bnapartments Loftpuzzle is primely located in the Porto centre, just 100 m from central Aliados Avenue and 200 m from historical São Bento Train Station. The elegant studio is 150 m from a metro station.

The apartment is situated in a central location with easy access to shops, restaurant and transport. Note that there is construction work right outside which starts early, this should be aded to the description for transparency. We stayed in the duplex/premier apartment which provides wonderful space for a family of 4 however the stairs can be dangerous for young children. Would be nice to have extra towels. Bathroom is a bit dark. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils, crockery etc. Overall a comfortable stay. Thank you to the receptionist for allowing us to store our bags before check in.

The check in process had a few bumps, but I think it was due to not being able to receive the communications from the property since I was traveling that day; which is critical, since no one is on site and has to meet you there to let you in and get you checked in. Once we got past that hurdle, the place was great and the location is phenomenal, very close to everything per.

Excellent location and service. Check in was super efficient. Studio is Very comfortable for 4. Only negative is that you have to walk up 1 flight of stairs to lift landing w luggage. Pillows too soft. But overall great value for money and I would definitely stay here again if I visit porto.

You can't beat the location. everything there was in close proximity. restaurants, hop on, hop off bus, the train station, you name it. The apartments are nice and clean. The only problem that we encountered was the WiFi. it did not work properly and on our last day we even had to call the property management, they came and fixed it for us. And one suggestion that I have to say - for someone with limited mobility to get to the first floor where the elevator is located can be a problem, so if you have difficulties walking up the stairs, it may not be for you. Otherwise, great property. I would stay there again.

There are a lot of good things about this apartment, friendly and helpful check-in staff, perfect location, clean, spacious. My only recommendation for improvement is to put a sign at the main entrance as it is not a hotel, no front desk service and the entrance is pretty easy to miss.

Good location but staff was not helpful and no service mind. We have huge luggages and the elevator is not available on the ground floor. We didn’t expect someone to carry the luggages for us but at lease should offer some help.

We had 3 apartments in this unique concept “puzzle” apartment which still maintained its European charm in an old remodeled building. It is located in the center of the Porto attractions. Fatima greeted us and explained the puzzle. She was exceptional and gave us lots of extra info on Porto. Can’t wait to go back to Porto and would not stay anywhere else!

Lovely place, great location!
This place is amazing! It's at the center of the attractions, very near the metro & convenient. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen amenities are all in great condition. It is also worth noting that it's unique design is very functional yet still homey and warm. It's unlike a service apartment so they don't provide daily housekeeping or cleaning services, so you have to keep the place tidy, make your bed, dishes, etc. and most importantly throw your trash whenever heading out. We met up with Fatimah and she's very detailed and helpful. We had a great time & won't hesitate to stay again!

This hotel was perfectly located for exploring Porto. It was clean, comfortable, and had a fully equipped kitchen, a nice balcony, and all the required amenities, including a crib, high chair and tub for our baby daughter. Fatima was very helpful during and after check-in and made great recommendations in terms of what to see and where to eat/shop in Porto. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Bnapartments loft puzzle
Wonderful really large apartment with a great set up inside including kitchen, dishwasher and fridge. We had a balcony overlooking the city for a nice glass of wine. There was a sofa sleeper so the room could accommodate more than a couple. The check -in host was waiting for us on our arrival and explained the amenities and how to use them. Also helped us with tips around the city. Great location right around the corner from the metro and train station. Also a great street called rua de Flores around the corner with unique shops and restaurants which led to the river with about a ten minute walk. Would definitely recommend it as the most comfortable place we stayed during our 2 months in Europe.

It is spacious, bed is comfortable and clean though small but other than its alright. The only concern is the bathroom which doesn't have enough lighting and the stain on the floor and the smell from the shower and also the stain on the sofa which is not pleasing at all. The studio apartment was fantastic the moment we booked, where the hosts helped with queries pre-arrival, and the check in process also was fantastic. The apartment is neatly compact with everything well hidden but doesn't feel small at all, with large windows letting lots of light in. The room felt very modern, the kitchen includes everything you need, and bathroom fully equipped too. The building is in a fantastic location that let us travel easily around by foot and then to the train station to make our way to our next destination (Lisbon). Overall nothing else we could have wanted from the apartment, would recommend!

The service was excellent, accomidating and helpful with advice for local restaurants and attractions. Our only issue was the hotels.ca website states there is air conditioning but there wasn't any! Extremely hot while we were there. The hosts offered a reimbursement for one night if we changed hotels but this was peak season and there weren't any options. Also the apartment has a lift but only from the first floor, not the main floor lobby.

Achamos a localização ótima! Tirando uma obra gigante que há do metrô na calçada da acomodação, que não é mencionado e nem mostrado nas fotos! Vc chega achando que ficará numa linda rua! Porém se depara com um buraco imenso! Impossível abrir as janelas, e não há ar condicionado! No verão é bem quente por ali! A limpeza deixou a desejar, uma pena pois a acomodação é super bonita e os móveis de alta qualidade!

Ótima localização. Muito perto da estação de comboios do Porto-São Bento. Não gostamos do barulho que os hóspedes dos outros quartos fizeram pois passamos a virada do ano e muitas pessoas se excederam um pouco nas comemorações. Porém, esse problema não diz respeito diretamente à hospedagem e sim à falta de sensibilidade de outros hóspedes.

O apartamento está localizado próximo à estação São Bento de trens e metrô (5 min a pé). Ele é espaçoso e confortável com uma caldeira de água quente que aquece rápido e também uma lava-louças. Fomos bem recebidos pela Andreia que sempre esteve disponível para nos esclarecer dúvidas. Recomendo a hospedagem.

O BNA Puzzle oferece uma nova forma de hospedagem. É um loft estilo moderninho, com muita praticidade, conforto e espaço, associado a excelente localização. Não ha recepção no local, mas o contato via watsapp foi muito fácil e respondido rapidamente, com todas as orientações necessárias. Atendimento foi muito delicado e atencioso.
No nosso caso, estávamos de carro, o q causou uma despesa extra inesperada de 23 euros por dia de estacionamento (preço pra alta temporada seria de 30 euros /dia). Em frente ao prédio não ha condições de estacionar para descarregar malas.

Just one problem that shower space is so narrow and water come out to floor. My mom almost slip coz the flooding wooden floor. Others are all good.
