Tout était parfait, la localisation, le lit très confortable avec de la literie de qualité, les accessoires de cuisine. Le seul point négatif (et ce point revient sur plusieurs résumés) le wifi qui est déficient. Il ne fonctionne pas toujours et s’il fonctionne signal dans la chambre est très faible. C’est le seul point négatif. Je recommande.

This accommodation is nice in itself, but contacting the responsible people is a nightmare. There were three of us, and unfortunately, upon arrival there were only towels and bed linens for two people. One of us had to sleep on the sofa without a blanket or anything else, which is very unpleasant in an accommodation used by many different people. Upon check-in, which is contact free (you get codes for the front door and the key vault), we were told that we can call or write a WhatsApp text message at any time. We did this, but nobody picked up for days and also didn't answer our texts, again for several days - until today we didn't get any answer. Luckily, a cleaning staff member (we presume) found our note and got us bedding for the sofa on the third day. Still, a disaster. Fortunately Expedia tried to solve this issue, but also they did not succeed - at least we got a partial refund.

Following information on Expedia about the accommodation is incorrect: there is no place to leave luggage there, there is never anyone at the reception, and there is hardly any contact with the staff possible.

Unfortunately, a real shame, as the accommodation is very well located and clean. However, we would not recommend it, as you are left alone if something goes wrong.

Great place at a great price!

Overall my stay was great. It’s close to the metro and bus. It was clean and very enjoyable. Be prepared for the stairs if you get the 5th floor attic room, there’s no lift.

Clean and nicely decorated. Good location near the subway. Staff was very friendly to introduce attractions in the city at my check in. I stayed in the first floor facing the street, but the is not much noise and I can sleep well at night. However, there is no elevator and the toiletries can be improved - only one bottle of diluted soap for both hair and body.

The place was awesome, clean, spacious, in the center, just 2 blocks from a Metro station. The guy at the reception was very nice and helpful, he even offer to hold or luggage after check out. The only down side (not for me) but for people with leg problems are the stairs, there is no elevator. Also, I understand there are not an hotel and that they cant have a 24 hour service desk, be sure to get on the specific times to check in. For me overall it was super. I will stay again and again.

The place was very clean and in beautiful condition. It is in a great location--very centrally located for easy walking to many top attractions in Porto. The staff was excellent and so helpful in helping us settle in and provide information to assist in our local touring. We would definitely choose this place again!

I absolutely loved this apartment. The location was perfect, a few steps away from city centre on a quiet street. The apartment was beautifully designed and decorated, very spacious and equipped with all the amenities you can think of. The receptionist was very helpful and polite, fluent in English and French. At check out I was allowed to leave my baggage in a storage as my flight was later in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Fantastic staff - Diogo and Maria were awesome: so welcoming and kind. The owner of this building is very smart to realize that great staff has such an impact and makes such an impression on guests! The interior of the apartment is well appointed - exceptionally clean and modern - we lacked for nothing. The sheets on the bed are seriously divine. I’m a bit of a linen geek and the sheets OLS uses are the best!!The starter kit of coffee pods was appreciated. The only thing we wished for was a washing machine but we found a very clean laundromat nearby so all was good. The apartment is in a fantastic location - easy access to everything. Portuguese people are SO kind and welcoming - we are already missing Porto and will definitely be back. We wholeheartedly recommend Oporto Local Suites. And no, we aren’t related to anyone on the team, nor were we paid for this review. :) keep up the good work OLS, we will definitely be back to Porto and will stay with OLS again. Obrigida.

The location and the condition of the room is excellent, and the staff were very helpful when checking in. Do keep in mind it is more similar to an AirBnB business than a traditional hotel which has staff on-site at all times, and adjust expectation accordingly.

Modern studio in a great location!

This property is convenient located in the central area of Porto. Walking distance to pretty much all major tourist attractions and very close to bars, pubs and restaurants. The studio is very modern, clean and it has a very stylish touch to it. Would stay there again!

No Views, and Terrible, awful odour in Room

We requested a loft with a balcony and view of the City. We got a loft with NO WINDOWS OR PATIO. there were 2 small skylights in Roof so we did get a bit of natural light but, REALLY, NO WINDOWS, so obviously, no city view. But we were there only 1 night so we sucked it up. But the really negative was the unbelievably bad smell in the room. I thought maybe a gas or sewer smell. I blocked off all the drains in the kitchen and bathroom but to no avail. Called the site manager guy. Initially he said it was the air conditioner. We expected someone to show up but we only had 1 night in Porto. Tried calling again but he never answered after the initial call, Tried a few times. Finally gave up. I tried tracking the smell and it seemed like it was from the hood fan area. So we ran the fan all night. It helped a bit. DISGUSTING. I would not put my worst enemy through that smell. The website pictures DO NOT reflect what it looks like inside.

New, spacious pacious bright rooms with all the amenities. Very clean & attractive bathroom with excellent shower. Warm reception. Nice DVD library for guest use. Ironing board, lots of closet space, salt, pepper & oil & vinegar to start you off in the well equipped kitchen. And close to every thing downtown Porto. Most everything is under a 20 min walk. Grocery store 5 min away; similar to the shopping district. You can’t go wrong with this one. I really enjoyed my stay!

wonderful stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights when we visited Porto and loved it. I had been concerned about checking in on time because we took a later train from Lisbon. Diogo messaged me back assuring me someone would meet me there. When we got there, Claudia was so helpful and gave us a map of the city with sites to see and recommendations. The room was modern and clean and in a great location. We felt safe and comfortable there and really loved it. We would absolutely return!

to visit this beautiful city! Sao Bento station is 5 minutes away therefore perfect for exploring the country eg Braga / historical place of pilgrimages etc.
Area quiet and safe for a solo traveller.

