Hotel was beautiful, but unfortunately unprofessional service. They are a bit unorganized for a 5-star hotel. For example, I booked a massage and received confirmation, but when I showed up to the appointment the masseuse already had other appointments and mine was not scheduled. It was unfortunate because I planned my night around it and the hotel did nothing to compensate for it and showed little remorse.

Max 3.5 star

Very noisy place. They rent the bar on premises to other non hotel guests for parties. Very difficult to get a good rest and would not recommend this place. Staff friendly, little English but poorly organized property.

Nice stay overall. Great location on the beach, nice pool, staff are friendly, good breakfast, room is decent sized and bed is comfortable.

WiFi on the other hand is spotty and slow and the overall condition of the property could be improved a bit. For example, almost all the small pools on the upper level leak, which means that for the lower rooms, it looks like it’s constantly raining.

Property grounds are beautiful, my dissapoint was with the check in process and the way the staff handled it. They told us Expedia did not send them our reservation so we ended up staying in another property with no amenities. We had to walk in the sand to use the amenities at the hotel. They did give us a descount on the rating, which ended up being a bit lower than the original price but for no amenities, not sure it was worth it. Check in staff was not professional and there was no manager on site to help. We were told the manager had left for the day and would not return. Very dissapointing.
Lorenzo was very nice, after we had finally gotten a room in the other hotel, he was nice to walk us there and got us to have breakfast in the original property, which was much nicer than where we ended up staying. Lady at check in had an attitude and was not friendly at all. For the price charged I would expect a lot more. Please train your reception staff to smile and be more professional and friendly.

Great hotel, poor service

Great hotel in Jeri, fab location near the Main Street and with privileged view to the sea and to the dunes. The room is very comfortable, and they have a small gym and spa. Food quality is ok but the fruit juices are not as tasteful as in the surrounding bars and restaurants. Almost no choice of imported beer. Poor service at breakfast, although they've apologised with a bottle of champagne which was a nice surprise. Very few staff speak English. The reception personnel and manager were very attentive. Kite surfing in Jeri is a must do. We had a free lancer instructor named Fernando who is well qualified and a very good teacher.

Localizado na deslumbrante praia principal de Jericoacoara, o Hotel Essenza se destaca como um verdadeiro oásis de beleza e conforto. Com uma arquitetura que harmoniza perfeitamente com a paisagem natural, o hotel oferece um ambiente acolhedor e relaxante, ideal para quem busca um refúgio à beira-mar. O restaurante do hotel tem um bom cardápio que valoriza ingredientes locais e pratos da culinária brasileira, os hóspedes podem desfrutar de refeições com vista para o mar, o que é muito agradável. No entanto, é importante mencionar que, embora o Hotel Essenza Jericoacoara possua uma localização privilegiada e um atendimento de qualidade, algumas áreas do hotel estão um pouco envelhecidas e poderiam se beneficiar de reformas. Vale a pena a experiência!

Enfim fomos no famoso essenza, hotel perfeito com ótima localização, ótimo atendimento e uma piscina espetacular! Ficamos no quarto com acesso a piscina principal, gostamos muito da experiência e tiramos várias fotos com a Helena( jangada que fica na piscina).
Só não gostamos muito do jantar, fizemos o menu degustação com 5 pratos e a quantidade não agradou.

Hotel frente-mar

O hotel é muito bonito, a localização é privilegiada (na areia da praia) e a equipe é extremamente atenciosa.

No dia de entrar recebi um contato do hotel informando que o meu apt (cult) teve um problema e que não seria possível me hospedar nele. Gerou uma dor de cabeça pequena, precisei envolver a equipe do hoteis.com e conseguiram resolver. Somente este ponto de ruim.

Em relação ao hotel e ao apt cult, muito bom!

Poderia ser melhor!

Razoável, esperava mais do hotel, está precisando de uma reforma, pois as piscinas são pintadas e estão descascando e os quartos estão desatualizados. Café da manhã muito gostoso servido pelo Cleison, muito simpático! Pessoal na noite foi tolerante com 2 quartos que fizeram muito barulho até as 2h da manhã. Hotel bem localizado, tranquilo, mas não vale o valor investido.

