilet in our room did not flush, there were holes in the walls, the most uncomfortable and creaky beds ever. The hotel looks NOTHING like the photos. No coffee or hot water in the lobby, just empty containers. Seriously, save yourself the ick and stay anywhere else.

Would never stay there again. The bathroom was beyond basic. There was very little food at breakfast. I went at 7:00 am and there was one sausage patty and some crumbs of egg. There were two bagels and six slices of bread for toast. There was plenty of yogart. The only juice was apple. Nothing was replenished. The tv remote did not work. There was litter on outside including cigarette butts.

This hotel was dirty. The shower was falling apart and in the deep cracks mold was growing up and over the shower. The carpet was ripped up in a few spots. The carpet was wet in several spots near the walls/ bed so you can’t wear just socks because they get wet(gross) the beds are uncomfortable as heck.
For $70 a night I feel like you can buy some proper cleaning supplies at the very least. I ended up cleaning before we could even bring out stuff in because it was gross to me but it was late & we needed to put the kids to bed.
I think we left the property cleaner when we left then when we got there. Even with two toddlers under 3. 2/10

It was clean and cheap

It was basic and decently clean (could have been better but not terrible). I was surprised that a hair dryer was not made available in the room nor from the front desk. I would recommend deep cleaning the top decor covers on the beds (we just set it aside), and the corners of the room really need extra detail cleaning. The breakfast options were pathetic. The biggest sticking point was that I was charged MORE than I was quoted (just a bit over but still not what I was quoted).

This place was gross! The whole place has a bit of a “funky” smell, the room they gave us wouldn’t open so they gave us the room next door. When we walked in everything but the bathroom looked very dated. I flipped up the sheets and the mattress had bedbug stains! Ripped sheets and four pillows that were like folded up sheets! It was absolutely disgusting, don’t stay!

The bathroom and shower were dirty. Mouse droppings were found in the bed with crumbs. No initial toilet paper, tissues, minimal towels and pillows. The pillows that we had to got smelled like they were sat on and farted on. They turned the phones off so nobody could hear them ring. When the Expedia rep called they couldn’t get through to cancel the next night. This place is a joke do not stay here pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else.

This place is gross. Dirty, old, not upgraded at all. Breakfast was disgusting, watery eggs, no milk even though they had cereal as an option. Bed had a big dip in the middle and was extremely uncomfortable.

I asked if they had toothpaste at the front desk, the guy looked around for it for some time and couldn’t find it, and proceeded to tell me that he had some in his room that I could use - that’s not creepy at all. I opted to go to the gas station and buy new.

The little convenience area that has snacks and sodas was cash only - no card, can’t charge it to your room.

Luckily we were there to visit family so we spent minimal time at the hotel. Overall just gross and creepy.
