Area needs microwave, better bed / pillows. Area is very noisy and the upstairs floor was very noisy during our stay. The advertisement said it was all inclusive to include meals and they were not included. So someone dropped the ball with the description of the property.

Location is great, easy access to Spanish Steps, and much more, but it is a Lundy street with a stream of traffic in the day, and loud folks in the night. Nothing that can be controlled. Staff were very kind. We liked the place very much but had difficulty with the electric door lock to our room, and the power must have been blown at 1:30am-2:45 when neighbors came back but was fixed without delay. I would return with a lesson on how the door locks.

6th time in Rome. What a place to visit! The history, the monuments, the friendly people, the food thw weather make this place so great! Highly recommened for the ones haven't been there

First I had to climb a very steep staircase. I did not see that on the site. The woman helped me after I said I could not bring my suitcases up the stairs myself. The room was dark and the bathroom was across the hall! There was no light in the corridor, so I used my phone to go from the bedroom to the bathroom. Not acceptable. They did give me a robe and slippers and the woman ordered a taxi for the morning. In the morning, there was no one to help with the suitcases. And it wasn’t cheap!

Good location with a lot of character. Great restaurants nearby. However, for that character we paid with comfort. The bathroom was large and the amenities looked new. However, it smelled of mold, the toilet seat is attached wrong, and the water for the shower & bath was lukewarm at best. Not worth the price we paid. Also, no breakfast is included if you book through expedia (although it's just a coffee & croissant from a place nearby).

Close to the tourist area.

Many things within walking distance. We did have our own bathroom but not in the room, had to lock and unlock doors to use it. No elevators, you will have to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. Very clean and updated. Only Italian on TV. This was one of the better places we stayed at.

Clean room. Check in was easy and friendly. Amazing restaurant about a 3 minute walk away named Osteria Barberini. Highly recommend dinner or lunch. Allowed us to leave our bags after checkout for free. Very comfy bed.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay! Loved the room, loved the location. It's very close to the metro and literally around the corner from the Spanish Steps, but it's on a side street so it was typically very quiet. Staff were great. The room had a small kitchenette with pots, pan, plates, etc which was great. Perfect if you wanted to cook something quickly. I would definitely stay there again.

Convenient Room Near Spanish Steps

Very clean and comfortable room with small kitchen and refrigerator. The room is conveniently located near the Spanish Steps, but keep in mind that is on an uphill that can take your breath away if you are arriving with luggage. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is only a croissant and a hot beverage next door but is a really good croissant and coffee. The subway station (Spagna) is 5 to 10 minute walk. You will need to actually go down the spanish steps to get to the subway faster if you want.

Hotel was small but clean and nice had a refrigerator & stove. The place was very contemporary only down side was out of the three rooms offered we had a private bathroom but had to go to another room for it having to lock 7 unlock etc. Nice location and close to the metro & many sights within walking distance. We had a total of nine nights in Rome & this place meet our standards perfect four couples 7 singles. Victoria greeted us upon arrival & did an amazing job during our stay she even made sure we have a cab day of leaving. I would definitely book this hotel on our next stay.

The room is located on the second floor in the middle of the block. The windows open up to a great view of daily Roman life. Bathroom in the double room is very adequate, but dont take long hot showers or you wont have enough water for two people. Located about a 2 block walk from Spanish Steps and a 5-10 min walk from the Green/Red/Gray hop on/off bus tour stops for Trevi Fountain.

By far, the receptionist Victoria is the best. As there was a public transport strike the day we left, she did not rest until she found us a cab, even walking three blocks with us and our luggage until she hailed us a cab. Would definitely recommend to any traveller.

300m from Spanish Steps

Check in was pleasant, make sure to contact owner with flight arrival time before hand. No parking, street is very busy and lots of activities for blocks around. Room is very nice, but me and my buddy had to share one giant bed. Very european, just remember a double room is for two people, not two separate beds. Request two separate beds if that is what you need.

Market is close, stovetop in room, air conditioning, and a small flight of stairs to walk up to the rooms. Only three rooms and the owner provided us with breakfast vouchers for the length of our stay. Venturing out today and this is a great base of operations.

Feel like you live in Rome! Great Location! Great Value!

Started our European vacation with a 3 night stay here. Hotel was within walking distance of the Spanish Steps, Metro, upscale neighborhood and GREAT restaurants (Once we realized that restaurants close in the afternoon and open again around 7PM for dinner)--Without the usual congestion. It is on a second floor over some shops without an elevator, but it is not a bad climb.

Actually, every day we took the Metro out to the Forum area and made our way back walking through the city.

Rooms were spacious and private. It feels like a nice, large Bed and Breakfast with excellent rooms. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. I don't know if there was anyone else staying here while we visited.

In the mornings we got free vouchers for a coffee and pastries at the adjacent cafe (they were excellent!).

The staff was courteous and helpful.

We made a mistake in booking and did not take into account the date difference from our flight from the USA, so we arrived a day early. We called the phone number and they actually put us in a better room during our entire trip. Our rate for the extra day was the same as for the correctly booked days. Bathroom had both tub and shower.

When we make it back to Rome, we will definitely stay there again!

Good for the price

We didn't pay a lot of attention att the reservation and were on a budget, so we booked the cheapest room and it had a shared bathroom. Which was fine, clean and had toiletries of quality. We didn't even cross the other people who shared our bathroom.
We received vouchers for breakfast on a local coffee shop, open every day of the week, and had cappuccinos and croissants with that. Although it's a modest breakfast, it was very good.
The only problems were that hot water kept running out, and when we tried to use the stove in the room all power on the B&B went down and we had to call for help.
It hás air conditioning on every room, stairs and doesn't have a sign on the front, so check street view to recognize the entrance.