Hotel muito bom, piscina no quarto com vista incrível e quarto muito confortável e limpo!
Acho que deveriam se atentar ao volume do som na piscina e especialmente durante a noite. Funcionário passa horas regando um mesmo gramado em frente à piscina, não muito ecológico. Restaurante foi o ponto mais baixo da estadia. Sugiro rever o cardápio e a montagem dos pratos. Camarões vieram com cabeça, patinhas e intestino.

Hotel incrivel, receptividade excelente, a piscina é tudo de bom, o quarto e o banheiro sao grandes e luxuosos, o unico detalhe ficou com relaçao ao ar condicionado que nao gelava bem e a tv que apesar de grande tinha pouca conectividade (smart antiga com softwere ultrapassado). Paguei incriveis 2400 reais em uma diaria, que dava pra comprar um ar condicionado novo. Enfim, foi por uma boa causa.

Check in demorado e desorganizado, pela proposta do hotel esperava um atendimento melhor. Falta manutenção nas piscinas e nos móveis flutuantes que estavam sujos e com lodo. A iluminação do restaurante no jantar é insuficiente.
Já o atendimento no café da manhã é excelente e não deixa a desejar.

O hotel é muito bonito. Abrir a varanda e ter a vista para as dunas é demais. Fiquei no quarto com acesso à piscina geral, o que também é bem bacana. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. Mas a iluminação do hotel (do quarto/banheiro principalmente) é péssima. Tudo muito escuro. O hotel alega que é para dar um clima romântico, mas não é funcional. A comida também não é das mais saborosas. Por fim, tive um problema muito desagradável. Já havia lido algo a respeito mas achei que tratava-se de um caso isolado. Toda tarde - entre 18 e 19h - batem no quarto para entregar um docinho. Um dos dias, estava cochilando e não abri a porta. Quando me dei conta, o funcionário estava abrindo a porta do quarto e entrando! Precisei avisar que havia gente lá dentro. Achei um absurdo entrarem no quarto com o hóspede dentro. Eu poderia estar tomando banho e não ter ouvido a porta, por exemplo. Como seria? Reportei à gerência, que apenas pediu desculpas - como se isso fosse resolver alguma coisa. Após insistir o quão insatisfeita eu estava com a postura do hotel com o ocorrido, e informar que iria reportar a situação na avaliação, recebi até um espumante no meu quarto… enfim, paga-se um valor muito alto pela diária, então eu esperava uma estadia impecável. O quarto é bom, a vista é incrível e é isso. Já fiquei em outros hoteis pelo mesmo valor em que minha experiência foi muito melhor! Não sei se voltaria.

Razoável! Não tinha água quente no chuveiro, avisei e não adiantou nada , o café da manhã é muito fraco , os produtos servidos ficam a desejar e falta uma reforma no local! Agora em relação aos funcionários são nota 10 super educados, atenciosos ! Fechei um jantar degustação que foi maravilhoso!

Péssima experiência. Ficamos hospedado num quarto onde pagamos por vista mar e ficamos de frente pra um painel de madeira.
Nosso quarto tinha uma infiltração da piscina do apartamento de cima e tinha criado muito LODO na varanda do nosso apartamento.
Eles ignoraram nossas reclamações e tivemos que cancelar nossa reserva um dia antes de finalizar.
Péssima experiência. Voltamos a fortaleza com a sensação de ter sido prejudicado pelo hotel. Estávamos comemorando 2 anos de casados e acabou que tivemos um péssimo final de semana.

Muito dinheiro para uma experiência frustrante!

Tivemos uma péssima experiência no dia dos namorados nesse hotel. Seguranças mal treinados com tratamento rude com os hóspedes. Certamente não recomendo a experiência no Essenza, tem outras opções com custo benefício melhor em Jeri. Ah… e outra coisa…Cuidado com os pertences ao sair do hotel! Você poderá se surpreender ainda mais negativamente com esse hotel!

Tive a oportunidade de ficar nos dois tipos de quarto, superior com piscina exclusiva, e inferior, com a piscina maior. os quartos sao iguais, e sinceramente preferi o de baixo, como o hotel é de certa forma pequeno, a piscina não fica cheia ou seja já considerado exclusivo o de baixo...sei la o de cima parecia que estava em um aquario ....mais valeu a experiencia.
Pessoal de atendimento, muito banaca..todos eles.
Café da manha muito bom....
Achei que o restaurante deixa a desejar com opcoes e tambem no sabor, na parte de drinks muito fraco mesmo, poucas opcoes . Fui no hotel do lado vila calango, lá sim os pratos eram tão tops que fui outras duas vezes, e os drinks feitos por quem realmente sabe! O essenza por ser um dos melhores da cidade deveria investir em um cardápio para fazer a diferença, e esta muito longe disso.De modo geral tudo muito bom , mais poderia dizer que o valor da diaria está acima das espectativas.

