The staff were very friendly and kind, went out of their way to be helpful. I was a solo traveller and the environment was safe,
Shopping centre almost next door, very vibrant,and the train service into the centre was easy and regular. Would happily stay again,

Probably the worst service at a hotel in my life.

We we’re told that we didn’t have a booking when I called the hotel two days before arrival. After 1 1/2 hour of sending receipt from Hotels.com-app confirming it paid in advance and booked, the hotel still refused to have a booking in my name. And they wouldn’t help me figure it out and instead claimed that I had been scammed by Hotels.com-app. I called Hotels.com and after 10 minutes on the phone suddenly the hotel was able to find my booking.
We were promised compensation on arrival by the phone - we didn’t get this either.
When I checked in I asked if it was possible to reserve a table in a corner in advance for breakfast since we have a son with severe autism who thrives in corners. we were told it was not an option and we should find a cornertable the next day. And yes - there were no cornertables available at 7 for breakfast.

Wonderful location, wonderful view, wonderful interiors. TERRIBLE costumers service.

I usually never take the time to write this section but this costumers service has appaled me.

The hotel was placed in an area that was a little \"boring\" but the tram to the city center was available 200 meters from the hotel every 10 minutes which was very convenient. If you do do not mind the 15 min. with the tram the hotel was a lot of value for the money with easy parking outside the hotel. The breakfast was very nice and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Easy to get the tram into the centre of Bremen and lots of free parking. We didn’t have a great sleep unfortunately though as the pillows were unsupportive and the room only was quite warm. We did have the windows open all night as there was no air conditioning, but by doing this there was a lot of noise outside. Sadly wouldn’t stay again.

We where overall satisfied, although...they don't have Aircondition, we stayed there a warm summer day and night. And the blankets are duvet which was odd when they dont have ac, the room was hot. There was a concert next door so we couldn't sleep with any Windows open, would have been nice to be informed of this by the hotel staff beforehand

Bis auf Abstriche zu empfehlen ...

Wir waren wegen einem Event auf der Seebühne in diesem Hotel . Für einen Konzertbesuch ist es Alternativlos . Auch bei unserem evtl nächsten Konzert würden wir dieses Hotel buchen . Jedoch .... Das Hotel im ganzen kann ich gern empfehlen . Nur das Frühstück erreicht höchstens 3 Sterne ! Aufbackbrötchen die unaufgebacken kalt serviert werden ... Rührei was völlig brösellig ist ... wenn es dann da ist . Kaffevollautomaten die nur halbe Tassen füllen . Nein , Das hat mit 4 Sterne nichts zu tun .
Da empfehle ich das frühstücken im nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrum .
Wir hatten über Hotels.com das von uns zum Parkplatz gebuchte Zimmer 215 bekommen .
Das Zimmer völlig ok . Gerne auch für länger .
Tolles Bett , Bad gut ,viele Ablagemöglichkeiten und recht geräumig .
Und dann stelle ich da außer dem Bett einen kleinen unbequemen Stuhl für 9,99 von ?? rein . Was ein Witz .
Und das Stück ist maximal für Kinder geeignet .
Hat das Hotel nicht mal 200 Euro ?? für eine bessere Sitzmöglichkeit ?? .....

Kids loved hotels space theme and lift (was like travelling through space!). Only small negative was no privacy in shower as glass front looks into bedroom for all to see!

This is one of our family’s favourite stopovers when travelling between Luxembourg and Sweden. Of the many times we have stayed at Innside, there were just one or two instances that we were not 100% happy. Well managed, friendly staff, and good value for money.

Nice hotel with a fancy design for a short trip.

The hotel is located a bit outside the city which actually is not a problem at all because public transportation is very close. By car it is only a drive of 10-15min to the city centre. This Innside by Melia hotel has a touch of the 90s. (Colorful and spacy design) For 1-2 nights it was ok but we won't stay there longer, especially there is no air condition in the room. During our stay the weather was not that warm but the room itself already was.
Breakfast was quite good, nice selection of quite everything you need to get into the day. The service was very kind and attentive.

A pleasant stay. Great varied breakfast offered. Overall a pleasant experience. About a ten minute walk to the team that is a 15 minute journey to the centre. Hotel is clean and room spacious. Limited wifi, one device per room and a slightly impersonal and business like service.

