Stayed here many times.. an excellent hotel to stay at whilst your in Falkoping, rooms are clean and functional, excellent wireless (free) in the rooms for the lap top / Ipad etc..

Frukosten var bra. Mindre bra var den unga oengagerade frukostpersonalen. Duka av efter de ätande var jobbigt och att torka av borden från smulor och spilld sylt eller yoghurt gjordes konsekvent inte oavsett person. Tråkigt då det inte var mycket att göra för dem alls. Städarna vet jag inte vad de gjorde. Mitt rum var likadant alla tre dagar med grus på golvet, samma handdukar etc. Enda skillnaden jag noterade var ett kladdigt skoavtryck efterlämnat av städ i badrummet. Fredag kväll samlades ett stort antal av traktens ungdomar på parkeringen och skränade i sommarnatten, polis svängde förbi några gånger och då lugnades feststämningen. Kul iofs för undomarna men jobbigt om man vill sova. Nyckelkortet till dörren slutade fungera några gånger. Överlag tre av fem stjärnor.

Har varit nöjd med detta hotell tidigare men vissa rum är dåligt städade ibland. Papperskorgar som inte var tömda, matvaror kvar i minikyl från tidigare boende och smuts runt dörrhandtag på WC var bl.a. saker som störde mig på min senaste resa. Ibland städas heller inte rummen under dagen fast det står angivet att de ska städas dagligen när man bor flera nätter i rad.
Personalen i reception och restaurang är dock som alltid trevliga och serviceminded, det är rumsstädningen som är sämre.

Hotellet virker meget rodet og er lidt en labyrint af gange. Morgenmad restauranten i kælderen er meget klemt da rummene er små. Så generelt kommer hotellet bare til at føltes rodet og meget uigennemskueligt.
Vi havde booket deluxe værelser men var ærlig talt meget i tvivl om hvad der var deluxe over værelset. Alt i alt en middelmådig oplevelse hvor vi havde håbet på mere. Sengene var rigtig gode.

A hotel with potential…
First the bad stuff…There pricing was up there with some bigger chains so expect more from a hotel. I received a room that looked clean-ish, but they hadn’t changed the sheets. Just made the bed again. There was a clear indication that someone had slept in the bed before, plus there was hair by the pillows. I asked for milk for morning coffee, which I received (milk packets), only it had gone out of date 6 months before. I was down as soon as breakfast opened. The yogurt tasted like it went sour. I watched the staff as they worked the room, not once did I notice they said good morning with a smile to any of their patrons. Looked more on the grumpy side. There was no climate control in the room so I had to have the window open, and was quiet noisy with people under the window. The good stuff…The front desk staff was friendly. The rooms were nicely done up and my second room seemed really clean and fresh, newly renovated. The beds and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable. And the town quieted down to have the window open after 22:00. Strangely enough, this alone if I had to stay in Falköping again I would want to pick this place again. So many hotels skimp on comfort and I actually had a good sleep there. Besides cleanliness being top priority, comfort is a huge part. I truly hope they get a good manger that is customer service minded. I think this hotel potentially be a nice place to stay.

Tja har bott här en hel del men kan tycka att det städas lite dåligt i dusch och badrum..sedan är resturangen ganska dålig på utbudet samma menu under hela vinterhalvåret och en ganska smal menu. deras källsre med bastu och relax avdelning är inte heller speciellt fräsch

Liten biltur med diverse kulturstopp. Hade tänkt övernatta i Skara men där var fullt överallt. Hittade Falköpings stadshotell vilket vi blev mycket nöjda med. Fräscht, trevlig personal, bra rum, sköna sängar, perfekt duschrum och inte minst urgod mat i restaurangen. Frukosten toppade dessutom vistelsen. Bor gärna där igen❤️