Fato de permitirem som nos quartos até às 22:00 fica um show de mix junto com o som da piscina. Achei que pelo valor deveria haver critérios de volume de som nos quartos . Restaurante - ficamos 45 min aguardando atendimento no dia que agendamos comemoração de aniversário - menu degustação.
Enfim, não acho que vale escolher esse hotel em Jeri.

Achei os quartos super confortáveis, e as piscinas excelentes, tanto a privativa, como a comunitária no andar de baixo! Poder ver o por do sol do seu quarto na piscina privativa é um luxo! O hotel é agradável. Atendimento muito bom. Apartamento bom ( nada de excepcional ).
O que nos incomodou foi a limpeza do apartamento. Limpeza bem básica.
No quarto dia de nossa estadia solicitei a troca da roupa de cama ( porém esta só foi trocada após uma segunda solicitação ). Na minha opinião um hotel deste nível deveria fazer a troca da roupa de cama a cada 3 dias. Em ambientes de praia transpiramos mais, usamos mais filtros solares, mais cremes hidratantes e isso acaba por deixar a roupa de cama mais “ suja”.

Não vale o preço, você paga pelo marketing

As piscinas são lindas, mas o quarto com piscina tem piso liso o que deixa o quarto inteiro molhado ao utilizar a piscina. Acredito que pelo preço a estrutura deixa a desejar, academia com aparelhos arcaícos, salas de spa que nem deveriam ser chamadas de spa, menu da piscina com poucas opções, café da manhã com itens simples, iguais de hotéis com categoria inferior, único diferencial era o espumante. O quarto não tem nada de especial além da piscina, decoração deixa muito a desejar com itens de baixa qualidade, como painel da TV, toalhas e jogos de lençóis não condizem ao preço pago pela diária. No check in não passaram nem a senha do wifi.

Hotel incrível, fica numa localização privilegiada, no centro da vila de Jeri, estrutura e acomodações excelentes, única coisa que deixou a desejar foram os serviços da recepção! A agilidade em leve nossas malas para o quarto! Garçons excelentes, as massagistas nem se falam, o restaurante do hotel podia oferecer mais opções de pratos! Expectativa frustrada.

Fui para o Essenza para comemorar meu aniversário de 60 anos com uma expectativa de ter feito a melhor escolha e que tudo seria maravilhoso e não foi.O preço que cobram pela diária não corresponde ao que oferecem. O hotel está precisando de manutenção, o café da manhã deixou a desejar. Só não posso reclamar dos funcionários que sempre foram muito gentis e atenciosos. Outro aborrecimento foi na hora de deixar o hotel: o horário de nosso voo era as 17:40 e não foi possível ficar um pouco mais no quarto. Tivemos que ficar esperando na recepção, num calor insuportável pois o ar condicionado estava quebrado.

Luxo em Jer e linda vista

Fui muito bem recebido e atendido. Com relação ao atendimento um agradecimento especial ao Lorenzo que nos recebeu na chegada e ao Douglas que fez o nossos cafés da manhã mais especiais. O hotel tem uma proposta bem intimista, a vista e a piscina no quarto realmente são um grande diferencial. A comida que pedimos também veio ótima. Foi uma estadia especial.

Defeitos: escada que dá acesso aos quartos, saindo da recepção, não possui corrimão, pondo em risco pessoas com acessibilidade comprometida; iluminação noturna dos quartos muito ruim, visibilidade horrível, principalmente para as mulheres; escada que sai dos quarto para a piscina, perigosa, pois estava escorregadia e com limo.

Ficamos no quarto com piscina privativa. Não achei que valha a pena, pois a piscina é bem rasa e sem graça. A piscina do hotel é muito melhor e ainda tem bar molhado. Os quartos sem a piscina tem uma sacada com sofá bem agradável. Os atendentes do hotel são muito atenciosos. A localização do hotel é ótima, bem pé na areia. E com muitos seguranças simpáticos e prestativos.
