The room was horrible. The hallway leading to the room had a noxious smell of cleaning product and mold for the entire week stay. The room was dirty - dust in corners and other dirt (a dead fly). There was black mold on the walls by the windows and in the shower. The furniture and doors were damaged (looked like someone punched one) and the walls scuffed. There was only a very small radiator for heating - absolutely not sufficient. The lines (towels and bed sheets were stained. YUCK.

This place has a functional kitchen in the room, reliable wi-fi, and rather large room. It is located in the walking distance from the North Train Station on the safe side, and from the Flixbus station as well.

Adequate but iffy

Serviceable for a brief stay but very dingy. Had exactly one of many things (mug, towel) but did come with soap in the bathroom and kitchen. Included instant coffee/tea, sugar, and powdered cream which was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and clean, shower left a lot to be desired. Area of town felt quite sketchy; if you like to get home after dark I would pay the extra money to stay in city center, especially if you are solo and/or female.

The accomodstion served its purpose of providing a roof over our heads. However no net curtains covering the large windows. Limited crockery including one broken wine glass. Weak shower. Odd smell in the apartment. Strong smell of cigarettes and cannabis. Limited cleanliness. Near the red light districr.

I enjoyed my stay in the Condo Gardens for one week. But there was an unfortunate incident: the hotel staff barged in to do a measurement of hot water temperature when I was sleeping. This was totally unnecessary disturbance.

Additionally, when I told them that this was not a good thing and I did not appreciate it, the manager in charge gave me the worst attitude ever.

OK, you get what you pay for

I stayed for two weeks, for a visit in my country and city of origin (I am Belgian).

The place is located near a major train, bus, subway and tram station. The 10 minute walk to the station takes you through a pleasant area: the renovated Gaucheret 'hood and \"Manhattan\", i.e. the district business with some nice buildings (if you like modern architecture, as I do). You can easily walk to the center of Brussels in 20 minutes.

The furniture is cheap, but so is the price. However be warned, the bed consists in a thin mattress on a solid wooden foundation. They could improve at least that.

When I arrived there were cobwebs in the corner of the windows. I told the manager and he quickly had the problem solved.

Staff was nice and multi-lingual - the manager speaks excellent French, Dutch and English, and IIRC is German.

Nice place close to the centre despite problems

+ The appartment was nice and in good condition, it was good value for money (two rooms with bathroom and with a kitchenette). I stayed there for a week, and it was quite comfortable. It is located in a quiet surroundigs and not far from the centre (some 20 - 25 minutes walk from the Grand Place).

Location scary at first but turned out great

we got lost looking for the place and it was in a neighborhood that seemed dangerous to be, but it turned out the people were very kind and helpful. one man graciously went out of his way to walk us to the condo (God bless his heart). we were received warmly and check-in was efficient. the kitchenette was sufficient.
train station north was a 10 min walk and the city center about 20 min from there. lots of touristy things to see within walking distance.

Checked in fine at 3 in the morning. Pleasantly surprised by facilities, small welcome pack etc. Room situated at the rear of the building overlooking small garden which was very clean and tidy. Only minor complaint was the room had an unusual odour, don't know if it was stale smoke or not. We didn't feel worried walking around, it just seemed like an ordinary residential area. Handy location, tram stop to city a 5min walk away.

En general todo necesitaba bastante limpieza. La cocina estaba sucia, la placa de cocina muy sucia , el radiador peligroso, el mueble del baño se caía a trozos y todo el baño lleno de moho negro y oxido. A una cama le faltaba una pata y aunque se lo decíamos todos los días a la gente de recepcion nadie venía a mirarlo y arreglarlo. Lo único bueno es que era muy espaciosa.

