Good hotel - close to underground
About 200 yds from underground so easy to get around. Few restaurants local with few shops / more organic healthy shops than ‘normal’ stuff. Breakfast was continental but lots of choice, room large but floor very creaky so midnight trips to loo wake everyone up. We were at the back of the hotel and overlooked a courtyard / great we thought nice and quiet .... until the bins get emptied at 6am - every other day !

Does not resemble room on website. Only feather pillows, despite advance request for anti-allergenic. No fridge in room. Antiquated secondary glazing that did not lock. Safe that did not work. No kettle or drink-making facilities. No toiletries except liquid soap. Badly stained carpet. Only 4 coat hangers for two people. Dirty Y-fronts left in bedside drawer from previous occupant.

When I emailed to ask if late check-in was OK, had no reply. Far too expensive for such a poor quality hotel. Could only find one member of staff on arrival who was wearing headphones and couldn't hear me. When I finally got his attention, I was told \"No -it's not me\" and had to wait for the right person to come along. The entrance is a disgrace and the entire hotel is shabby. From my window I had a view of an abandoned Netto trolley.

Ved ankomst var der en super flink person i receptionen, og heldigivis, for vi måtte bede om toiletpapir fra start af. Resten af opholdet så vi ingen mennesker hverken i receptionen eller ellers.
Der var pænt og rent, og trods tung trafik på gaden foran og u-bahn der kunne mærkes og høres, sov vi fint.
Sæben på badeværelset mindede mest om sulfo, men det er til at overleve.

Leider können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir waren vom Preis- LeistungsVerhältnis sehr enttäuscht und waren froh nur eine Nacht gebucht zuhaben.
Das Treppenhaus lud nicht zum Aufstieg ein. AN einer Stelle fehlte die teppichbefestigung und der Teppich war sehr verdreckt.
An Rezeption wurde man nett begrüßt, aber leider fehlt die Herrlichkeit.
Wir zahlten sofort, leider musste alles mit ec gezahlt werden, da nicht ausreichend wechselgeld vorhanden war.
Im Zimmer angekommen, erwartet uns ein großer schlafraum und eine winziges Bad. Wc und Waschbecken waren i.o. in der Dusche waren Haare, die Brause hielt nicht an der Wand, warmes Wasser brauchte lange, die schiebetüren der duschen waren nicht mehr verbunden, weshalb man Element für Element verschieben musste. Die schiebetüren benötigen unbedingt eine Erneuerung, da hier auch sehr viel Kalk in den Ecken zu finden war.
Das zustellbett war einfach, man vergass das Kopfkissen.
Man kann die Zimmerschlüssel an der Rezeption hinterlegen, was in sofern gut ist, weil es nur 1 Schlüssel gibt. Leider kontrolliert der portier nicht welche Person schlüsselberechtigt ist.

Das „Hotel“ befindet sich in einem ganz normalen Berliner Wohnhaus. Die Bilder auf Expedia entsprachen nicht dem Zimmer welches ich erhalten habe. Es war alles abgewohnt und auch der Teppich war wohl noch der Erste und entsprechend durch und abgelatscht. Das Fenster hatte noch die Erste Einfachverglasung und lies sich nicht richtig schließen. Eine Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden. Mein Bettzeug roch, daher habe ich es nicht benutzt - es war ja warm genug. Man kann den nostalgischen Flair auch mit zB. einem neuen Teppich erhalten - der Standardspruch vom Anbieter zieht also nicht und ist nur eine billige Ausrede wieso dort nichts renoviert/investiert wird. Das Frühstück habe ich vorsichtshalber nicht im „Hotel“ gehabt, es sah nicht gerade einladend aus.

Sowas von Hellhörig
....sowas von hellhörig habe ich noch nicht erlebt: der Nachbar hustet und es hört sich an als ob er neben einem sitzt. Und das ist nicht übertrieben - man hört immer was, das ist normal. Aber hier ist es der Grund, daß in einer sehr großen Altbauwohnung aus der Gründerzeit Zimmer abgetrennt wurden. Und das sind anscheinend nur einfache Rigipsplatten, die das teilen. Sonst sieht alles nett aus und ist auch ansprechend eingerichtet, wenn auch nicht so toll wie auf den Fotos.
JEDES Wort was nebenan gesprochen wird ist zu verstehen, ohne daß laut gesprochen wird. Das muß man in Kauf nehmen wollen.

