The hotel is good for a hotel close to the airport. We have a situation about smell in our room and contacted Front Desk. They change our room to another floor and Hermes from the FD offer to us the dinner of that night complementary. That was a really nice gesture. The hotel is nice and have free transfer to the airport what is a good option for the clients.

This was advertised as breakfast included. It wasn’t. It was 25€ per person. When we checked in the attendant stayed at his desk and never offered help or acknowledgment. When we checked out the attendant was wonderful, and kind-helped us to find the shuttle schedule and was very pleasant. The restaurant was lovely, clean, well decorated. The room was very nice, however to AC unit made a high pitched squeal when it was running and it was not conducive to a restful environment.

Very nice hotel. Nice restaurant and bar inside. But I didn't realize that their Airport Shuttle DOESN'T RUN from 10 AM to 5:30 PM. So only runs a little in the morning and a little in the evening. So it cost me 20 Euros to get from the airport to the hotel, even though it's only 3 Km away

Not worth the money

The premium room was not worth 225€/night (without fees and taxes). Upon arrival the room was too cold (17°C), when I wanted to turn on heating the air conditioning was not working. There was a strange not-locked door inside the room connecting it to another room; the space behind it was covered only by a thin wall/possibly the door from the other room as well. The room was too noisy from all sides, I was not able to work from there. Additionally, there was quite a lot of dust on some surfaces and the furniture was worn out which didn't justify the price for a 4-star hotel. The water tap in the bathroom was sticking and squeaking so loudly that anyone outside could hear it whenever I tried to turn on the water. Also it took a while for the hot water to start flowing. I requested a room change but the hotel was fully booked during my stay.
I stayed only for 2 nights but cannot imagine staying longer, definitely not a good value for the money.
However, the breakfast was good. The location is close to the airport and NATO HQ, but there is nothing to do within walking distance. There are also no dining options around except for the hotel restaurant.

This is a very nice, clean hotel close to the airport. The airport is less than 10 minutes away by car. It costs 5 Euro per person for the shuttle. There is a lounge/bar and restaurant as well as a mini convenience store. The surrounding area is very industrial and there aren’t dining options outside the hotel. There is a metro stop and bus stop less than a 10 minute walk away that will get you to downtown in 20 minutes. The staff is excellent. This is a good pick if you want to be close to the airport.

Surprising Good.

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel restaurant served excellent meals but the menu was very limited considering we were there for 14 days. The building is old but the recent renovation of the interior reveals a very modern hotel. The staff was excellent and attended to all of our needs. The hotel is close to the train station which is very nice but the walk from the train station is uphill to the hotel.
We will stay there again when in Belgium.

Stayed there our last night in Belgium. Had a very early flight and was very convenient with shuttle service to the airport included. Easy walk to the train station as well. Only complaint we had is not being informed that the power to the outlets is disconnected when the lights are off. We thought we were charging our devices while we were out and came back to discover they had not been. When we asked they told us that was the standard, but first we had experienced that. Just would have been good information to know up front. Other than that would stay there again.

Check the rules when you check in

The air conditioning did not appear to function very well, and the parking situation was not well explained - the entrance to the parking lot requires that you take a ticket but you do not have to pay to exit. However, no one made that clear - not even the front counter agent processing my checkout, who watched as I paid 22 euros for parking which apparently I did not need to pay. The requirements should be clear and consistent.

The hotel is ok, just what you can expect from a Holiday Inn property, nothing really extraordinary or special. The rooms are clean with all the basic amenities. Staff are friendly. There is nothing to do around the hotel. It is fairly close to the airport and within walking distance to Diegem train station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a bus passes every hour or so going to the airport or to the central area of the city.

Poor check in with no one initially there, and automated (which didn't work). Then the room was suffering from poor soundproofing with esxcessive noise from the room above, and the flooring was hard which allowed sounds to travel down from that room.

Didn't enjoy my stay

I have booked this hotel as it was marked as having transfer to/from airport but they don't have a shuttle. They can book a taxi instead. Taxi was booked for me at 7:30 a.m. but never arrived and I wasn't late only because of my flight delay. No service, no comfort for the price they charge

Great room, close to airport

Great room, friendly staff. I booked it thinking I would reduce stress and be closer to the airport, which was true, but take note for tourist travel that the hotel is quite remote. Train station is less than 1 km away. I booked a shared taxi to the airport which ended up costing less than the train. The breakfast was way overpriced- I did not indulge. They is a self serve snack centre and I got a small free bottle of water, which I appreciated. There is a fridge/mini bar in the room and a safe.
