Chauffeuring a young lady from London to Brussels I just needed a bed for the night before returning to London.
As the hotel states check-in closes at midnight I was delighted to be received at 00.30. Secure parking is imperative to me so was pleased spaces were available.
As they say, you only get what you pay for, the Eurocap met my requirements.

It is tidier inside than the outside suggests. The lift broke down when we used it and our shower was not operational- the water squirted out the back of the handle instead of the rose.

The tiles as the base of the shower were broken and cracked, causing an extremely sharp floor area from the edge of the broken area. My family member stepped into the shower and their foot was cut because of this, bleeding heavily and requiring stiches. The rooms were also pretty junk. Avoid.

Having read other reviews, I was wary about my stay. However, it was definitely adequate. The room was a little tatty but well-cleaned and spacious, and the mini-kitchen was a bonus. The surrounding area was quiet. The room did smell of smoke and the bed was uncomfortable, but it wasn't a bad option for the price.

Well the location was sketchy and the parking was horrendous. My room smelled like a chain smoker was just there. The window did not work properly, there were broken things in the restroom. My wife did not feel safe and neither of us could rest. This was definitely not the location that I read about and looked up on Hotels.com. Bad advertising!!! I also never stayed in the hotel asked for a refund for the second night and was told that they couldn’t do that?!? Really? So overall this was a horrible vacation experience! Thanks Hotels.com

Not worth it

This stay was simply a proof of respectlessness, room interior was old worn, and significant signs of usage. Hotel workers were loud and noisy, actually yelling to each other in the early morning hours, so no need of an alarm clock 😉 the free breakfast, was the cheapest white bread a super market can offer, and the cheapest cereals together with a very low optionality. No where in the hotel did I meet a worker with work clothes on, they were all\"civilians\"so you never really knew who were guest and who are employees??

Find something closer to the city.

Hotel was ok, but parking is very tight and difficult for anything other than a compact car. Hotel was also located far from anything one would want to see. It would be worth it to find another hotel closer to city center if you wanted to do anything other than sleep.

Kettle did not work (asked foir another one and were given one next day), the shower was so yuck that could not bring ourselves to use it every day. The drain in the shower was partially blocked by, probably some previous guests hair, the shower door in scary condition. No ceiling lights - dark room after dusk . Room itself spacious, nice, kitchen tiny but functional. breakfast good, but one day the milk was gone off (replaced after pointed out). No other problems - well all right if you need to be close to some place or want to save.

Terrible hotel, would never recommend it

The pictures of the hotel look too nice. The rooms don't look good, very old and outdated. It should be thorn down. I'm surprised Expedia even offers such hôtels in the choice. We put the water heater on and it took the electricity of the whole room down. They could not repair it and we had to change rooms.
Parking is extremely narrow in the garage, dangerously narrow.

Well not easy to find if you drive to, as the road is no entry from the main road, you will need to go around and around to find it.
Breakfast very simple I mean very poor quality.
Room very cold, heating work but not on capacity to warm the room.

We took this hotel because it is relatively close to the stadium and we were just staying overnight after a concert. The hotel is very simple and we knew that, and the staff was kind and welcoming, but the room was terribly hot, not very clean and one window was broken. The hotel has a higher rating than it should, as the room had a safe, heating and minibar but none of them worked.

1 nite in Brussels!!

It's a small hotel with limited amenities. The rooms are more like extended-stay suites with kitchen. But the facilities are quite old and not upgraded. The breakfast buffet was very basic. Wi-fi was good. Overall an average experience.

For the money, this place is a steal. Not fancy, but even that rate includes a decent continental breakfast. Free parking, friendly staff, neighborhood is working class, but a bus to downtown Brussels is not far. Not that many nice restaurants in the area.

Def would not recommend.

Checked in late and found no parking available within blocks of the hotel so we decided to follow the sign for hotel parking. It put me into a very situation in a parking garage that had roughly 8 spots in it. Had to park two blocks from hotel. I was lucky to get back out of the garage area without damaging other vehicles. Neighborhood was very suspect at best. Room was dirty and bathroom shower disgusting. My kids did not feel safe to to warning sign from hotel staff within hotel cautioning about theft. Tried to opt out of second night but was threatened by staff that I couldn't. upon checking out was told my CC didn't work so had to use my daughters. I then ended up with some CC fraud and discovered that I was actually charged for my stay on both cards. Feel strongly that suspect things were done with my CC info.