Det var ett okej hotell med de bekvämligheter man behöver när man bara sover där och äter frukost. Duschkabinen på toan var lite ofräsch annars bävar det rent och såg okej ut.

Altes Gebäude mit Doppelglasscheiben. Mein Zimmer war über einer mehrspurigen Hauptstraße, daher ein wenig laut. Einfaches Frühstück. Viel Platz aber im Zimmer und bequemes Bett und freundliches Personal. Kein Luxus, aber wer einfach nur übernachten will wird gut bedient und die Lage ist super. Rewe um die Ecke und die Berliner Messe zu Fuß erreichbar -- und darum ging's mir.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern da. Das Hotel ist schön etwas älter um die 100 Jahre. Im Treppenhaus ein Fahrstuhl aus alten Zeiten, interessante Bauweise aber er fuhr.
Das Personal beim Check in sehr nett und bemüht. Das Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Trotz sehr hoher Decken keine Spinnweben oder Getier an Decken und Wänden das hat überrascht. Die Betten sehr bequem u sauber. Das Bad ist ein Bad mit allem was dazu gehört. Kein Schnick Schnack aber alles da was man benötigt. So war es sauber nur die Wandfliesen neben dem Waschbecken müssten öfter gewischt werden. Ansonsten nichts zu meckern. Zimmerservice jeden Tag. Der Fußboden knirscht leider sehr, sodass nachts ein Gang zur Toilette die schlafenden störte aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Das Frühstück war ok. Nichts besonderes aber für jeden was dabei. Der Frühstücksservice etwas muffelig (schaut genervt) aber dennoch bemüht alles aufzufüllen u Tische abzuräumen.
Das Personal beim Check in sehr nett und bemüht. Das Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Trotz sehr hoher Decken keine Spinnweben oder Getier an Decken und Wänden das hat überrascht. Die Betten sehr bequem u sauber. Das Bad ist ein Bad mit allem was dazu gehört. Kein Schnick Schnack aber alles da was man benötigt. So war es sauber nur die Wandfliesen neben dem Waschbecken müssten öfter gewischt werden. Ansonsten nichts zu meckern. Zimmerservice jeden Tag. Der Fußboden knirscht leider sehr, sodass nachts ein Gang zur Toilette die schlafenden störte aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Das Frühstück war ok. Nichts besonderes aber für jeden was dabei. Der Frühstücksservice etwas muffelig (schaut genervt) aber dennoch bemüht alles aufzufüllen u Tische abzuräumen.

Mittelklassiges Hotel in guter Lage
Check-In war, o.k., aber auch nicht besonders freundlich. Hotel liegt in einem alten Stadthaus, mit Arztpraxen drin, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, mit Doppelfenstern, nix besonderes. Sieht man häufiger in Berlin, halt nicht so teuer. Wir hatten ein Drei-Bett-Zi, groß, relativ weiche Betten, nix besonderes, aber relativ ruhig für Messenähe. Frühstück war inklusive, aber ist auch nix besonderes, schlechter Kaffee, kein Rührei, alles nur abgepackt, reiner Self-Service.

Wir haben 3 Tage übers Wochenende in diesem Hotel übernachtet und fragen uns, wo die positiven Bewertungen herkommen. Frühstück sehr lieblos zubereitet, teilweise fehlten die Aufschnittgabeln, so dass die Gäste die Wurst mit den Fingern sich genommen haben. Keine Zuordnung für Käse bzw. Wurst. Normalerweise gibt es in Berlin super Brötchen, diese hier waren einfach nur schlecht. Um einen Frühstücksraum ansprechend zu gestalten, sollte man vielleicht mal über Tischdecken nachdenken. Die Dame vom Frühstücksservice ohne jemals ein Lächeln. Während der Frühstückszeit war sie immer wieder verschwunden, um in der oberen Etage gleichzeitig sauber zu machen. So etwas geht gar nicht.
Im Bad durfte man nicht in die Ecken gucken, total ungepflegt und schmutzig, ebenso die Dusche. Auch Duschgeel welches leer war, wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Auf dem Flur, die Schwellen einfach nur abgeranzt und der Staubsauger kommt auch nicht in die Ecken, staubig.
