This hotel is in desperate need of some TLC. The room felt neglected, with dirty carpets and dusty surfaces throughout.

The biggest issue, however, was the noise. It was very noisy all night long, making it nearly impossible to get any rest.

It was great, right by a lot of stores and restaurants, hop on and off the highway. But didn't like that they asked for $100 for an accidental fee for 1 night. Seems a bit high, I understand holding a small fee (under $20) . Morning staff was nice and friendly, but the night staff seemed a bit unorganized . I was there checking in and he literally took a call, and started to help them instead of handling my check in. The room was great, aside from the tub feeling like it was going to break under my feet. Seemed like it needed to be reinforced.
All in all. It was comfy beds and decently priced.

This was a very nice, clean property. Friendly staff. We were exhausted from driving all day and had a drink at the bar before heading to our room. The bartender was very friendly. We had a great chat with him.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice place to stay we would stay here again.

Breakfast could be improved. Eggs were liquidy, making them soggy not really appealing to look at. The biscuits were hard as a rock for the biscuits and gravy. The oatmeal was runny. Drink options were limited.
Overall, if it was included in the hotel cost, it wasn’t a bad breakfast. But not worth paying extra for.

Overall it did what we needed but the bed was sagging in the middle, the sheets were cleaned but very stained as well as the towels so it made me nervous to whether it was actually stains or just dirty. There was a toenail in the middle of the carpet. Love that but besides all that staff was friendly and we were able to book last minute. We told the front desk about the bed and were compensated for that so thankful he did that.

If you are visiting Valdosta this is a wonderful property to stay at. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have happy hour and a very nice breakfast/

Also there are many restaurants within walking distance.

I always stay here when I come through Valdosta.

The room was nice but the breakfast was not included and was not worth the money they were charging. On a Saturday morning they closed early and when people were still coming down, they told them they already closed. I hope they got a refund on the amount of money they paid for the breakfast they weren’t allowed to get. Also, they never replenished the bagels or muffins for breakfast so if you came down later, you didn’t have it any options. The stay in general was fine, but I wouldn’t eat there or pay extra for a breakfast. That is absolutely not worth it.

I was looking for a decent place to stay that was affordable. I found this place. It was clean, no odors, no complaints on room (comfortable), no pests, no loud noises, no disgruntled employees, great parking. Very close to stores and restaurants. Would give 5 stars but breakfast is $11.99 and there is no internet on the tv (could not use apps to stream movies). Overall, Good stay! Would I stay again? Yes, although complimentary breakfast and internet on the tv would be icing on the cake.

The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars was there was no clock or clock/radio in the room and the timing for the TV was off. The time displayed on the TV was wrong, the guide had shows that were in corelation to the incorrect time on the TV.

The water pressure is terrible, the TV only had one volume and it was 100, it was either really cold or really hot in the room, a couple creepy men being overly friendly with my teenage daughters ( I know not the hotels fault) camper in the parking lot clearly being stayed in, looks like it’s been there awhile. Only thing I can say was decent were the beds and staff was nice. I will be looking elsewhere for my next stay.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel location was conductive to where we needed to be. The staff was outstanding. Lucas checked us in and he was wonderful. The breakfast staff, Ashli and Shilpa are jewel. They were both very accommodating and the food they prepared was delicious along with their service. If you are traveling to this location and looking for a place to lodge I highly recommend this hotel. The entire staff is WONDERFUL.

They never cleaned our room before we got there. It was empty bottles of water all over the floor. Hair strands in the shower and on the shower wall. I even seen a roach! Very nasty place. Our hotel did not come with an iron. They have a tv with Netflix and Prime options but the staff explained to us that because the hotel was bought out yet the staff remained the same, the old hotel doesn’t offer streaming only free channels with nothing in them . Never again.

The hotel overall was decent, the actual hotel vs pictures not the exact same pictures must be when it was brand new, definitely not Like that. My only complaint that upset me is my room A/C was not working . We had 2 rooms and one room was fine other one so uncomfortable, they said we will refund you but never answe Expedia calls to process it.

The hotel needs major work. They had been working in the hallway on the way to our room and we had to maneuver around sheets & materials. The walls are paper thin. The people in the room next door had their tv on all night, making it hard to sleep. The television was having problems and when we talked to the young man at the desk about it, he was very rude and we basically just had to deal with it. Luckily, we were only there one night. Several places in the room you could see where they had patched areas and just left it.

Nice looking, but disappointed with check-in

The parking area was plentiful and safe. The check-in was the first distressing moment. I paid in advance via Affirm, and that went well. When my friend and I checked in I was told that my credit card would be charged $100 for incidentals. $100! That was 80% of the room rate! We were checking in at 9 PM and would be leaving by 9AM the next morning. I was certainly irritated, in that I was using a low limit CC that I usually used for emergencies, and didn't want to wait five days for it to be credited back. I thought $35 or even $50 was much more reasonable. No dice, hotel policy is $100, I was told. I asked, if I paid cash, would I get it back the next morning? Yes, I was told. Okay...gave them $100, and went to our room. The next morning, after no charges to the room during the 12 hours, we checked out. I said where's my \"incidentals\" deposit, and I was asked to wait, until housekeeping could check the room to make sure I hadn't stolen a towel or a pillow or something. Thank goodness we had told them earlier that the in-room coffee maker was missing the tray to hold the coffee pods. After 15 minutes, I was finally handed back my $100 bill. Breakfast was impressive looking, but the gravy container for the biscuits was empty for at least 30 minutes (gave up trying for that), and there was a constant line of 10 or 12 people trying to get a waffle from the ONE waffle maker.

