The apartment hotel was excellent, the room was large, the bed very comfy, the view was fantastic, the underground parking was easy and simple to pay for using Easypark App. There is a communal kitchen and laundry room which I had access to and everything worked perfectly. Just don't arrive early as the door code to let you in WILL NOT work until the official check in time supplied. All in all an excellent stay. Everything was within 30 mins walking distance.

No frills place and very clean. There’s a common living room, kitchen and laundry you can use. We had five people in our room however they only had four blankets and when we asked for the 5th one they said since no one’s on site they will bring it the next day however they never did. Luckily we were visiting family so they provided one for us. Just know you won’t get any onsite help if you need.

Its a decent place for single travellers. Rooms are not too big. A kettle used to be provided in the rooms, this has now been removed for no reason. In the morning you will need to get hot water from a vending machine. If the dip tray is full, then good luck, since there is no sink to empty the dip tray. Most importantly since there is no staff on site you are probably stuck.

Its worth for the price you pay. there is no reception. everything is straightforward. they text you the code 30mints before arrival. very close to the central 10-15mints by train. less than a minute to the tram stop.

Finding the entrance was difficult coz there's no signage. Going inside was eerie coz the light turns on only when it sense some presence. No one to greet you. The room is like a hospital room for geriatrics. I was scared going inside the building by myself.

Great hotel, very close to public transportation

This is a great hotel. It is very clean, the rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was surprisingly large.
It is super easy to get there as the closest metro stop is only a very easy 15 minute ish walk away but the closest tram stop is literally halfway across the street from the main entrance.
Prior to my stay, I received a lot of emails from the property, telling me exactly what to expect and how to access the property, which was incredibly nice since there didn't seem to be anyone actually working on site. As opposed to the usual 10 minute or so check in time, it took me approximately 2 minutes to enter the building and get into my room.
The only issue I dealt with (and so did the 2 other groups of people who showed up to the hotel at the same time that I did) was that there was a slight problem finding the main entrance to the hotel. It's what looked to be like a random door. It's a small nitpick, but it was pretty confusing for a couple of minutes initially.

Easy to find- I had 6 people and 2 rooms. One room was a sleeper for 2 but no bathroom…the second room was very very small. I assumed there was a bathroom in each room. Rooms were clean and beds were good. We played cards in the “kitchen” area. Not sure where the sauna is.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a small fridge in the room which was great and there's access to a laundry room, kitchen and guest living area. The room was very hot when I arrived as the curtains were open and the fan was off - once I had ran the fan and closed the curtain for a few hours it cooled down a bit.

The room was hot as sauna without a chance to open windows. If the weather is 30 degrees C would have appreciate someone had closed the curtains to block the entire day a direct sunshine. Safety box did not work even I read manual and attempted to open it with any default code provided.

My room did not have any kitchen facilities, just an electric kettle and dorm fridge. This was fine, though I was expecting a bit more based on the description.

The worst part of my stay was the utter lack of hot water. At best I achieved mildly lukewarm and that, only for a minute or so on the hand tap. This was unacceptable.

The hotel is above the hospital so found scary. Sorry to be direct. Owner should find better place. Hotel in the same building of Hospital is not good idea.
Well room and bathroom was nice tho.
I will never prefer stay in such hotel.

Property is in quiet area in close proximity to a water and shopping area. Booking and access was easy. There is no staff onsite so you need wifi or phone to get the information to enter which is provided only 1 hr before arrival. It makes it a bit difficult for international travellers.
Inside the room there are not enough written instructions. You have to call to get information.
Temperature inside rooms is too hot and there is no in room temp control. We had to use fan all the time and still could not sleep very well due to warm temperature. Bathrooms are of good size, but shower is not enclosed and splashed water makes whole washroom dirty.
Shower caddy and wiper were broken in 1 room and hand shower was leaking in another room.

Facility of common kitchen with supply of utensils and crockery was excellent.
Living/dining room and coffee dispenser with free coffee were very nice. I wish there was a washbasin in dining area.
Cleaning service for kitchen and common dining area was very good.

Plussaa hyvä sijainti aivan ratikkapysäkin vieressä, kivat maisemat, pyykinpesumahdollisuus yleisissä tiloissa sekä kohtuullinen lemmikkimaksu. Miinusta huoneen hieman nuhjuinen yleisilme ja erityisesti kestolika ja kärsineet laatat suihkunurkkauksessa. Ikkunoita ei saanut avattua edes raolleen ja siksi huone oli turhan lämmin ja ilmanlaatu hieman tunkkainen ilmastoinnista huolimatta. Jääkaappi huoneessa hyvä, mutta sen kaveriksi edes vedenkeitin olisi tervetullut lisä, kuten muissa vastaavan kaltaisissa paikoissa yleensä on. Ovessa voisi myös olla turvaketju tai vastaava, niin omasta huoneesta erehtyvien ovikoodin piippailut väärällä ovella ei ehkä häiritsisi niin paljoa.

Lattia ja pinnat olivat pölyssä. Vedin lastalla lattialta isommat pölypallot ja tuloksena nyrkinkokoinen kasa pölyä. Suihkun nurkkaus ei myöskään houkutellut tämän operaation jälkeen, eli iltapesu jäi tekemättä.
Maisema ikkunasta aivan ihana ja sijainti täydellinen.

El acceso y la reserva fueron fáciles, pero la experiencia no fue buena. Las persianas del baño estaban rotas. Los vecinos del frente tubieron buenas vistas! Reclamamos y nos dijeron que lo mandaramos por escrito y no hicieron nada para mejorar la situación en el momento. Nonprestan atención a los detalles. Había calentador de agua, pero no ofrecen té o café. En la habitación estaba colgado un cuadro al revés. El rollo de papel higiénico tenía una mancha. No vuelvo a este lugar!!!!

I had a generally good stay at the hotel. The location is great – in a clean area right by the water, and I was lucky to get a room with a nice view. The room was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated.

One small downside was the check-in time. 3 PM felt a bit late for me personally, but it worked out in the end.

The only real issue was the bathroom: after showering, the whole floor would get wet due to the lack of a curtain or screen. That’s something that could definitely be improved.

Overall, a pleasant stay in a nice area – I’d consider coming back.