We needed a hotel in the vicinity of the UZ and the Eurocap was adequate for a one night stay. It is basic and in need of decorating in the corridors however it's clean and the bedroom was spacious. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the on site car parking was secure and monitored from the reception area.

The hotel was a bit basic..ie no tea, milk or coffee in room. Room was ok though. However main issue, Parking was not good had to reverse down a very narrow covered alley way with only one space available for the large sprinter i had. Normal vivario etc would be ok. But cant park on road outside for more than 2hrs during day. Personally i left van at hotel and got taxis in which cost €20 a trip but couldnt risk having no space to park when returning from site as reception said it was a first come first served situ with parking.

Chap on reception was very helpful though.

I would give it a 6 out of 10.

Nothing very exciting about the hotel and rather a gruff welcome, but afterwards and otherwise all was good. The room was perfectly clean and spacious enough, the breakfast was good and plentiful and daytime staff very helpful. You can get to Brussels and around easily by public transport. Don't orget to visit Mini Europe.

The hotel was Great, good buffet breakfast. Only the guy in the afternoon shift at the front desk wasn't friendly AT ALL, but the morning guy and the overnight guy were great and very friendly. The room was very comfy and I loved the small kitchen so we cooked our dinner.

Well, it was good as a place for one night stay, but it is like a motel, you can rest there but nothing especial or enjoyable, it was an old house with somechanges, a small sandy yard used as a bad conditioned parking, but the beds was good. And the room was satisfactory for onenight stay.

The general decor is very passé, the quilt was stained, but considering how little we paid, the hotel delivers much more than can reasonably be expected. We had a three-person room, with kitchenette, TV and big bathroom. There was a 24-hour reception service, good breakfast and even parking spaces at the back. Staff was polite and helpful. So in a nutshell, if you're on a very tight budget or even if you just need someweher to crash for the night, this is the place to go. If you're the type who likes to spend lots of time in a hotel, go elsewhere.

I know this is a budget rate hotel, but still. The hotel was unclean, there were lots of work ongoing such as wiring sticking from the walls, there was a feeling the hotel was not ready for use. I asked for an iron but none was available. When I checked out, I wanted to sign the bill rather than apply a pin code for my corporate card and got into an argument with the clerk who refused and balked that I should find another card and pay with it, which I obliged. I know it must have been a misunderstanding but still not the best client service and not a good ambience at the hotel.

DONT stay here. Youll regret it as much as we did!

This is the crappiest hotel I have ever been to. Don't stay here if you can. Although it is considered a free smoking area, there was smoke ALL over the halls and you can smell it in our room too. While there is a kitchen with 2 stoves and a small fridge, there wasn't a single pot, pan, bowl, plate, utensil, nothing. There is black mold in the bathroom and it's obvious there is more around the building. EVERY time we wanted to open our door, we had to go back to the front desk to get our card re-fixed. This was a nightmare of a place. There are even roosters right next door.

Distante 600m da estação do trem de subúrbio de Jette que te leva a Bruxellas Central por 2.50 euros em 30 minutos. Bom chuveiro e colchão. Tinha uma pequena cozinha, mas sem equipamentos suficientes. Acesso ao primeiro andar por escadas. Limitador de tamanho de carro e quantidade limitada a 10 vagas no estacionamento.

Camere con mobili sporchi, macchiati e danneggiati. Tende in luogo di scuri o tapparelle. Le tende sono sfilate e sporche. Assenza di asciugacapelli. Cassetta di sicurezza disponibile ma non funzionante.
Non c’è l’ascensore.
Gradini delle scale stretti e alti.
La struttura quindi non è adatta ad anziani o persone con difficoltà deambulatorie.