Petit appartement pratique. Par contre l’environnement est problématique, pas d’épiceries à proximité. À quelques minutes de marche se trouvent des secteurs très délabrés et la misère humaine est palpable. Ce ne serait pas prudent d’y sortir seul le soir, encore moins si on est une femme.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen und das Raumklima ist definitiv gesundheitsgegährdent!! Feucht, Schimmel, schmutzig und allgemein abgeranzt. Anders kann man es nicht beschreiben. Wir hatten ein Studio für 2 Nächte gebucht und sind nach der ersten Nacht abgereist. Bitte Vorsicht!!

Cool pour une nuit

Nous avons passé une nuit entre amis. C'était confortable et spacieux , calme , bon chauffage de la chambre.
Juste les rideaux qui ne cache pas bien la lumière du soleil dès le matin. Sinon excellente communication check in et out super simple et rapide .

Arrivée à 19h10, nous n'avions pas reçu de codes pour entrer dans l'établissement. On s'est retrouvés bloqué à l'entrée pendant 10min. Le quartier n'est pas des plus accueillants.

La dame qui nous a reçue a l'accueil était agréable, surement le seul point positif de l'établissement.
Appartement au 2eme étage, odeur forte de cigarette et d'humidité dans les couloirs, de même dans la chambre avec chauffage beaucoup trop chaud. (Radiateur grille pain branché sur une prise, pas d'autre chauffage)
Les murs sont très abimés, les carreaux près des fenêtres sont cassés et laissés sur place tel quel (inutile de préciser le danger). Humidité au plafond avec des traces de gouttes d'eau. 1 seule fenêtre sur les 3 s'ouvre correctement. Les deux autres menacent de tomber.
Un des 3 lits n'est pas du tout stable.
Le carrelage dans la salle de bain est cassé, le bac a douche est mou et s'enfonce sous le poids d'un adulte.
Les joints silicone sont moisis et pleins de champignons.

L'ensemble de l'appartement est sale, en déplaçant les lits pour échanger avec le lit instable, il y avait pleins de saletés en dessous, des prises électriques à nues !!!
Des mégots derrière les toilettes et sur le rebord de fenêtre.

Pour le prix, l'état du logement est tout simplement scandaleux.
Jamais nous n'avions payer pour un appartement dans cet état.
Réserver ailleurs et le meilleur conseil que je puisse donner aux touristes.

Pour hôtel.com, merci de vérifier les biens que vous proposez ....

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Bahnstation und man kann vor Ort kostenpflichtig parken. Check-In ist tatsächlich erst um 16 Uhr möglich und die Rezeption ist vorher auch nicht besetzt. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt und hatten alles was wir brauchen.

Die Gegend ist gruselig, sehr dreckig aufgrund vor Ort schlafende Obdachlose, das Gebäude alt und heruntergekommen stinkt überall nach Zigaretten Rauch, das Zimmer stank muffelig nach Feuchtigkeit, Decke war mit Schimmel im Wohnraum und vor allem im Bad mit grünen Schimmel bezogen, das Bad schmutzig und mit starkem Urin Gestank. Die Betten alt und unbequem, durchgelegene Matratzen. Tür zum Apartment nur im abgeschlossenen Zustand möglich, da die Tür sich selbstständig öffnete. Die Gegend auch bei Nacht total Laut und unruhig, Flugzeug lähmt sehr stark (am frühen Morgen). Wir planten 2 Nächte Aufenthalt sind direkt nach der erste schlaflose Nacht abgereist, sicher kein 3 Sterne Unterkunft Jugendherberge sind sauberer.
Überhaupt kein preis Leistung Verhältnis!!!
Einzige positive einfache Check in, Haustiere erlaubt, Eingangstür mit Gitter gesichert nur für Gäste und Mitarbeiter zugänglich, Private Parkplatz (gegen Gebühr).

Hervorzuheben ist die nette Dame an der Rezeption. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft selbst ist ein wenig Renovierungsbedürftig. Von einem nicht ganz so sauberen Bad, eine Toilette die nachts sehr laute Geräusche von sich gibt, bis hin zu sehr knarrenden Betten, kaputten Steckdosen wären noch einige Dinge zu nennen. Positiv ist die zentrale Lage und kurze Entfernung zur nächsten Metro Station. Nur drei Haltestellen und man war im Zentrum von Brüssel.