Great location and vallue

We stayed for five nights and could walk to most major sites. This suite is perfect for active travelers who like comfort and also appreciate good value or are on budget (our room had well equipped kitchen). The caretaker was extremely caring and attentive. The hotel is lucky to have dedicated staff like her.

Close to many of the "must see" attractions

The badn bad breakfast is nestled in a quiet part of the town - little noise from traffic. It is literally yards away from the Spanish steps (around the corner and maybe 30 yards to the top of the steps) and maybe 100 yards from Bernini's Triton fountain. You are literally in the heart of the city.
The room was clean with its own toilet, a brekafast tickets for an espresso (or cuppiccino) and a pastry at a trattoria a few doors down.
Loved the place, and highly recommned staying there.

there is no outside board saying this is the hotel so you have to look carefully at the names of the apartments outside the door.

Sabrina was very kind to my boyfriend and I on our recent stay. Even though she doesn't speak that much English she was very good at showing us where things were. There is no actual "breakfast" just tickets to get a croissant and a drink down the road. Less than 5 minute walk to Trevi fountain, 5 minute walk to Spanish steps. 15-20 min walk to colleseum. We were even able to walk to the Vatican from there, about 30 minutes. Perfect place, definitely recommend!

Myself and my daughter came to stay for 3 days over Easter. We arrived at termini and were able to walk to the accommodation no problem. Greeted by a very friendly and helpful Marija. Our room was perfect for our needs and felt the location was ideal. A safe neighbourhood and very close by to 2 metro stops. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Nice place - bad wi-fi

Nice little place for the money; with only three rooms and limited staff presence, it feels more like a small apartment then hotel. Good safe and pretty location near Spanish Steps and easy access Metro including Termini Station, but neighborhood has very many hotels and feels a bit touristy. I had one major complaint - the wi-fi not work well in my room (signal was weak and would go in and out). I reported it to manager but got no more than "I'm sorry." It worked better in common areas. I don't think managers realize that when wi-fi does not work it is a major hardship for travelers.

Clean! Comfy Beds! Great Location!

This isn't like a regular hotel (no on-site person at night, etc.) but you don't need it. I didn't travel to Rome to sit in and order room service and we knew what sights we wanted to see so the map they provided at check-in was enough. What I did want was a clean, updated room with great beds and comfy sheets/pillows for a good night's sleep. And they have it! It's so important when your are traveling and packing your days full to come back and sleep so well. And we did! The room we had did have an exterior bathroom to it that was only a few steps across the hall but it was again very clean, modern and large. They gave you a key to lock it which helps keep it private. It's in a great location and we felt very safe walking to and from at night or in very very early AM. Taxis had no problem finding the place at all. The staff was very nice and helped us carry our 3 large and heavy bags up the steps upon arrival and again when we checked out. 24hr coffee machine saved the day when we needed a quick pick me up. And finally, the breakfast tickets worked fine with the cafe that was two doors down. Honestly, I searched and searched online through the endless hotels/other room options in Rome at $100.00 + USD a night and so many looked really dingy, outdated and had horrible reviews that just supported my initial thoughts on their photos. BDB was what I had hoped it would be Clean, Modern, and a Great Nights Sleep. Would definitely stay again!

숙소는 b&b 형태이며 도시세 계산시 숙소에 들어갈 수 있는 방법을 알려줍니다
숙소는 작으나 깨끗한 편이며 높은 계단을 올라가야 합니다
수건은 5박6일동안 1회만 교체해주어 아껴써야합니다
세탁기는 없습니다

Muy bien situado, muy cerca de la Fontana de Trevi. Muy buena atención por parte del personal.
La habitación y el baño en general bien, pero hay algunas cosas que mejorar, como el agua caliente que salía prácticamente fría, que no hubiese microondas y la cocina era muy lenta, no reciclan y se usa mucho plástico, y una de las camas estaba hundida.

Eski bir Roma apartmanındaki daire restore edilmiş ve 3 oda olmuş. Resepsiyonist sürekli yok ama ihtiyaç anında ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Oda küçük değil, mutfak var. Banyo bakımlı ve temiz. Loby yok. Lokasyon güzel.

Prima bnb. Locatie fantastisch, ontvangst prima, ondanks dat we pas om 24.00 op de bestemming waren. Rustige locatie op een steenworp van de Spaanse trappen. De Wi-Fi was prima. De gordijnen mogen wel iets dikker, het was vrij licht 's nachts.

Ubicación y personal excelente!

Fue una estadía muy gratificante. Todo fue perfecto. La ubicación está ahí nomás de la plaza barberini, a unas cuadras de la fontana Di Trevi, cerca del transporte público, muy cómodo. El cuarto posee cocina, por lo que nos hizo ahorrar bastante a la hora de salir a comer. Lo mejor fue el personal, muy atento y amable. Siempre nos hicieron sentir de lo mejor. La limpieza excelente. Muy recomendable.

Sehr zentral gelegen hat es uns Spaß gemacht dort zu wohnen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr sauber. Das Bett leider etwas zu weich für unseren Geschmack. Das Frühstück besteht aus einer Tasse Kaffee und einem Hörnchen - die Buchung kann man sich sparen. Direkt um die Ecke an der "Piazza Barberini" gibt es ein tolles Frühstücks Café. Am Abreisetag konnten wir problemlos unser Gepäck bis am späten Nachmittag dort lagern. Fazit: wurden jederzeit wiederkommen !
