Apartment is 22 step walk up but worth it. Great location, very clean and well supplied. Staff are incredibly helpful. Everything is in great condition.

A side table next to the couch and bedroom would be valued additions.

We had a great stay at YOUROPO - Clerigos! The view of the city and loft set-up (with two floors) was lovely. The amenities were also great, with a laundry machine, A/C, and small kitchen. Would definitely stay here again in Porto!

It is a bit loud at night because of traffic and for a four star hotel coffee refills should be free. It’s cheaper to buy my own refills at the store.

I had a wonderful stay at YOUROPO - Clérigos. The apartment felt very safe, modern, and exceptionally clean. Its central location in Porto meant I was close to all the main attractions, shops, and plenty of great places to eat.

The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to rest after exploring the city. Communication with the owners through WhatsApp was smooth and helpful, which made the whole experience even better.

Situated right in the heart of everything, this apartment was the perfect base for my trip. I would definitely return here on my next visit to Porto!

A great apartment in central location. The staffs are kind, nice, and professional. We were given a brief introduction about the city upon check-in which was very helpful. Parking can be somewhat tricky since the parking lot is not in the same building (5 min walk), but safe & secure. I would definitely stay here again if I have another chance to visit Porto.

The communication was excellent. The location was right in the middle of all of the action. The closeness to all the tractions and activity means that it can be rather noisy at night. If you are light sleeper, this could be a problem. But the great access to everything makes it worth it .

Well located and nice views but noisy

Centrally located - close to sao bento train station, restaurants and walking distance to the riverside. However, I was in apt 3B and it's located on the top floor - 3 flights of stairs to get there + 1 additional flight of stairs within the apt itself. Not very convenient if you have a suitcase and/or limited mobility. Windows were not soundproof and you could hear a lot of noise from the very busy street until early morning hours. On the plus side, it has a lovely view over the city and the river since it is so high up.

Very well appointed apartment at the top at the of the old town perfect for exploring Porto.
Minor points - front door lock a bit stiff, no low level lighting, dining table unstable so caution with hot drinks otherwise great would stay again.

Absolutely fantastic apartment! Great view of the church from the balcony. So well equipped and clean, and great communication. Location was great, only 10 mins from the main attractions. Although it did get bit noisy in the street at the weekend. Good locker to store luggage too

YourOPO provided us exceptional service and the accommodations were excellent and well equipped. Diogo was there to receive us at the Clérigos apartment. He explained us the different our options. Made bookings right away. Provided us with maps and information to help us navigate ourselves in Porto.

Probably the best location in the city (doesn't get more central than this), fantastic view from the property, good room condition, great communication with the staff via WhatsApp (there is no reception at the building). For the room we booked there were quite a lot of stairs, but it you are going to Porto you need to get used to climbing up and down anyway!
Would highly recommend.

Great location in Porto

The apartment we stayed in was just a few doors down from the Church of the Clerigos tower. At the bottom of the street was the San Bento rail station and we were surrounded by patisseries, ice cream, pata bars and sweet shops - wonderful location with excellent restaurants nearby. Youropo is a hotel with many apartments at its disposal, where reception (24hours) uses WhatsApp for contact and immediately sends a person as required. It works incredibly well with several young people seeing us over the five days - one to check we’d been able to access our apartment, one to give us tickets for our trip to Braga and Guimaraes etc. Our actual apartment functioned very well with a kitchen equipped with crockery etc, a microwave/oven and two induction hot plates. The bathroom was of sufficient size (shower over the bath) and Queen bed comfy (we thought it might be too soft - but slept like logs). If anything it was slightly small for our preference. We should have looked more carefully since there are many other larger apartments. The apartment was also on the second level without a lift. Ok for us but less reasonable for some people.

This place is a truly gem in Porto. Close to everything.
First off the guys in charge are so attentive and since before arriving they explain you even how to get to the apartment. We took the metro from the airport and it was only 30 min away and less than 3€. Metro station is like a minute walking. The property is beautiful, the apartment is so spacious and has everything (washing/drying machine, coffee, kettle, iron, etc). The kitchen is nice. Bathroom is amazing, hot water and a tub!. Room is beautiful and the bed/pillows soooo comfortable.
It is literally close to all the tourist attractions. We enjoyed our time here so much! Definitely recommend it and would come back!

Small apartment. Was ok for two and a short visit. Clean and safe. Very good for walking to all the main spots in Porto.

Hot water did not last long for showers. The little kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and everything needed to cook a simple meal.

