The service was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was lovely, the free WiFi was very fast, and the general architecture and interior of the hotel was very good, felt premium and pleasant.
However there was not good soundproofing in my room (202) from the adjacent room. You could hear people talking in the adjacent room quite clearly, and at some point the sound of running water (as if someone was having a shower) was loud enough that it prevented me from sleeping. For this issue I have removed one star.

For such a small hotel, I love how clean the hotel is. From the lobby, dining area, gym, and my room. The staff were excellent and I felt safe staying here. The location is near the train station so convenient. It is a 15-20 min walk to the downtown area of Brussels. Definitely recommend this hotel for everybody (even solo travellers!)

Room was comfortable though we didn’t like the toilet being directly adjacent via just a glass screen. Nice staff, good breakfast. Restaurant seemed quiet at night and rather expensive. The hotel is situated on a main road with plenty of traffic noise, though the windows insulate some of it. It’s a trek to the train station for transfers so a taxi would be advisable to and from the train station for those. The roof bar looked like it had been closed all summer! Not much in the way of facilities, though you don’t expect a lot of these from a city hotel.

It's a new property with a lot of potential, but they have to work out some startup problems. In our case, we went through multiple rooms with broken shower faucets. Very solvable, but clearly still a problem. The elevators had problems too. We had a good start otherwise. Nothing will fix the dodgy neighborhood, but you may not care about that. Breakfast was great.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a solo business traveler. The room was modern and comfortable, with a super-comfy bed, high-quality linens, and everything spotlessly clean. All the complimentary items were provided, including bottled water, tea, and coffee. I also opted for the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a wide selection, from made-to-order omelettes to fresh fruit, pastries, and more.
The staff were outstanding. The receptionists, as well as all other team members, were friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to work here, which created a very welcoming atmosphere.
One note: the bathroom has a very modern glass design, which looks stylish but doesn’t offer much privacy. For couples, this might not be ideal. Also, the view from the breakfast area overlooks some graffiti on the street outside. A suggestion would be to consider frosting the lower windows for a more pleasant dining experience.
The neighbourhood has a strong multicultural feel, and there’s a great little restaurant just 50 meters away that’s worth trying.

Loved the hotel, great bathroom amenities that lots of hotel no longer offer (dental kit, comb, slippers, etc). Knew it was not central - not close to grand place when we booked .. it allowed us to explore other places we probably wouldn’t if we stayed near grand place, area felt safe. Staff were attentive and nice (one per shift at the lobby) even brought our luggages to our rooms(adrives early and left our luggages and when it was check in time our luggages were already delivered to our room). Only wish the bathroom had more privacy, you can see through the clear bathroom doors. Close to public transport, there’s bus stop right across the hotel and metro a 5-10min walk.

Our twin room had everything we needed, pillows and bedding were excellent quality and the white fluffy towels were super soft. They were very eco friendly and provided so many little luxuries in the room too. The walk in shower was like a spa and the tv was huge, we slept well and were extremely comfortable. Our room over looked the patio where you could have breakfast and drinks and it was quiet at night.

What a lovely time at the Liman hotel. Our check-in experience was positively delightful with Clement who not only made the process smooth, quick, and straightforward, but the man was truly hilarious and had us laughing hysterically. Would stay here again just to interact with him. Further, they were soft opening the new rooftop lounge and they let us take a look before they closed for the night.. the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, and this new rooftop is going to be a stunner! The room was fantastic, the perfect space for us with a charming design. Couldn't ask for more, highly recommend Liman!!!

The staff was excellent and managed to find, after many phone calls, to find the taxi driver who had my phone. He had charged me (an 80 year old woman with her 11 year old granddaughter, 40 euros and took 40 minutes to reach the Liman from MIDI station when it should have been a 20 minute drive. An excellent three nights in Brussels was the result.

In general, the staffs were quite friendly, but there have few flaws that would have to be complained about;
- No air-conditioning under alike >30°C weather, not too sure if the air-conditioning system was out of order or not, but thankfully that the staff on the reception did offer us a portable fan, it's not that perfect, but it is understandable

The staff are professional, nice and helpful. The hotel is nice with modern decoration in the entrance area, our room and the breakfast place. The breakfast is great with lots of choices, we especially like those fresh juices. The service is excellent. They also offered us 10% discount in having dinner in their restaurant. Clement is very nice and help us to book a taxi to the airport. He also told us to take some bread with us because we didn't have time to take our breakfast.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was so new and clean and came with all the amenities you need, including slippers! The beds were very comfortable. The quality of the hotel was really similar to staying at the Four Seasons hotels. The staff was so nice and we especially appreciated the breakfast staff! The breakfast is delicious and we enjoyed eating there every morning to fuel up for the day. The only downside for some people may be the bathroom, there needs to be more frost on the glass doors since there isn’t much privacy.

If I were the owner of this hotel, I would sue whoever designed the bathroom. The bathrooms have GLASS DOORS. there is no privacy. About 2 vertical feet of the door is frosted, however, when I was sitting up in bed, I had a direct and clear view of the toilet seat, bowl, and EVERYTHING. I stayed in the twin room with my dad. This was very uncomfortable. Even if I was staying here with my partner, I would not want this.
Also, the flow of the shower overpowers the drain speed so the bathroom will flood if you’re not careful.
The staff were apologetic but also this is a colossal issue that cannot be fixed over night. I would stay here again but only after they fixed this. Otherwise it was SO weird.

There was zero hot water and the bone-chilling ice-cold water that did come out of the spouts just trickled. Standing there and shivering while trying to splash ice-cold water on yourself after a long day of travel and sightseeing was not what I had in mind. And the shower looked so new and beautiful. I guess when one is expecting a spa-like experience and doesn't receive it, it's a matter of style over substance and it truly was the only downfall this hotel had.
In terms of the location of the hotel, I personally liked that it was a little outside the city center because the noise level wasn't bad at all and I had my window open a crack all evening.
