The hotel staff overall was by far the most professional hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The room was very comforting, perfect size and had everything to make my stay easier. Only complaint is the driveway leading up to the hotel. Many drivers, either Uber or Wolt had issues locating the entrance.

I asked for the most quiet room, and judging by the layout of the place, I had been granted my wish. It was definitely quiet. Solid and nice. Only a couple of downsides: the second morning of my stay there was some trouble with breakfast, the restaurant was apparently short-staffed and the buffet was running out of everything with long wait-times. No such problems on my first morning.

For 200 Euro a night I expect that the hotel will have clean towels and toilet paper in the room. I shouldn't have to complain 4 times to get these things

The first room we got was dirty and the only thing that had been done was the bed. Dirty cups, bathroom was not cleaned.. The bed was comfortable but we would have rather wished for one big blanket instead of 2 small ones. The hotel is rather old and has not been even tried to look a bit better. Also breakfast was not so great as I have experienced in other Scandic hotels.

Nice, Clean, Scandic, with a Minor Flaw
I've stayed at this hotel before, so I know what I'm getting. It's very efficient and Scandinavian and I like it. The restaurant is a sports bar, which is OK if you like that, which I'm OK with too. Service is by waiter/waitress and on both occasions I used it, there was something slightly lacking. Half an order was missed on one occasion and on the second, the waitress did not attend to me at all until I made myself know some 10 minutes later.
There was one minor room flaw this time. Half a cup of tea and a half drunk glass of water were left and not cleared up after I left for business on the first morning. Normally I do this anyway as I go, but I forgot - and so did housekeeping it seems. Not enough to detract much from the hotel, but worth mentioning.

The room was spacious and clean. Their restaurant serves nice American grills and there is a gym. Some say nothing else is nearby but it is good for short stay in Espoo for business travelers.

Very nice staff and a basic hotel. I have to say that it is over priced and you would expect more for a 4 star hotel. The room is not too bad but I'm not too happy with the overall experience. That said I still had a nice holiday.

Perushotelli, siisti ja tarvittavat asiat löytyi. Verhoilla sai huoneen hyvin pimeäksi. Lisävuode oli tilattu, mutta huoneessa odottikin vauvansänky ja potta 5 vuotiaalle 😂 Hän tykkäsi joten mikäs siinä. Iso plussa oli yläkerran uima-allas ja viileä vesi, jossa jäähdytellä helteellä. Sauna-osasto oli melko sokkeloinen, mutta löydettiin lopulta oikeaan paikkaan. Aamiainen oli myös hyvä ja palvelussa ei valittamista.

Scandic Espoo oli positiivinen yllätys. Talo on vanha, mutta huoneet olivat siistit ja asian mukaiset - tilavat. Ihana yllätys oli että saunat olivat päällä klo 22 asti ja käytössä oli uima-allas - siitä iso plussa. Hotellin ympäristössä erilaisia ruokailuvaihtoehtoja aina kaupasta hyvään ravintolaan. Helppo jatkaa matkaa ison tien vierestä. Äänet eivät kuuluneet huoneeseen.

Hotelli oli rauhallinen. Autolle oli parkkitilaa. Huoneessa ei toiminut jääkaappi, mistä kerroimme aamulla vastaanottoon. This hotel clearly needs some face-lifting: the interior was like from the 80s, and the superior room was not worth the extra fee. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, though. The breakfast was a disappointment: the coffee in particular was totally tasteless (but you had to pay extra for cappuccino and espresso).
