Our room was nice and clean. We loved the shower and bedroom. Staff were very friendly. Only issue was the ice machine on 4 floors were not working. Check in staff were able to make a note of it and refill my tumbler.

Parking is a pain so we used the valet. Family Pool was icy, no hot tub, the bar staff was drunk and couldn't even take our order. Other than that the hotel was clean and nice and the room had a beautiful bathroom.

It was definitely a beautiful hotel! Staff members were all amazing & answered any questions I had. Room service was even more amazing with a view of the city! Looking for a lovely weekend getaway go try out The Statler! It’s beautiful & let’s start with the waterproof upstairs was the highlight of the trip! The lady at the front desk was amazing. She was very helpful.
I requested I needed a refund a week prior to arrive for personal reasons that we were unavoidable. The Statler would not grant me a refund nor would Expedia.
I will never stay that again. This was my second time there.

Place seems outdated. Room had zero amenities apart from two bottles of three dollar water. Valet took 45 minutes to get our car. Someone was walking around with the key is his pocket the entire time. Missed our dinner reservation over it. If that wasn’t enough at checkout tried to give us wrong keys again. Won’t be back. Going to the Omni or others for now on.

Came here to celebrate my husband’s Birthday upon arrival I was given a room that was not what I booked online, not only that the room that I was provided was leaking water from the ceiling. Called down to the front desk then I was put in the room I originally booked online. Had I been told up front that I would be put in a different room other then what I booked for to accommodate my stay would have been maybe a little better but being told something so important after check out didn’t set well with me.

The rooftop girl employee was rude. The housekeepers had an urgency to kick me out the room, as I waited for the bellboy. The hotel is an older hotel, even though it’s nice, I feel like the experience with some things made us not want to go back.

This is no longer a premium hotel. Lack of hospitality focus, limited staff don't watse your money on room upgrades because its just Not worth it. Hilton management should clean house and get the staff refocused on the customer experience. Paid to upgrade to a King premium (almost $400) and the room didnt have a view, mini fridge and only 1 sink in the bathroom. Toliet wouldn’t flush and was clogged , tried to call the fromt desk but they didnt answer. You had to text on the app. Hilton needs to hite some staff and train them. They should secret shop the property, what a disappointment.

Nice hotel overall, but definitely not what I’d call luxurious. The elevator and lobby had an unpleasant odor, and the valet service was terrible, even after requesting your car, you still have to go out front and ask again. Honestly, not worth the price point.

Rooms are ok. Bathroom is really nice and elegant. Room needs attention. Furniture is old and outdated. Hotel feels cheap. Not high end. Sorry but I was going to stay on the Omni but I stayed there before and wanted a change. I believe I will go back to the Omni hotel.

I loved it here, staff were super nice and helpful. Waterproof is basically just a club pool parties during the day, club at night with loud music. Drinks are very expensive and 20% gratuity is included. There is another pool on the third level which is quieter and more laid back. The property was modern and they kept everything clean. My favorite thing was the bathrooms in the room. Waterfall shower head and a deep soaking tub. The beds were also super comfortable. The property is also walking distance to the AT&T district and lots of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The Statler Hotel was okay, but a lot of details were disappointing and misleading. The 9th floor pool is tiny—waist-deep at most—and probably fits 10 people max. There are no views, and you have to get to it via a strange staircase.

The rooftop pool on the 19th floor looks like an infinity pool with skyline views and a DJ in the photos, but in reality, it’s just a shallow kiddie pool with no views. They charge $200–$2,000 for a cabana that’s nothing like what’s advertised. Totally not worth it.

They also don’t disclose that you can add one extra person to your room for an additional $20 per night—but they only tell you that in person, not over the phone or online. Communication could definitely be more transparent.

The room itself was average. The shower had no barrier or stopper, so the bathroom would flood every time you used it. Also, there’s no mini fridge in the room, which was frustrating for a hotel in this price range.

The gym was honestly the best part—clean, well-equipped with Peloton bikes and multiple treadmills. Plus, the location is great and walkable to a lot of good restaurants.

Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s not terrible, but the misleading photos, lack of transparency, and poor room design made it a frustrating experience.

I have always stayed here at this hotel because it offers everything I desire in a full-service hotel. It has several on-site dining options and all of them are good, it has great entertainment options for whatever you may be in the mood for, and the staff is very friendly and kind. This is the first time I have driven a car during my stay there and I was taken back that the valet charge is $65 per day which I thought was excessive.

It is a great property with cool amenities and amazing bathroom! However, the hotel is old and rooms are outdated and dirty. Carpets were stained, walls with questionable scratches/mold. Sheets not the cleanest. TV is old and does not allow you to connect your phone. Additionally, the first night was difficult to sleep because of some constant weird water pipe noises. I did not stay in the hotel a lot, but it was not so enjoyable to sleep in.

This hotel is nice, but not for the price they charge. The valet & front desk personnel were very friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful from the outside, the lobby, & the bathrooms were really modern.

Upon first impression of our room, oddly our mattress did not fill up the bedframe. There was a gap at the headboard and footboard about a foot short on each end. The room was also lacking a mini fridge which was unfortunate.

This hotel has two pools. One was completely shaded by check in time and did not have a bar. The other (rooftop) had the bar but I would hardly call it a pool. It was about 15 feet long and 8 feet wide. The only comfortable seating was marked as reserved which I’m assuming they want you to pay cabana prices? We never saw anyone sit there the whole time we were there. Zero shade. The crowd was interesting… not exactly high caliber luxury clientele. I think they allow people who are not staying at the hotel to come up to the rooftop, because there was a sign about the dress code in the lobby by the elevators. They do serve beverages at this pool and our server Jasmina was very sweet.

Real nice hotel but we didn’t feel appreciated. The floor the places us on had some flood remediation going on with load humidity fans. In our room the faucets were broken. We have a 1 year old. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for their pools. The hotel on the top floor is adults only. No kids. The pool they have on a seperate floor, only has access by stairs.. we had to literally carry out stroller up the stairs because our baby was asleep in order to even access the pool.

We don’t take away from house nice the hotel is on the first floor but once again, we simply didn’t feel appreciated for the price.

This property is very overrated. The staff was not engaged or friendly. The pool apparently after a certain time you can’t wear shorts, but if you were already there you are “grandfathered in”, according to the host. I was very let down by this property. There is a lot of hype that is does not live up to.

The room was very nice, although there was only one sink for a double room. Our issue was with the valet service, which told us to self-park because they were busy, as well as the lobby experience. For a Curio Collection hotel, the lobby was full of people walking around in swmsuits, no lobby bar / place to congregate and grab a drink. The roof level pool either needs its own elevator, or limit the pool to only guests. There isn't enough space at the roof top pool so people overflow into the lobby and it took away from the ambiance.

The phone in the room kept making buzzing noises throughout the night every 30 minutes. The bathroom door did not stay shut properly and the blinds were off track. These are not the worst things in the world, but when you pay a premium price for a hotel, there are some expectations like a bathroom door that closes properly and being able to sleep through the night without having to completely unplug the phone

My first request was a room with a view and I was yes but there was no view however the heat didn’t work in the room so I was freezing until about 3am and couldn’t take it and requested to be moved and they hesitated and told me all they can do is give me more covers till the morning but it was too cold and I was too uncomfortable. So they moved me to a better room with heat. The valet lady was sleep in her car two nights in a row the last night I was there I woke her to get my vehicle I had a early flight and she brought me somebody else car because she got the ticket 264 mixed up with 254 & that was because she was sleep walking. But that’s not acceptable to bring someone else car to the wrong person then try to convince me that’s my car lol

The property is probably a 3 star overall but the deluxe rooms are very nice with large bathrooms. The suites are not worth it. Stick with a deluxe room on the quieter side away from HVAC if noise bothers you. The breakfast place, Overeasy, is great!! Also the bellmen are so sweet.