Dirty, smells like mold. Lonely men drinking and shouting during the night and banging the doors. Not safe for a female traveller. Would never go again and would never hope the experience for anyone.
The lady at the reception was lovely. Otherwise the place was the most horrible place i have ever stayed. Do not go there.

Close to tram station THOMAS to easy access to the center of town. Room 202, 4 beds, tea kitchen and fridge. Very varm in the room, no AC, only windows to open.
Very friendly staff. Ekstra parking in closed indoor place.
No elevator but stairs.

Ho fatto un firmato che se volete posso girare ma ora risulta troppo pesante il file dunque vi mando intanto le foto. è veramente indecente che bisogna dennciare e al meno mi deve dare la possibilità di cancellare la mia prenotazione per altre sere.ovviamente con i rimborsi adeguati.　che praticamente non sto riuscendo a dormire.

This appartments hotel is good if you want to stay with a reasonable price for a long or short stay in Brussels. The building needs urgently refreshment and renewal but the rooms in general are good! The kitchen helps you to prepare a small lunch or dinner however there are some restaurants around not so good though, neither very close to the hotel, you have to walk a little. Transortation is easy by thetram or bus. Personel were very kind and helpful. Overall a nice stay!

Secondo me rappresenta una sistemazione per chi non ha tante pretese.
Le cose positive da segnalare è che si trova vicino alla gare du nord, il wi-fi in camera funziona molto bene e il personale alla reception è tranquillo e ti aiuta se hai qualche problema.

Preiswertes Appartment in Einwandererviertel

Sehr geräumiges, helles Appartment mit Kitchinette, 2 getrennten Betten und ausreichend Schrankraum in ruhiger Nebenstraße, 10 Fußminuten nordwestlich des Brüsseler Nordbahnhofs. Gebäude und Einrichtung haben ihre besten Tage leider hinter sich. Das wirklich freundliche Personal bemüht sich, Abhilfe bei den Mängeln zu schaffen (eine der beiden Kochplatten funktionierte nicht, beim Einschalten flog mehrfach die zentrale Sicherung heraus, es gab zunächst keine Kochtöpfe, Gabeln und Handtücher).
Gutes Fernsehgerät mit Programmen in unterschiedlichen Sprachen (in Deutsch: ZDF). Keine Endreinigungsgebühr, auch bei Kurzaufenthalt. Das Haus hat einige sichere Parplätze (wichtig, da es im gesamten Stadtteil nur kostenplchtige Parkplätze gibt und man an den Straßen meist nur wenige Stunden parken darf..

今回、ブリュッセル近郊で約2週間滞在し、３泊程で様々なホテルに滞在しました。
まずは、宿情報にお風呂付有りの部屋もあると書いてありましたが、宿泊した部屋には無い為、お風呂付きの部屋で追加滞在しようとしましたが、お風呂はどの部屋も無いと言われました。
また０階の部屋(ロビー階)のせいか、トイレは下水の臭いがかなりキツく、洋服にも臭いがうつるくらいでした。
Wi-Fiは、なかなかつながらなく、部屋ではかなりのストレスになりました。
写真では、かなり綺麗な印象で、快適に過ごせると期待しましたが、ガッカリです。
口コミ評価が、まずまず良いのが信じられないです。
たまたま、０階の変な部屋にあたってしまったせいなんですかね…
ちなみに、フロントの方はとても気さくで、良い方でした。

O aparthotel é muito simples, a única vantagem é que se tem uma cozinha integrada, e o valor informado antes da reserva está em R$ e bem abaixo de quando se faz a reserva que aí o valor é informado em euro e acaba aumentando, o hotel só aceita pagamento antes e diretamente com eles, acho que o valor que peguei poderia ter ficado em um hotel melhor...Quanto ao atendente da recepção, pessoa muito prestativa.