The hotel seemed to have an identity problem. A space age theme, which to be fair seemed a little kitch. The bedrooms had a cheap feel about them. Only one pillow on the bed, which may as well have been a sheet of paper. Bathroom was spacious and modern, however long dark hairs were missed by housekeeping around the toilet seat. However not all bad, Mini bar had a selection of soft drinks free of charge. If you're just there for a night or two, then the hotel is great. Breakfast was also included, and not a bad selection I may add.

Location is quiet far out of Bremen CBD. Nice Hotel close to a shopping mall and a cinema. Had to ask 3 times for new keys as the programming was only working once.

We had a good value for money through Hotels.com.au, but standard prices are much too high, just overpriced.

We enjoyed our stay the staff were helpful and rooms excellent.
No wifi connection without paying. Couldn't risk as with the free connection limited access and unable to connect.
My only complaint pillows to soft even when requesting an extra pillow each it was uncomfortable.
Breakfast was excellent lots of choice and good quality food.
Would recommend to friends as location good to drive to and as good links to the city.

Americans Beware !

I have never been moved to write a negative review of a business until now. Innside by Mellia in Bremen Germany must be exposed for their total lack of customer service and down right rude staff. The description climate control is noted in their advertisement. When I asked where is the Air Conditioning in the room their representative did not speak English well enough to know what it was. Luckily I had an app on my phone that translated my needs and her reply was for me to open a window. When I asked for a bucket of ice to be sent to my room another staff member asked what I needed ice for as they provided a refrigerator in my room. Instead of trying to make my stay enjoyable they questioned why I was bothering them. When I went to the one computer they had for guest use it was operating on Windows XP which is not supported by Microsoft anymore which means I could not print my boarding pass for my flight home because of security concerns at KLM airline. Not centrally located is not a crime rude employees is.

Having read the hotel was \"out of town\" we were pleasantly suprised to find it very close to a great shopping centre (Waterfront) and easily connected to Bremen centre with the S-Bahn.

The bar served good well priced drinks although the atmosphere was lacking a bit.

Food was as to be expected.

The room only had a shower so no bath but was otherwise equipped with everything you need. The view over the water from the room was nice but not spectacular and everything in the room was functional albeit with a strange theme that worked a bit dated.

All in all, value for money, ideal location for the motorway and for being just out of town and with all the facilities and comfort you expect from a 4 star hotel.

Das Zimmer war wunderschön und sehr Sauber. Wir hatten sogar kostenlose Getränke im Preis enthalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar geholfen essen zu bestellen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls Ausgezeichnet. Eine gute Auswahl. Ein bisschen schade das es nur Rührei gab und keine gekochten eier. Aber das ist okay. Unser event war ganz in der nähe und das hotel hatte eine super lage direkt am Wasser und sogar Supermärkte Angrenzend. Wir haben es geliebt.

(Kleiner tipp: Nicht bei al manara bestellen. Der Döner laden ist grauenhaft und viel zu teuer😅)

Die Übernachtung im Hotel war gut.
Durch eine Fehlbuchung meinerseits (erste Buchung an einem falschen Datum) habe ich keine Rückerstattung vom Hotel bekommen mit der Begründung, dass es die Konditionen von Expedia sei, die das nicht erlaubt. Das stimmte so aber nicht.

Das Hotel hat selbst keine Rückerstattung geben wollen und das ist im Sinne der Zufriedenheit des Gastes unfreundlich. Wir haben im Hotel trotzdem übernachtet und es war eine Fehlbuchung vorhanden.
Wir hätten erwartet, dass das Hotel das Geld rückerstattet, was nicht passiert ist. Sie haben die Begründung auf Expedia geschoben. So stimmt das aber auch nicht. Expedia hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, mich als Kunde, die einen Fehler gemacht hat, zu unterstützen. Das kann man vom Hotel nicht sagen. Aus dem Grund gibt es keine Sterne. Ich finde diese Geste nicht am Gast orientiert und unfreundlich.

Das Zimmer hat schon wesentlich besser Zeiten hinter sich. Traurig war vor allem das die Seifenspender mit Wasser aufgefüllt worden sind anstatt diese mit Seife nachzufüllen. Duschen war nur in einem Kompromiss möglich, da der Duschkopf nicht feststellbar war. Frühstück war maßlos überfüllt. Zum Personal gibt es allerdings nur positives zu berichten.
