We are a family of four travelling a lot with our 4 month old baby boy and 4 year old son.
With the description and price level of Kaisankoti we expected quite much more than we got. For example the room was not cleaned on second day. After irrelevant questions (\"when did you check in? When will you check out?\") the clerk stated to me \"well we don't clean exactly every day\". No cleaning was arranged but I got dry towels for us. Third day cleaning didn't do much more than change towels: for example the tray from the lobby kiosk was left on the floor with the dirty dishes??
No minibar or room service, just overpriced selfservice refrigerator at front desk. One cider bottle 8 euro, which I have to pick-up and carry myself...
Breakfast really simple, good bread, but everything else boring. Plus one morning they didn't have the sausages and karelian pies - which were the best part. \"Delivery came late\" they didn't have time was the reason.

Majoitus oli loistava. Mistä pidimme:
Pikku kylpylän vapaa käyttö( sekä iltaisin että viikonloppu aamuina), kylpytakit päällä pääsi kylpylään, vastaanotossa sait juoda saunan jälkeen oluet( jotka ilmeisesti olisi saanut myös kylpylän puolelle), huone oli rauhallinen ja siisti, aamiaisen vaihtoehtoja oli paljon ( lämpöiset leivät sekä piirakat hedelmät, rahkat, puurot, munat, pekonit, nakit....). Aamiainen alkoi puoli 8, paitsi sunnuntaina klo 8. Hintalaatu- suhde oli erinomainen 👍

Lovely location, very nice breakfast, also enjoyed very much the nearby frisbeegolf course (separate 6 euro charge which was ok). Spa rather small, but that was ok for us. Rooms were ok, though really lacked air conditioning.

Aamiainen loistava, laadukkaat leipomukset, hyvä kahvi. Alue ihanan rauhallinen, kävimme myös lyhyen matkan päässä Myllyjärvellä. Kaipasimme rauhaa ja aurinkoa ja se oli taattu. Seuraavan kerran kaksi yötä niin ehtii kävellä pidemmänkin retken uimaan. Lapsi tykkäsi sisäaltaasta erityisen paljon.

Kartanon aamiainen ja à la carte -illallinen olivat erittäin onnistuneita, ja erityisruokavaliot oli huomioitu hyvin. À la carte -ravintolassa saimme poikkeuksellisen hyvää palvelua nuorelta miestarjoilijalta, joka jäi positiivisesti mieleen.
Vastaanoton palvelu sen sijaan jätti hieman toivomisen varaa: huoneen maksutilanne oli epäselvä, eikä meiltä lähtiessämme kysytty, miten vierailu sujui, mikä olisi ollut mukava viimeinen ele.

Kylpylä oli kiva ja siisti. Erittäin rentouttava mutta olisi voinut olla ihan pienen hetken kauemmin auki. Päivän toimien venyessä tuli kiire. Klo 20.30 meni pesuhommat kiinni. Samaan aikaan meni sitten myös aulabaari kiinni joten iltapala oli hoidettava toisin kuin paikan päällä.
Yleisilme siisti ja hintalaatusuhde oli kohdallaan.
Illalla olisi myös kahvi ja konjakki mennyt saunan jälkeen.

Ihana uusittu huone ja mukava henkilökunta. Huoneissa ilmanvaihto ei vain toimi. Ikkunan jos avaa niin korvaavaa ilmaa ei tule sieltä sisälle. Eli viilennystä kun halusin niin sitä ei sieltä ikkunasta tule. Aivan ihana paikka mutta en voi suositella kuumilla ilmoilla kenellekkään.

(Joku pieni lapsi piti ovea auki.) Aamiainen oli hyvä, mutta loppuu lauantaina melko aikaisin, jo klo 9.30. Käytin hotellin palveluja nyt toista kertaa ja tulen todennäköisesti uudelleen.

All reklam för boendet visar det flotta värdshuset och förvåningen/ besvikelsen blir stor när man hänvisas till en helt annan byggnad och där får nyckel till ett litet, trångt, spartanskt rum med ett kallt stengolv... Hade jag haft tid att besöka spa-avdelningen (som såg riktigt fin ut) skulle jag kanske känt att jag fått mer valuta för pengarna. Dock ska sägas att personalen var mycket trevliga och frukosten (i värdshuset! :) var alldeles utmärkt.

Miljöö oli miellyttävä ja ympäristö kaunis. Kartano on kutsuva ja viihtyisä, mutta itse hotellirakennus, jossa allasosasto ja hotellihuone sijaitsivat, oli osittain epäsiisti ja ulkoisesti mitäänsanomaton - ei houkutellut. Hotellihuone oli pettymys: pieni tv peilin edessä kirjoituspöydän päällä, kylpyhuoneen saumoissa homepisteitä ja katossa purkkaa tms. Hotellihuoneen sisustus ei mitenkään ollut mietitty eikä kalterit ikkunassa tehneet vaikutusta. Jotenkin ajattelisi, että pienilläkin muutoksilla hotellihuoneen saisi huomattavasti viihtyisämmäksi ja kylpyhuoneiden kunnostus olisi tarpeen. Jäi fiilis, että huoneet on jätetty omaan arvoonsa. Hotellirespan palvelu oli ystävällistä ja siivoja hoiti inhotusta aiheuttaneen käytävällä vipeltävän päästäisen rohkeasti ulos hotellihuoneen sisältä. Allasosasta ja sauna olivat siistit, aamiainen kartanon puolella maukas ja kartanon ulkoterassi viihtyisä paikka nauttia aamiaisesta aamuauringossa.