This hotel was filthy and run down. Furniture was missing from my room, the overall condition was dirty. There was rust in the bathroom fixtures and the bottom of the shower had a big bulge so that the floor was not flat. I can't believe Expedia is associated with this place. Definitely do not recommend. There are many hotels in the area to choose from.,

I had to wait 45 minutes for check in because I used Expedia which was very frustrating. And I'm top of that I was made to give $100 deposit. My towels were dirty, the facility seemed under staffed. I suggest that two reps be at check in, the kids seemed lost. Throw away day old food, it's not up to staff to judge if it's good or not. We can tell. Get packaged ketchup. Invest in covered containers over the buffet and if you're going to sit ketchup out and milk and water in pitchers use lids. Since pets are allowed please don't allow guest to carry their pets on their hip around the breakfast buffet, you don't know who may be allergic and no one wants a dog drooling over their food

I really wanted to like this place. I cancelled my reservation at the Sleep In in ofallon because I think of the Radisson as classy. Our firstbathroom use and there was black hairs in the bathtub. I let that go but I woke up the next morning and there were ants around my purse. We were in a hurry to leave so I left that along. We came back last that night and turned the light on and there was a roach in their carpeted wall. You can see the smash prints from the other bugs. We left early the next day. The breakfast area is not big enough for everyone to sit. We are in our room and that is why there bugs cause they don't clean u til the 3rd day of your trip. We could t get a waffle because there was a line for the waffle machine. The only thing pleasant was the pool.

The stay started out fine, but then the ceiling started leaking in the middle of the night and the dripping kept us up. It was too late to move rooms and we tried to get as much sleep as we could before driving 14 hours the next day. Not happy with this hotel at all and would not recommend.

The \"bar tender\" is a joke - he didn't know how to make a margerita and didn't have ice at the bar...I think he was not really a bar tender and was just filling in. The room (really the entire hotel) has a musty smell and it did not feel clean. The bathtub faucet was leaking and there was a scum ring in the tub. We booked two nights, but left after the first night and went to a different hotel. I don't know if Radisson would be proud of this property. However, Rosa was very friendly and did her best to accomodate our needs.

I had 2 rooms, one room had snot wiped on the wall by the lamp and foot printson bathroom floor. The other room had roaches crawling on the wall late at night. At 1:30 am i was woken by some one yelling in the hall for people to be quiet. Pool was out of service and we weren't even told.

Great service and excellent breakfast buffet with waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals, yogurt, fruit, etc and plenty of coffee. Staff very helpful with this trip with my three handicapped sisters. Visited the Gateway Arch, cruised the Mississippi. St Louis Zoo with adventure pass, fed stingrays, get 4D movie. 24 min drive from hotel to Arch. Many restaurants near hotel which was refurbishing all rooms. Good choice for $

Far too noisy. Possibly the way it was constructed, we could hear every tiny footstep in the room above us. Complained each late evening to please settle down the kids above us
Having a quiet room is about the least we ask to have.
Facility very clean otherwise and workers were nice. breakfast was exactly the same both nights we stayed and which hotels would innovate and provide some some variety or simply have a three day alternating menu.
Could never stay here again.

This hotel looked perfect, clean and nice. What’s the most important part? The bed. The mattress was rock hard. Think of a mattress your grandma would have in the basement from the 1970s that hasn’t been used in decades…so uncomfortable and lumpy. Could feel every hard spring too. I go to a vacation to hope for more comfort above what I have at home. This hotel had true potential but the bed completely ruined it.

This likely the worst hotel I've booked. No work elevators (2). Tub & sink were dirty
The carpet is visibily dirty particular on the lighter carpet. Walls & door especially in public places are terribly dirty. The entire place needs a thorough scrub down. Daytime desk attendant was pleasant (Lucas) Evening staff, not so much. All of the hallways and stairways are hot and/or humid. I requested to have a room change since i was on the 4th floor with physicial limitations. I was denied and told my reservation was for a King & there are none on 1st floor.

Only book here if you are desperate. Clearly i was in hindsight.

First they didn’t have us in the system for our reservation, then our room was dirty, one of the lights didn’t work, then we found bed bugs, one of us was bit thankfully it wasn’t our infant. After this incident the manager told us we couldn’t get a refund because we had already been there for a night and that she’d get us a “better/clean” room, when we showed up to get the new room it was even more dirty the tub had broken missing jets, the blinds didn’t work and the couch was filled with chips and crumbs, after the manager told us this was the best room in the hotel one of the other people who worked there told us that room should never have been reserved to anyone and then gave us yet another room. This one surprisingly was clean but the bathroom door got stuck and was hard to open and there was rust all over the shower.