Being down town there was a bit of noise in the early hours from the party crowds going home but not a big problem.

I had a good stay at this property. full disclosure i have held top status at hilton and other major chains so i prefer on site staff and a front desk. I will say the staff was proactive and extremely responsive via whatsapp. the room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I did have some issues with hot water and initially getting in to the room but nothing too inconvenient. Location is superb and near everything you need/

The Studio apartment was clean cosy with a great bed and nice view of the city skyline. A bit of noise in the early hours woke me up so i put my ear plugs in and went back to sleep. It is a city centre location so there will be noise with bars etc v close. Do NOT let this put you off however ! I enjoyed my stay. For me what makes staying here special is the staff! They were amazing always contactable and had a sense of humour! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. Great location in the historic district. Everything is 5minutes walkable from the apartment and amazing rooftop views of the cathedral.
Staff available via watsapp, very friendly and always respond within minutes.
You can be on the riverfront in 5 minutes, and 5 minutes walk the other direction there is great nightlife and bars / restaurants.
The apartment was clean and well equipped, private, quiet, and easy to find as it is next to the major landmark Torre dos Clérigos.
For the price we can’t imagine you can get anywhere better in Porto ❤️

The apartment has a good location, in the heart of the city and surrounded by many restaurants and tourist spots.

The apartment was functional though small. Did not have much storage space or a table to keep luggage or small items. There was a weird loud sound every night from some unit that was annoying.
The staff was helpful over texts but could not help us with the sound before our departure.

The property is in a fabulous location, only a short walk to some of the major sites. The staff are extremely helpful and the use of WhatsApp messages was super handy. The staff had great tips for the city and couldn't do enough. There is no lift, so not for anyone who has mobility issues.

It worked out well. Modern and everything worked. In convenient location but on a steep hill. They were very responsive questions and needs and helped us with our luggage to get down stairs. Wish I knew I could of asked for help when we arrived. There us no elevator. The kitchen has everything you need. The space is a bit cramped. You bang into lights over table and it's very tight in getting into and around in kitchen. Small space. The sink for the kitchen is very small making it hard to do dishes. You can accees Netflix so that was nice for a foreigner. We were surpised how quiet it was even though it was on a very very busy road. Our place faced the backside of building on back quiet street. Some noise but not alot considering it's location.

Superseeded our expectations!

The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, bed was comfortable, lovely views of the city and in a great location close to all the main attractions. The host was in communication with us since a few days before our check in, available 24/7 with very quick response time, and was SO KIND and helpful when we arrived and even gave us a little mini-course on all the “must-do” things in the area. I was very impressed with this company and our experience was beyond our expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone traveling to Porto!!

The staff was friendly and provided clear instructions, making check-in smooth. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. However, the area was quite noisy at night, often disturbing our sleep past midnight. Additionally, the bathroom door was in poor condition, frequently getting stuck and making it challenging to exit the restroom. Despite these issues, our visit was generally pleasant.

So this review is a tough one for me.

The positives:
1. Very centrally located and the view was incredible
2. Clean space
3. Very responsive by phone/WhatsApp

The negatives:
1. The apartment layout was quite terrible. The bathroom was downstairs and the bedroom was upstairs so not the most convenient.
2. I don’t really like to have directions communicated through WhatsApp and that is exactly what the management did which I found quite odd. Email should be the first priority.
3. We didn’t know this wasn’t a hotel. The stairs were quite a hassle to move our luggage up and down two flights of long stairs.
4. It was very noisy because of the seagulls, construction, and also the parties downstairs.

So overall if you’re willing to climb stairs and for it to be a bit noisy it’s a great place with a great view and very centrally located.

Best Location and Stay in Porto

This place was wonderful! Perfect location, amazing location and communication with the booking staff 24/7 and they came over quickly if you needed anything. Simple check in process with door code and key to enter, so flexible arrival since it's door code, so easy! Nice kitchen, comfy bed, shower, living room, and washing machine! Really the best location, we walked almost everywhere, simple to find next to the Terre Clergios beautiful Landmark! (It has a laser light show inside at night, 15Euro) I would look forward to staying here again. Only 1 flight of stairs up t the apartment, very spacious. The staff can give you a map and tourist advise if you ask, and they tried to help us book a Duoro Valley port tasting tour & cruise, which was a must do day trip! Be sure to book this in advance, at least a week, a month is best! Last minute for us was limiting and we almost missed out!
The famous \"Harry Potter\" Book store is also a 5min walk, get your ticket at least 2 days in advance to go inside, super crowded.Great trip!