Oporto Local Studios is in a great location to easily access the city. The room was spacious and clean as well. We also had excellent service. They don’t have a 24 hour conceriege however, the manager was easily accessible via text message. He also helped me with a minor medical issue, and guided me to an urgent care facility and pharmacy. I highly recommend!

This is a great little hotel apartment building located in the heart of the restaurant and entertainment area and just minutes walk from the main plaza and historical sites in Porto. A very positive impression when you first walk from the narrow street into the building... quite a transition from old to new. The young man managing the building was very friendly and supportive. Our studio apartment felt very new, modern and comfortable. We quite enjoyed our stay in Porto at this apartment hotel.
One word of caution, the location is in the heart of old town and it can get a little noisy at times with late night party-ers but for the most part we were so tired from a day of sightseeing it did not bother us too much.

Great find. Couldn't be more central for the best access to the sights and wonders of this beautiful city. Liberty square and Aliados Metro stop are just a 2 minute walk away. Main train station less than 10 minutes so access to other parts of the city are easy to do.

Comfortable, well-located apartment hotel

We looked for a comfortable, economical apartment hotel that was very convenient to the metro, was located in a downtown area close to the major tourist attractions, would make it easy for us to make our own breakfasts, and would make it easy for me to go to a conference while my spouse played tourist . This accommodation was great for those purposes. The staff was extremely accommodating as well. The only significant negative for us was the lack of an elevator, but the staff was very helpful in moving our luggage up to our room.

I cannot fault the hotel in a great location for finding off the metro- to places to eat and walks down to the river, room or the staff-the room was very clean, modern in a retrospective way and very tasteful, the staff were so very helpful-but like Lisbon, Porto is one big building site and that noise transcends around the little streets, and at night that sound is increased and no more then here no more so when the football is on!!!!

Great location and apartment was brilliant. Clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Check in was very quick, host was friendly and unobtrusive and able to leave bags on check out. Cleaner available everyday. All equipment you'd need to self cater. Great bars and restaurants in nearby streets and a nice walk (about 30min) over to the port houses. Would really recommend staying here.

Great central location (5 minute walk from Sao Bento railway station and 15 minute walk downhill to riverside). While there is no official reception, Diogo arranges a time to meet you at the building and also gives you his contact details so this is not an issue. The apartments themselves are lovely! Well furnished and very clean. For the price you pay these apartments are excellent value for money.

Stayed in the attic room forin for 3 days and it's the best room we ever had, it's spacious with modern, clean furnitures and came with everything you'd ever need - tv, wireless speaker, kettle, cooking utensils and a fridge.

Staffs are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Only down side is that you would have to walk the stairs and it's pretty high up.

We stayed here for 3 nights in March 2017. Lovely modern and spacious apartment. Very helpful manager. Unfortunately it loses marks because we did not have our towels changed nor the bins emptied once in the three days we were there. Nonetheless I would recommend the apartments and I would stay there again.

I stayed here for 5 days/4nights during my trip to Porto. Pre-arrival the management was in contact with me about confirming my arrival time and flight. My flight was delayed, but someone was still there to greet me and escort me to my room upon my arrival. I was in a city view studio with balcony. The room layout and amenities were very clean, modern, and comfortable. A major surprise and bonus for me was the inclusion of food storage containers, plates, cups, and microwave so you can cook or bring back food and reheat later. The only slight negative was that the water didn't get hot the last 2 days, but I think that was due to many people checking in near the end of my stay.

These Apartments were fantastic. Apartments are clean and comfortable and decorated to a high standard. Warm powerful shower. Had all the appliances we needed in the form of TV, Air Con, Full kitchen including fridge, microwave, cooker. Also provided with an Iron and board which came in handy. The manager who greeted us upon arrival was fantastic throughout the stay and couldn’t do enough to make our stay wonderful. Any help that was required he was on hand to assist with and provided us with information and advice on the local and wider areas. Apartments cleaned and towels replaced daily. Location is fantastic being right in the centre of Porto and a 2 minute walk from the metro. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again when we return to Porto.

J’aurais aimé avoir la chambre qui était affichée dans l’annonce. Nous avons eu une chambre au 5e étage et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur donc 5 étages avez nos énormes valises. Pas de fenêtres dans la chambre sauf pour 2 puits de lumières et il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité dans la pièce. Aussi, la douche coule dans la salle de bain (énorme flaque). A part cela l’appartement était convenable et très bien décorée et surtout très bien située.

Struttura in posizione strategica , spazio sufficiente , bene attrezzata .. Pochi servizi disponibili , in particolare modo manca l’ascensore e avevamo la camera al quinto piano .

Nos gustó el trato y la disposición de Diego, en cuanto necesitábamos algo.

Appartement très bien situé, au cœur du quartier vivant de porto, à 500 m à pied de la station de métro venant directement de l'aéroport. Très bon accueil, appartement propre, confortable, cosy...

Le loft était très agréable et refait à neuf par contre situé au 5ème étage sans ascenseur pour des séniors comme nous c'était un peu difficile

위치 서비스 청결도 너무 좋았어요. 엘리베이터가 없는게 조금 아쉽지만 부탁한거 바로 해결해줘서 너무 좋았어요. 매일 하우스키핑 되는것도 좋았어요!