Als je als hotel jezelf aanbied dat je hotel in Groot-Bijgaarden ligt en het dan Jette is, is natuurlijk iets ander. Enkel en alleen de Franse taal spreekt is zeer onvoldoende in een meertalig land. De kamer zelf dan. Op verschillende plaatsen lagen de vloerplanken gewoon los, net als plinten, de tv was geen enkele zender Nederlands talig, alleen Arabisch, de wc kon niet dicht vanwege een kapot wc bril, deur van badkamer ging niet dicht, gordijnen konden niet dicht, kortom, dit is het allerslechtste hotel wat ik ooit bezocht heb. Ik reis vaak maar dit verdient voor mij nog geen 3!

Koelkastje en de tv defect, geen airco wel een ventilator.
Geen ontbijt, lift gaat tot 3e verdieping, naar de 4e verdieping verder lopen. Douchen in bad met gordijn. Kraan op de verkeerde muur. Het leek wel schoon. Prijs 94,00 euro tov de kwaliteit te hoog.
Voor een nacht en niet meer, als er geen ander hotel beschikbaar is!

Hotel à fuir! Parking est un bien grand mots! Seulement 8 places en souterain, avec des places microscopique, si une voiture se met a coté vous ne pouvez plus ouvrir votre portiere! Matelas tres mou, télé minuscule loin du lit, 1 seule chaine francaise qui fonctionne, on va demander a la reception, aucune aide n'est possible et on nous mens sur la presence dun technicien le lendemain. 1 prise qui fonctionne dans la chambre, donc si vous voulez vous sechez les cheveux ca sera a coté du lit, sans miroir. Nous avons payés 2 nuits, nous sommes partis avant, donc une nuit payée pour rien mais cetait impossible de rester dans ce taudis. Inadmissible que cet hotel soit encore ouvert !

De locatie was goed, relatief dichtbij het centrum en de snelweg.
De trap naar de kamers is erg smal qua diepte van de tredes en daardoor onhandig.

De kamer is erg verouderd, stoffig, te zien is dat eerdere bezoekers er niet netjes mee omgegaan zijn (sigaret brand plekken op de wasbak bijvoorbeeld).

De pootjes van de bedden waren duidelijk diverse keren omgeknakt. Ook ik zakte door het bed bij slechts rustig er op zitten.

Het beddengoed heeft oude vlekken die er niet uit gaan in de was.
Het hoofdkussen was versleten van binnen en zo plat als een dubbeltje.

De douche hebben we niet willen gebruiken.

Het pand is ook zeer gehorig.

Voor €75 per nacht hadden we andere verwachtingen.

La chambre était grand, mais glaciale malgré j’ai mis le chauffage à fond. Le lit est tres etroite80 cm. Les murs pas bettes, le cadre de la porte n’est pas fini. Dans la salle de bain en-dessus manque carrément un cachetage . Tâches de cigarettes au niveau de l’évier et lunettes de WC.

L'endroit est vetuste, notre literie et nos serviettes etaient tachées sans parler de l'état du matelas !!
Les fenêtres étant tres fines nous avons ete reveillees plusieurs fois dans la nuit ou par les bruits dans les couloirs. Notre chambre etait hyper glaque.
Pas de petit dej en raison du covid ce qui netait pas precisé sur l'annonce donc nous navions rien prévu... bref aucune chance qu'on y remette un jour les pieds !

Het hotel heeft dringend een opknapbeurt nodig. Overal zijn duidelijkesporen van sleet (stukjes kalk uit de muur, stukjes af van het meubilairen, geen licht meer in de traphal) en het geheel is verouderd. De oorspronkelijke voorzieningen waren goed maar die zijn in de loop der tijd vervangen met goedkopere alternatieven. Zo is er een klein keukentje in de kamer maar de frigo is ooit vervangen van een tafelmodel naar amper de helft. Tv werkte niet naar behoren enz. Het personeel was beleefd maar niks meer. Het was ondanks alles wel netjes. Wij hebben er overnacht omdat we de volgende ochtend heel vroeg in het uz brussel moesten zijn daarvoor was dit een geschikt hotel maar zeker niet voor een vakantie.

Cheap but dirty

Cheap hotel but it was really dirty. Especially the bathroom felt unsanitary.
