The beach is not all that nice so we travelled to other areas to enjoy a better beach.

The NYE dinner experience was expensive and was disappointing so would not recommend. We expected a 5* celebration however It felt more like we were at a cheap children’s party.

What an amazing experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff was amazing and kind. Always remembered our names when they greeted us. Highly recommend to include breakfast, they have so many different options and fresh made to order as well. Delicious!

The pool staff and many was also delicious with vestido hotel grounds. The beach is right outside the hotel however th beaches in Seminyak are not clean so we spend all of our time at the pool.

The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and shops great location.

Wow—what an excellent stay. Check-in was smooth and effortless. Our room (3109) was outstanding: incredibly spacious, with a walk-in closet, a beautiful bathroom, a large balcony, and a very comfortable bed.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we also attended the New Year’s Eve buffet, which was fantastic—plentiful, varied, and very well done. The property itself is beautiful. We spent time at the private pool, which was a highlight of our stay.

The gym was well equipped, though it did get quite busy at times with all equipment in use. The café was also excellent, with a cool vibe and stylish design. While the main lobby is very well designed and has a boutique feel, it lacked air conditioning, making it quite hot with no real place to escape the heat while waiting.

The hotel is well located in Seminyak and close to the beach, which was very convenient. One small suggestion would be the addition of an adults-only pool, as the private pool was accessible to everyone.

A special mention to the team for the thoughtful touches: on our last night, they surprised us with a passport holder gift, which was a lovely gesture. I also celebrated my birthday during our stay, and they provided a delicious birthday cake that made it extra special.

Overall, an amazing stay—we would absolutely return.

Incredible stay at Hotel Indigo, from the moment we arrived until we returned to the airport to fly home -- could not fault a thing!

The staff were incredible, attentive, and so sweet with my 6yo daughter. The room was impeccable with everything we needed. Everything from the food, service, kids activities, spa, reiki and yoga, help with organising airport transfers - we felt so looked after and relaxed during our entire stay. We will definitely be back!

Me and my partner absolutely loved this hotel. It’s located directly on seminyak Beach. The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Loved our stay at Hotel Indigo! The staff are lovely and friendly, the property is beautiful, big enough while being walkable.

We spent most of our time at the hotel because we enjoyed it so much. The pool we could stay at all day. They have some floating pillows you can hold onto to float and it isn’t too deep to be unmanageable. You can scan to see the pool menu and press a call button for someone to take your order.

We enjoyed both pools plus the ice bath!

The breakfast buffet is the best. It’s huge, so much variety but quality is good and fresh too. Soup and omelettes to order plus so much more that it’s hard to describe.

Although the hotel seems quite big, it never felt too busy or loud. They have a kids activity each day, sometimes more than once and my son loved it. We did one of the fitness classes and sound baths (small charge) and it was great too.

The beach is underwhelming as we found Seminyak beaches very dirty with lots of garbage, but it’s conveniently across a small scooter street. They have a guard always there to help you cross safely but it’s very easy. You can walk down the beach area and there are many restaurants and areas to watch the sunset.

Rooms are big, comfortable and well appointed. Our favourite hotel out of 3 we stayed in Bali!

They provide a free shuttle everyday 11 and 4 one way to Seminyak Village.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach. The resort has a lively but relaxed energy, with beautifully designed spaces, a huge main pool that runs all the way to the beach, and thoughtful touches everywhere. We stayed in a private villa and loved the spacious layout, swing bed, and plunge pool. It felt like a peaceful retreat tucked inside a bustling beach town.

The butler service really elevated the experience. Even though this is a larger property, the team made it feel personal. We didn’t expect that kind of attention at a resort this size, but it was a great surprise. Every staff member we interacted with was warm and professional, especially the receptionist that checked us in (sorry I don't recall the name!) and our butlers, Arya and Pras.

The food was excellent, and everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and presented with care. Whether it was a loaded mezze platter poolside or a full meal in the villa, we were consistently impressed.

If you’re looking for a balance of style, energy, and comfort in Seminyak, this is a great choice. It’s polished without being stuffy, and you can feel both the design and the hospitality were done with intention.

Hotel Indigo is a beautiful property right on the beach in Seminyak. Having said that unless you are planning on surfing the waves we’re pretty intense and the beach is more for the restaurants than for sitting and relaxing. The pools at the Hotel are beautiful and that’s where we relaxed. I have two things that I thought could be better, the first is the onsite food was fine but not amazing. Also my husband had a massage at the spa and he felt that the spa lacked the amenities of some spas at other resorts. The Hotel is very conveniently located and the service was top notch! The rooms are very nicely appointed and large! I would overall recommend this Hotel!

Our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the entire hotel was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully maintained. The landscape is absolutely stunning — lush, vibrant, and relaxing. 🌺

The location is perfect — close to many shops, restaurants, and lively areas, making it very convenient to explore Seminyak.

The staff made our stay even more special.

🔹 A big thank you to Kim from the concierge — she went above and beyond to help my daughter find a horse riding place and even walked with us there! Truly appreciated her support and warm attitude. 💛

DO NOT stay in this hotel if you need good wifi connection. My daughter and I stayed in room 3021 for four nights. We had intermittent wifi during the first three days. By intermittent, I mean having to reconnect every time I go to another tab on my browser. It also means I have to reconnect at least every five minutes. I was not going to complain until what happened the last day. We lost our wifi connection COMPLETELY. We had no wifi at all. I spoke to the receptionist who said she was going to arrange for the technician to investigate it. When we came back four hours later, wifi was still not back on. My daughter called the receptionist again and they sent some technician who said wifi was okay but signal was not. He left it at that. We only came back to the room after dinner and still no wifi. I called the receptionist who said he was going to get the technician to look into it but did not call back to update and wifi is still not working until then. I walked out to the lobby with the intention to download some netflix episodes and spoke the the receptionist. He patiently guided me to reconnect. Problem with wifi was resolved but connection was still intermittent.
Having said that, I would like to commend the good service provided by all the staff throughout the hotel. They were courteous and helpful. The location is very nice as it is just right across from Seminyak beach. I would have been perfect if there are private loungers in front of the beach for the guests.

Excellent resort with lots of areas to walk around within the resort. Despite booking \"only\" the standard room, it was spacious and was more than adequate and comfortable.

The breakfast spread was excellent.

The location of the hotel is a bit further south in Seminyak, away from the restaurants so if you want to go out, need to travel a little bit further. But it's nice and quiet and peaceful at the resort.

I can't say enough great things about Tejaprana Resort and the staff there! From start to finish, my husband and I were treated with such warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. The hotel and grounds are immaculate and gorgeous, and our room was absolutely perfect. The food was amazing, an incredible sit-down breakfast menu, available FREE everyday with our stay. The staff is unmatched - they are welcoming and genuine and so attentive to our every need. Our driver Dika went above and beyond for us, it was like having a personal tour guide! I would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend if you are going to Ubud!

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach by IHG, we were treated to an experience of pure luxury and thoughtful hospitality. We stayed for five nights in a one bedroom villa and every aspect of the hotel exceeded our expectations.

The villa was impeccably appointed — spacious, elegantly decorated, and with stunning views of our private pool. Every detail, from the high-thread-count sheets to the marble bathroom, spoke of understated opulence.

What truly set our stay apart was the exceptional butler service. Our butler, Pras, was the epitome of professionalism and warmth. The whole staf made us feel completely cared for without ever being intrusive.

Hotel Indigo was such an amazing place to stay - right on the beach, close to shops, taxis and restaurants, plus the hotel itself is luxurious and exquisite, inside and out (beautiful rooms, pools, and beautiful landscaping). The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful and we had the most wonderful time here.

Unreal. Beyond words.

We were blown way with every aspect of our stay at the Indigo. Everything from the service, the checkin, the food, room and attentiveness of staff was nothing short of 5 Star.

The overall experience had been carefully curated and meticulously crafted. All the staff were super friendly and always trying to go above and beyond.

The food was top quality, excellent buffet and choices including modern considerations for allergies and a references.

We loved the secret pool for adults, very peaceful and tranquil. Cocktails were wonderful. Pool pillows were a nice touch.

Rooms were super cozy. Well appointed, modern and tasteful design. Loved the walk in wardrobe space to keep clothes tidy. Even room service was top notch, fast and served in decent ceramic containers.

Cafe coffee was excellent, proximity to the beach.

Literally everything flawless. Stayed at many other 5 stars and high ends for comparison and the Indigo is definitely my favourite so far. We’ll be back!

Wonderful experience!

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Great gym, great buffet breakfast, relaxing pool areas, great facilities. Didn’t use the spa. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are well planned and spacious. Only very minor improvement point is that the seating in dining areas could be a little more comfortable. We had an amazing time, thank you so much Indigo!

Hotel Indigo deserves all the stars!

This was our first trip to Bali, and we wanted it to be perfect. After doing copious amounts of research and reading countless reviews, we chose Hotel Indigo. From the minute we were greeted at the entrance and escorted to reception where welcome drinks awaited, we immediately knew we had made the right choice. The staff were warm, personable, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcome all throughout our stay.

The room blew us away. It was much larger than depicted in the online photos and far more comfortable than any hotel room has a right to be. It was thoughtfully appointed with everything we could want or need. From the daybed on the balcony and the large shower with rain head fixtures to the ample walk-in closet and the supremely comfortable bed, we felt like visiting royalty.

The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. So many choices and everything prepared perfectly. We had dinner every night at the hotel – why go offsite when everything was so wonderful? The outside areas – pool, gardens, and beach – were beautiful. The surrounding area was easily walkable and felt very safe and the hotel was far enough off the main road that we weren’t bothered by noise from the many clubs and restaurants.

If we had any complaints at all, it would be that we didn’t stay long enough. Hands down out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at around the world, Hotel Indigo is the best! We can’t wait to return!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and the friendly service staff made the experience even better. The décor was eclectic, with plenty of eye-catching details that added to the charm of the place. There was always something interesting to admire. The rooms were spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment, and I especially enjoyed the free tangerines. It was also interesting that they provided a pillow menu, allowing guests to choose the perfect pillow for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the abundance of comfortable seating around the hotel lobby, perfect for resting or reading a book. I was particularly looking forward to the free activities, but unfortunately, I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t participate this time. Hopefully, on my next visit, I’ll get to enjoy them! Overall, it was a great stay, and I would love to return.
